本发明还构造了一种电子烟,包括电子烟雾化器,以及与所述电子烟雾化器连接的电池杆;所述电子烟雾化器包括套管、安装在所述套管内的雾化座、安装在所述雾化座上的雾化组件,以及位于在所述雾化座远离所述雾化组件一侧的雾化支架;所述雾化支架连接在所述雾化座上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化支架可拆卸地连接在所述雾化座上。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化座包括与所述套管的内壁相互抵持的座体,以及开设在所述座体远离所述雾化组件的一端的第一安装槽;所述雾化支架插装在所述第一安装槽内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化座还包括由所述第一安装槽的底壁朝向所述雾化支架延伸的第一插装部;所述雾化支架包括插装在所述第一安装槽内的支架体,以及沿所述支架体轴向开设第二通孔;所述第一插装部插装在所述第二通孔内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述第一插装部靠近所述雾化支架的端面凸设于所述座体靠近所述雾化支架的端面。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化支架还包括设置在所述支架体远离所述雾化座的一端的外侧壁上的限位件;所述座体与所述限位件相互抵持。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述雾化座包括与所述套管的内壁相互抵持的座体,以及由所述座体的一端缩径形成的第二插装部;所述雾化支架包括支架体,以及开设在所述支架体靠近所述雾化座的一端的第二安装槽;所述第二插装部插装在所述第二安装槽内。
在本发明所述的电子烟中,所述电池杆包括电池套管;所述电池套管与所述套管一体成型。
本发明还构造了一种电子烟雾化器组装方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供套管;
S2、将雾化支架连接在雾化座上,并将雾化组件安装在所述雾化座远离雾化支架的一端;
S3、将组装之后的所述雾化座、所述雾化组件以及所述雾化支架安装在所述套管内。
实施本发明的电子烟雾化器、电子烟以及电子烟雾化器组装方法,具有以下有益效果:所述电子烟雾化器采用雾化支架连接在雾化座上的结构,使得雾化座与雾化支架形成一体结构,既而使得硬质的雾化支架强化软质的雾化座的结构强度。在组装所述电子烟雾化器时,能够有效地避免雾化座在组装及使用过程中产生挤压或发生倾斜,进而有效地保证雾化座中气流的畅通以及防止所述电子烟雾化器产生漏油等问题。

具体实施方式
为了对本发明的技术特征、目的和效果有更加清楚的理解,现对照附图详细说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1以及图2所示,本发明的较佳实施例之一提供一种电子烟雾化器,其包括套管1、雾化座2、雾化组件3以及雾化支架4。雾化座2安装在套管1内,雾化组件3安装在该雾化座2上,雾化支架4位于雾化座2远离雾化组件3的一侧。本实施例中,雾化支架4连接在雾化座2上,使得雾化座2与雾化支架4形成一体结构,既而使得硬质材料制成的雾化支架强化软质材料制成的雾化座的结构强度。在组装及使用所述电子烟雾化器时,能够有效地避免雾化座2在组装及使用过程中产生挤压或发生倾斜,进而有效地保证雾化座2中气流的畅通以及防止所述电子烟雾化器产生漏油等问题。
具体地,如图1所示,套管1大致为中空的圆筒结构。雾化座2、雾化组件3以及雾化支架4均安装在套管1内,其中雾化座2与套管1的内壁相互抵持。
如图4并参阅图1、图2以及图3所示,雾化座2能够使得雾化组件3固定安装在套管1内,同时还能够有效地避免雾化组件3中的烟油沿着套管1的内壁流出。雾化支架4可拆卸地连接在雾化座2上。该雾化座2包括座体21、第一安装槽22、第一插装部23、第一通孔24、抵持部25以及第一穿线孔26。其中:座体21大致为圆柱状结构,其一端插装在雾化组件3中。本实施例中,座体21插装在雾化组件3中的结构大致为锥形,采用该结构能够提高雾化座2与雾化组件3固定安装时的稳固性。座体21采用硅胶材料制成。在本发明的其它实施例中,座体21亦可以采用其它耐高温的软胶制成。第一安装槽22的形状与雾化支架4的外形相适配,该第一安装槽22开设在座体21远离雾化组件3的一端,雾化支架4插装在该第一安装槽22内。
