技术领域
本实用新型属于自动排气阀, 具体涉及一种阀塞掰开式排气阀。
背景技术
阀塞掰开式自动排气阀由一个弹簧向阀塞施力将排气口关闭, 壳体内水 位下降时阀塞后端连杆及浮球重力产生的力矩将阀塞从排气口掰开, 排气阀 排气, 由于水中经常有漂浮物和杂质, 阀塞及排气口间很容易堆积杂质, 造 成排气口关闭不严跑水, 使排气阀处于失灵状态, 给用户造成经济损失, 因 此阀座需设置过滤网。 由于铜材具有易加工成型、 外形美观、 免漆、 抗腐蚀 等优势, 目前铜材已被应用于排气阀的壳体, 铜质壳体采用热冲压再机械加 工的成型工艺, 因此无法在简状壳体光滑内壁固定过滤网, 而釆取钻孔、 铣 槽等固定方式无疑极大地增加了制造难度和成本。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种带有过滤网骨架的排气阀, 过滤网安装 在骨架上, 以解决上述问题, 本实用新型的技术方案如附图所示, 包括由上、 下壳体组成的排气阀壳体, 闳座与上壳体为一体, 阀塞安装在阀座内, 阀塞 后端有弹簧, 阀塞后端固定连杆, 连杆由阀座后端的通气口伸到壳体内, 连 杆与浮球连接, 其特征在于上壳体内嵌入一个环形过滤网骨架, 过滤网骨架 有一个与阀座后端通气口对应的开口, 骨架开口外侧两边有定位插头, 定位 插头插在阀座后端的通气口内, 骨架开口内侧固定一个过滤网, 阀塞连杆前 端分别穿过通气口、 骨架开口、 过滤网与浮球连接。 为保证骨架的安装效果, 定位插头的外缘制成与通气口吻合的圆弧形。 本实用新型提供的技术方案在 上壳体内提供了一个安装过滤网的结构, 解决了在圆简状壳体内壁难以安装 过滤网的问题, 使过滤网简捷、 方便地安装在上壳体内, 具有制作简单、 成 本低廉、 更换方便、 固定过滤网效果好等优点。

具体实施方式
一、 如附图 1 所示, 壳体由铜材热冲压成型, 阀座与上壳体为一体, 闽 腔内壁为圆简状, 阀塞安装在阀座内, 阀塞后端有弹簧, 阀塞后端固定连杆, 连杆由阀座后端的通气口伸到壳体内, 连杆与浮球连接。 环形过滤网骨架由 塑料制成, 环形过滤网骨架直径与上壳体内径相等, 过滤网骨架上的开口为 矩形, 口袋状过滤网的袋口为圆形, 口袋状过滤网胶粘固定在骨架开口内侧, 骨架开口外侧两边定位插头外缘为对称的圆弧形, 圆弧的半径与排气阀座后 端通气口的半径相等, 定位插头长 1. 5 毫米, 定位插头插在通气口内, 阀塞 连杆前端分别穿过通气口、 骨架开口、 过滤网与浮球连接。 上、 下壳体螺紋 连接后过滤网骨架牢固地安装在上壳体内。
二、 过滤网热熔固定在环形塑料骨架开口内侧, 其他同实施例一。
三、 过滤网注塑固定的环形塑料骨架开口内侧, 其他同实施例一。

1、 带过滤网骨架的排气阀, 包括由上、 下壳体组成的排气阀壳体, 阀座 与上壳体为一体, 阀塞安装在阀座内, 阀塞后端有弹簧, 阀塞后端固定连杆, 连杆由阀座后端的通气口伸到壳体内,连杆与浮球连接, 其特征在于上壳体内 嵌入一个环形过滤网骨架, 过滤网骨架有一个与阀座后端通气口对应的开口, 骨架开口外侧两边有定位插头, 定位插头插在阀座后端的通气口内, 骨架开口 内侧固定一个过滤网, 阀塞连杆前端分别穿过通气口、 骨架开口、 过滤网与浮 球连接。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的带过滤网骨架的排气阀, 其特征在于定位插头 外缘为与通气口吻合的圆弧形。
3、 根据杈利要求 1或 2所述的带过滤网骨架的排气阀, 其特征在于过滤 网骨架上的开口为矩形, 口袋状过滤网的袋口为圆形。
4、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的带过滤网骨架的排气闽, 其特征在于 过滤网胶粘固定在过滤网骨架开口内侧。
5、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 3所述的带过滤网骨架的排气阀, 其特征在于 过滤网热熔固定在环形塑料骨架开口内侧。
