It is a figure explaining the process of mounting
- the core block 10, the magnet block 13, and the coil ASSY 21 are prepared.
- the coil assembly 21 includes a concentrated winding coil 11 a on an insulating insulator 22 formed into a cylindrical body that substantially matches the outer shape of the laminated body in which the shaft portion 13 b is sandwiched between a pair of teeth 10 b. It is produced by mounting in an externally fitted state.
- the coil ASSY 21 is formed by, for example, winding an insulating insulator 22 around a winding shape that substantially matches the outer shape of the laminated body in which the shaft portion 13b is sandwiched between a pair of teeth 10b.
- the coil ASSY 21 manufactured in this way is configured in a cylindrical body in which the short side of the rectangle is gradually longer in the direction orthogonal to the two sides of the short side and the long side of the rectangle.
- the rectangular short side and the long side of the cylindrical body of the coil ASSY 21 are orthogonal to the long side, the long side of the rectangular side, and the long side of the rectangular side.
- the central axis passing through the center in the width direction and the thickness direction of the shaft portion 13b of the magnet block 13 is made to coincide with the radial direction of the coil ASSY 21, and the magnet block 13 is opened to the coil ASSY 21 with the flange portion 13c side facing the coil ASSY 21.
- the magnet block 13 is moved in the radial direction while maintaining the inclined posture of the magnet block 13 and inserted into the coil ASSY 21 (Step 1). Thereby, as shown in FIG. 8, the magnet block 13 is inserted into the coil ASSY 21 with the collar portion 13 c protruding from the small opening.
- the magnet block 13 is rotated around the central axis so that the protruding direction of the flange 13 c coincides with the circumferential direction, and the magnet block 13 is positioned at the center of the coil ASSY 21 in the axial direction. (Step 2).
- the central axis passing through the center in the width direction and the thickness direction of the tooth 10b of the first core block 10 is made to coincide with the radial direction of the coil ASSY 21, and the teeth 10b side is a large opening of the coil ASSY 21. It is inserted into one side of the magnet block 13 in the coil ASSY 21 from the side (Step 3).
- stator ASSY20 is produced.
- six stator assemblies 20 are arranged in an annular shape by abutting the circumferential side surfaces of the core back portion 10a, inserted into the housing 14 and fixed, and the stator 7 is manufactured.
- a plurality of U-shaped coil bodies are attached to the teeth from one side in the axial direction, and the connecting coil that connects between the end of the coil body protruding to the other side in the axial direction and the turns is welded, and the concentrated winding coil. It is also conceivable to produce Although this method can also increase the space factor, a welding space is required on the other side in the axial direction of the teeth, and the axial dimension of the concentrated winding coil increases.
- the magnet block 13 is rotated around the central axis and inserted into the coil ASSY 21 so as to avoid interference between the flange 13 c and the coil ASSY 21. is doing. Furthermore, the core block 10 is inserted into both sides of the magnet block 13 in the coil ASSY 21 in such a manner that the core block 10 is not provided with a flange on the inner diameter side end of the tooth 10b. Thus, the coil assembly 21 is mounted so as to be in contact with the pair of teeth 10b of the core block 10 with the magnet block 13 interposed therebetween.
- the coil ASSY 21 is reduced in the axial dimension while increasing the space factor in a simple process for the pair of core blocks 10 having the flange portion 13c on the inner diameter side, Since it can be mounted, the stator assembly 20 can be manufactured at low cost. Furthermore, the magnetic inductor type electric motor 1 that can suppress the occurrence of the problem of axial resonance is obtained. Further, the teeth 10b of the core block 10 are formed in a tapered shape in which the circumferential width gradually decreases inward in the radial direction. Therefore, the slot 10c is formed in a rectangular cross section so that the concentrated winding coil 11a can be mounted with a high space factor, and the core block 10 can be easily inserted into both sides of the magnet block 13 in the coil ASSY 21.

