 本发明涉及一种移动支付智能卡,属于智能卡技术领域。现有的移动支付智能卡不通现时支持非NFC-SWP手持终端和NFC-SWP手持终端。本发明所述的一种移动支付智能卡,集成有双界面智能卡芯片、RF天线及SWP 智能卡芯片,还包括安全模块、非接触式前端放大器,所述的SWP智能卡芯片设置在安全模块中。采用本发明所述移动支付智能卡,既可以支持非NFC-SWP手持终端,又可以支持NFC-SWP手持终端,并且不需要外接RF 天线的智能卡就可以满足用户的非接触体验。

Description

一种移动支付智能卡 技术领域
本发明属于智能卡技术领域, 具体涉及一种移动支付智能卡。
现有的移动支付智能卡可集成双界面智能卡芯片和 RF (Ra d i 0
Frequency , 无线射频)天线, 该 RF天线可以是外置的, 也可以是集成在智能 卡基内的; 或是集成 SWP (S ing l e Wi re Pro toco l , 单线协议)智能卡芯片, RF天线集成在手持终端上。
上述两种移动支付智能卡都可以实现移动支付智能卡与 P0S的无线数据 通讯,其中 SWP协议方式是 ETS I组织定义的标准解决方案。相对于双界面移 动支付智能卡,其非接触功能的 RF天线实现部分是由手持终端提供的, 而不 是通过双界面卡本身集成的 RF天线实现的。
但是, 现有技术存在以下的缺点:
(1)第一种集成双界面智能卡芯片的移动支付智能卡适用于大多数手持 终端, 但不支持 NFC-SWP终端的非接触功能, 不能够满足市场需求;
(2)第二种集成 SWP智能卡芯片的移动支付智能卡适用于 NFC-SWP终端, 但对不支持非 NFC-SWP终端的非接触功能, 不能满足市场需求。
现有技术中, 还有一种多接口移动支付智能卡, 支持同时集成双界面智 能卡芯片和 SWP智能卡芯片, 但 RF天线需要根据手持终端能否支持
NFC-SWP芯片, 而进行外部焊接或不焊接。 该多接口移动支付智能卡需要 用户外接天线不利于市场推广, 无法满足用户体验上的需求;
现阶段市场上支持 SWP功能的手持终端较少, 市场上大量存在的是非 NFC-SWP手持终端, 但随着移动通信技术与移动支付技术的发展, NFC-SWP 手持终端的数量也会越来越多。
针对上述情况实现一种移动支付智能卡既可以支持非 NFC-SWP手持终 端, 又可以支持 NFC-SWP手持终端, 并且不需要外接 RF天线的智能卡就可以 满足用户的非接触体验, 是非常迫切的。 发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种移动支付智能卡。 该智能卡既能够支持非 NFC-SWP手持终端, 又能够支持 NFC-SWP手持终 端, 并且不需要外接 RF天线的智能卡就可以满足用户的非接触体验。 为达到以上目的, 本发明釆用的技术方案是:
一种移动支付智能卡, 集成有双界面智能卡芯片和 RF天线, 所述的移 动支付智能卡还集成了 SWP智能卡芯片, 包括安全模块、 非接触式前端放 大器, 所述的 SWP智能卡芯片设置在安全模块中。 进一步, 所述的 RF天线釆用内置的方式, 在天线中内置了 RF功率放大 芯片。
或者, 所述的 RF天线釆用外接的方式。 进一步, 当所述移动支付智能卡与非 NFC-SWP终端连接使用时, 利用 集成在移动支付智能卡的 RF天线进行非接触通信; 当所述移动支付智能卡 与 NFC-SWP终端连接使用时, 通过 SWP智能卡芯片与 NFC-SWP终端进行 通信, 也可利用集成在 NFC-SWP终端的 RF天线进行非接触通信。 进一步, 所述的安全模块由一个或多个安全芯片组成, 所述的非接触式 前端放大器由一个或多个芯片组成, 所述的 SWP功能由一个或多个 SWP智 能卡芯片实现。 进一步, 所述的安全模块用于身份认证, 通过通用输入输出接口与非接 触前端放大器通信, 选择具有 GPIO接口的 SE, 从而实现 SE与 ACLF的数 据通信。 进一步,所述的非接触式前端放大器直接与 RF射频天线连接,其中 SWP 负责处理物理层和数据链路层逻辑。 进一步, 所述的非接触式前端放大器通过单线协议与手持终端的非接触 式前端连接, 其中 SWP负责处理物理层和数据链路层逻辑。 本发明的效果在于: 釆用本发明所述移动支付智能卡, 既可以支持非 NFC-SWP手持终端, 又可以支持 NFC-SWP手持终端, 并且不需要外接 RF 天线的智能卡就可以满足用户的非接触体验。 附图说明