如图4并参阅图1、图2以及图3所示,第一插装部23大致为圆柱状结构,其由第一安装槽22的底壁朝向雾化支架4延伸。该第一插装部23插装在雾化支架4中,能够提高雾化座2与雾化支架4连接的稳固性。本实施例中,第一插装部23与座体12一体成型。该实施例中,第一插装部23靠近雾化支架4的端面凸设于座体21靠近雾化支架4的端面,也即第一插装部23凸出于座体21靠近雾化支架4的端面。雾化座2插装在雾化支架4中时,座体21的端面与雾化支架4的一端面相互贴合。由于第一插装部23凸出于座体21靠近雾化支架4的端面,当需要连接雾化座2与雾化支架4时,能够简便地将第一插装部23对准插入在雾化支架4中,以起到导向定位作用,进而便于雾化支架4与第一安装槽22的对准插装。
如图4并参阅图1、图2以及图3所示,第一通孔24用于供气流流通,即雾化组件3工作所需的空气由该第一通孔24流通至雾化组件3中。该第一通孔24为圆形通孔结构,其贯穿座体21与第一插装部23。本实施例中,第一通孔24由第一插装部23的末端面延伸至座体21远离第一插装部23的端面,该第一通孔24与座体21采用同轴设置的结构。抵持部25呈凹凸状,其设置在座体21的外侧壁上。雾化座2安装在套管1内部时,该抵持部25与套管1的内壁相互抵持。采用抵持部25的结构,能够增加雾化座2与套管1之间的摩擦力,使得雾化座2能够更加稳固地安装在套管1的内壁上。第一穿线孔26为圆形通孔结构,其沿座体21轴向设置并位于第一通孔24的侧边。电连接雾化组件3的导线穿过该第一穿线孔26与电源组件连接。本实施例中,第一穿线孔26设置有两个,两个第一穿线孔26相对地设置在座体21上。
如图1所示,雾化组件3安装在雾化座2上,该雾化组件3包括一端插设在雾化座2上的黄腊管(未标号)、包覆在黄蜡管上的储油棉(未标号),以及插装在黄蜡管上的发热丝(未标号)。雾化组件3为现有技术中常用的部件,在此不再赘述。
如图2并参阅图1以及图3所示,雾化支架4能够有效地避免雾化座2在组装过程中产生挤压变形,进而能够保证雾化座2中气流的畅通。该雾化支架4包括支架体41、第二通孔42以及限位件43。其中:支架体41大致为圆柱状结构,其插装在第一安装槽22内。第二通孔42为圆形通孔结构,其形状尺寸与第一插装部23的外形相适配。该第二通孔42沿支架体41轴向开设,第一插装部23插装在第二通孔42内,且该第二通孔42与第一通孔24相连通,用于实现气流的流通。本实施例中,雾化支架4与雾化座2连接时,第一插装部23的外壁与第二通孔42的内壁相互抵持,第一安装槽22的内侧壁与支架体41的外壁相互抵持,采用此结构能够进一步提高雾化支架4与雾化座2连接的稳固性。限位件43至少为一个,其大致为条状结构,且其设置在支架体41远离雾化座2的一端的外侧壁上。雾化支架4与雾化座2连接时,座体21与限位件43相互抵持,以限制座体21沿支架体41的轴向位移,即限制雾化座2在雾化支架4上的安装位置。该实施例中,限位件43设置有四个,四个限位件43均匀地分布在支架体41的外周缘面上。在本发明的其它实施例中,限位件43的数量亦可以有其它的选择。
使用上述电子雾化器时,由于雾化支架4连接在雾化座2上,使得雾化座2与雾化支架4形成一体结构,既而使得硬质的雾化支架4强化软质的雾化座2的结构强度。在组装所述电子烟雾化器时,能够有效地避免雾化座2在组装过程中产生挤压或发生倾斜,进而有效地保证雾化座2中气流的畅通以及防止所述电子烟雾化器产生漏油等问题。
如图5、图6、图7以及图8所示,本发明的较佳实施例之二提供一种电子烟雾化器,其与实施例之一提供的电子烟雾化器的所不同之处在于雾化支架4与雾化座2的连接结构。本实施例中,雾化座2包括座体21、第一通孔24、抵持部25、第一穿线孔26以及第二插装部27。其中:座体21、第一通孔24、抵持部25以及第一穿线孔26的结构与实施例之一类似,第二插装部27由座体21的一端缩径形成,该第二插装部27插装在雾化支架4中。第一穿线孔26贯穿座体21与第二插装部27。
如图6并参阅图5以及图7所示,雾化支架4包括支架体41、第二安装槽44以及第二穿线孔45。支架体41与实施例之一类似,第二安装槽44开设在支架体41靠近雾化座2的一端,其外形尺寸与第二插装部27的外形相适配,第二插装部27插装在第二安装槽44内。第二穿线孔45设置在第二安装槽44的底部上,并与第一穿线孔26相对设置。本实施例中,采用第二插装部27与第二安装槽44的结构,同样能够实现雾化座2连接在雾化支架4上。