- the circumferential length is Wcoil
- the axial thickness of the inner diameter side end surface of the magnet block 13 is Hmag
- the circumferential length Wmag is the axial length of the inner diameter side end surface of the magnet block 13. Therefore, if the flange portion 13c is formed so as to satisfy the expression (1), the magnet block 13 is rotated around the central axis O passing through the center in the width direction and the thickness direction of the shaft portion 13b, and the small opening 21a. You can go inside.
- the inner diameter side opening of the concentrated winding coil 11a is substantially the small opening 21a of the coil ASSY 21. Wmag + ⁇ Hmag ⁇ (Hcoil / Wcoil) ⁇ ⁇ (Wcoil 2 + Hcoil 2 ) 1/2 (1)

- the concentrated winding coil 11a and the insulator 22 are deformed in accordance with the surface shape of both sides in the circumferential direction of the tooth 10b of the core block 10, and the contact area between the concentrated winding coil 11a and the tooth 10b via the insulator 22 is increased. To do.
- the cooling performance of the stator coil 11 is improved.
- the coupling force between the coil assembly 21 and the core block 10 and the magnet block 13 is increased, the core block 10 and the magnet block 13 are detached during the transport of the stator block 20 or the assembly process of the stator 7, and the stator AASY 20. Is not disassembled, and the transportability of the stator assembly 20 and the assembly workability of the stator 7 are improved. If the pressure input of the core block 10 is increased, there is a risk that the magnet block 13 will crack. Therefore, the dimensions of the coil ASSY 21 are set so that the pressure input is such that the magnet block 13 does not crack. It is preferable.
- the coil ASSY 21 is not only a space between both side surfaces in the circumferential direction, but also a tube in which the space between both side surfaces in the axial direction is slightly shorter than the axial stacking dimension of the laminate in which the shaft portion 13b is sandwiched between the pair of teeth 10b. You may produce in the shape.
- insertion of the core block 10 is light press-fitting, and the coil ASSY 21 is deformed not only on both side surfaces in the circumferential direction but also on both side surfaces in the axial direction along both end surfaces in the axial direction of the laminated body of the core blocks 10. Therefore, the contact area between the concentrated winding coil 11a and the tooth 10b via the insulator 22 is further increased, and the cooling performance of the stator coil 11 is further enhanced.
- the insulator 22 is formed into a cylindrical body having an inner shape substantially matching the outer shape of the laminated body in which the shaft portion 13b is sandwiched between the pair of teeth 10b.
- the portion that holds the shaft portion 13 b near the center in the axial direction of the portion may be shaped to match the side surface of the shaft portion 13 b of the magnet block 13.
- the positional relationship between the first and second stator cores 9A and 9B and the permanent magnet 12 and the first and second rotor cores 4 and 5 is accurately determined in the axial direction, and the positional relationship varies. As a result, variations in the rotational driving force generated in the first and second rotor cores 4 and 5 can be suppressed.
- the number of the axial stacking dimensions of the core block 10 and the magnet block 13 is set. By reducing, it becomes possible to set a fitting dimension more accurately.
- FIG. 13 is a view for explaining the configuration of the stator ASSY in the magnetic inductor type electric motor according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
- FIG. 13 (a) is a plan view seen from the inside in the radial direction
- FIG. (B) is a perspective view.
- the magnet block 13 ⁇ / b> A is formed such that the axial thickness of the flange portion 13 d protruding from the inner diameter side end of the shaft portion 13 b to both sides in the circumferential direction is thicker than the axial thickness of the shaft portion 13 b.
- Other configurations are the same as those in the first embodiment.
- the axial direction thickness of the flange portion 13d is thick, so that the volume of the magnet block 13A is increased compared to the first embodiment. Therefore, the amount of magnetic flux induced in the salient poles 4b and 5b of the first and second rotor cores 4 and 5 is increased, and the rotational driving force generated in the first and second rotor cores 4 and 5 is further increased. .

Abstract