本发明的产品设计包含双界面智能卡功能、 SWP智能卡功能和 RF射频天 线功能。
图 1为本发明所述的一种移动支付智能卡(S IM) 1 0的结构图及与手持终 端 (Hands e t ) 20的结构连接示意。
如图 1所示, 一种移动支付智能卡, 集成有双界面智能卡芯片、 SWP智 能卡芯片和 RF天线, 包括安全模块(SE )、 非接触式前端放大器( ACLF ) 、 RF射频天线 (ANT ) , 其中所述的安全模块(SE ) 中设置有 SWP智能卡芯 片, 支持 SWP功能, 所述的 RF天线的结构可以是内置了 RF功率放大芯片 和 RF天线, 也可以是外接 RF天线等多种 RF天线结构的设计。 本实施例中, 所述移动支付智能卡本身已集成 RF天线, 可以适配于 NFC-SWP终端与非 NFC-SWP终端, 当所述移动支付智能卡与非 NFC-SWP终端 连接使用时,可利用集成在移动支付智能卡的 RF天线进行非接触通信; 当所 述移动支付智能卡与 NFC-SWP终端连接使用时, 可通过 SWP智能卡芯片与 NFC-SWP终端进行通信,也可利用集成在 NFC-SWP终端的 RF天线进行非接触 通信。
图 1的结构中, 所述的移动支付智能卡 1 0 (S IM)中集成了安全模块(SE ) 11、 非接触式前端放大器 (ACLF) 12、 RF射频天线 ( ANT ) 13, 所述的非接 触式前端放大器 (ACLF) 12支持 SWP功能。 该 SIM卡是一种双界面智能卡, 支持接触界面通信和非接触界面通信,其中接触界面符合 IS0/IEC 7816协议, 非接触界面符合 IS0/IEC 14443协议。
在本实施例中, 所述的安全模块(SE) 11可以是一个或多个芯片, 非接 触式前端放大器 (ACLF) 12可以是一个或多个芯片, SWP功能可以单独由一 个或多个芯片实现功能,但这三者的连接结构图,将与上述图 1的结构一致。
安全模块 (以下简称 SE) 11为通用 SIM卡的 SE, 主要用于身份认证; SE通过通用输入输出接口(以下简称 GPI0)与非接触前端放大器 (以下简称 ACLF) 通信, 应该选择具有 GPI0接口的 SE, 从而实现 SE与 ACLF的数据通 信。
所述的非接触式前端放大器( ACLF ) 12可以直接与 RF射频天线连接(以 下简称 ANT) , 又可以通过单线协议(以下简称 SWP)与手持终端(以下简称 Handset ) 的非接触式前端 (以下简称 CLF); 其中 SWP负责处理物理层和数 据链路层逻辑。
上述结构可以实现同一个安全模块(SE)连接两种射频装置, 一种射频装 置为内嵌入 SIM卡内的射频装置, 另一种射频装置为内嵌入 Handset内的射 频装置; 通过基于 SE\ACLF模块的片内操作系统 (以下简称 COS) 开发与设 计, 可以实现对两种射频装置的选择与配置。 本领域技术人员应该明白, 本发明所述的装置并不限于具体实施方式中所述 的实施例, 上面的具体描述只是为了解释本发明的目的, 并非用于限制本发 明。 本领域技术人员根据本发明的技术方案得出其他的实施方式, 同样属于 本发明的技术创新范围, 本发明的保护范围由权利要求及其等同物限定。

1. 一种移动支付智能卡, 集成有双界面智能卡芯片和 RF天线, 其特征 在于: 所述的移动支付智能卡还集成了 SWP智能卡芯片, 包括安全模块、 非 接触式前端放大器, 所述的 SWP智能卡芯片设置在安全模块中。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 所述的 RF 天线釆用内置的方式, 在天线中内置了 RF功率放大芯片。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 所述的 RF 天线釆用外接的方式。
4. 如权利要求 1至 3任一所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 当 所述移动支付智能卡与非 NFC-SWP终端连接使用时, 利用集成在移动支付智 能卡的 RF天线进行非接触通信;当所述移动支付智能卡与 NFC-SWP终端连接 使用时, 通过 SWP智能卡芯片与 NFC-SWP终端进行通信, 也可利用集成在 NFC-SWP终端的 RF天线进行非接触通信。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 所述的安全 模块由一个或多个安全芯片组成, 所述的非接触式前端放大器由一个或多个 芯片组成, 所述的 SWP功能由一个或多个 SWP智能卡芯片实现。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 所述的安全 模块用于身份认证, 通过通用输入输出接口与非接触前端放大器通信, 选择 具有 GP I 0接口的 SE, 从而实现 SE与 ACLF的数据通信。
7. 如权利要求 1所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 所述的非接 触式前端放大器直接与 RF射频天线连接,其中 SWP负责处理物理层和数据链 路层逻辑。
8. 如权利要求 1所述的一种移动支付智能卡, 其特征在于: 所述的非接 触式前端放大器通过单线协议与手持终端的非接触式前端连接, 其中 SWP负 责处理物理层和数据链路层逻辑。