在本发明的其它实施例中,雾化支架4与雾化座2可以采用螺纹连接以实现可拆卸的连接。在另一实施例中,雾化座2固定连接在雾化支架4上。具体地,雾化支架4粘接在雾化座2上,两者粘接的方式以实现固定连接。雾化座2与雾化支架4的固定连接方式并不局限于上述方式。
如图9所示,基于上述电子烟雾化器的结构,本发明还构造了一种电子烟,所述电子烟的实施例之一中,电子烟包括如上实施例所述的电子烟雾化器,以及与该电子烟雾化器连接的电池杆10。电池杆10包括电池套管(未标号),以设置在电池套管内的电池组件(未标号)。该电池套管可拆卸地连接在套管1上。
如图10中,所述电子烟的实施例之二中,其与实施例之一中的电子烟中所述不同之处在于电池套管与套管1的结构,本实施例中,电池套管与套管1一体成型。该电子烟即为常见的一次性电子烟。
基于上述电子烟的结构,本发明还构造了一种电子烟雾化器组装方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、提供套管1。
S2、将雾化支架4连接在雾化座2上,并将雾化组件3安装在雾化座2远离雾化支架4的一端。
S3、将组装之后的雾化座2、雾化组件3以及雾化支架4安装在套管1内。
具体地,雾化支架4可拆卸地连接在雾化座2上,本实施例中,雾化座2包括第一安装槽22以及第一插装部23等结构,雾化支架4包括支架体41以及第二通孔42等结构,连接雾化支架4与雾化座2时,将第一插装部23对准第二通孔42插入,进而使得支架体41与第一安装槽22对准插接,即可实现雾化座2与雾化支架4的连接。在本发明的另一实施例中,雾化座2包括第二插装部27等结构,雾化支架4包括第二安装槽44等结构,连接雾化支架4与雾化座2时,将第二插装部27与第二安装槽44对准插接,即可实现雾化座2与雾化支架4的连接。
使用上述电子烟雾化器组装方法,由于电子烟雾化器中的雾化支架4连接在雾化座2上,使得雾化座2与雾化支架4形成一体结构,既而使得硬质的雾化支架4强化软质的雾化座2的结构强度。在组装及使用所述电子烟雾化器时,能够有效地避免雾化座2在组装过程中产生挤压或发生倾斜,进而有效地保证雾化座2中气流的畅通以及防止所述电子烟雾化器产生漏油等问题。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施例进行了描述,但是本发明并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,这些均属于本发明的保护之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种电子烟雾化器,包括套管(1)、安装在所述套管(1)内的雾化座(2)、安装在所述雾化座(2)上的雾化组件(3),以及位于所述雾化座(2)远离所述雾化组件(3)的一侧的雾化支架(4);其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)连接在所述雾化座(2)上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化座(2)上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)包括与所述套管(1)的内壁相互抵持的座体(21),以及开设在所述座体(21)远离所述雾化组件(3)的一端的第一安装槽(22);所述雾化支架(4)插装在所述第一安装槽(22)内。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)还包括由所述第一安装槽(22)的底壁朝向所述雾化支架(4)延伸的第一插装部(23);所述雾化支架(4)包括插装在所述第一安装槽(22)内的支架体(41),以及沿所述支架体(41)轴向开设的第二通孔(42);所述第一插装部(23)插装在所述第二通孔(42)内。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)还包括用于供气流流通的第一通孔(24);所述第一通孔(24)贯穿所述座体(21)与所述第一插装部(23)。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述第一插装部(23)靠近所述雾化支架(4)的端面凸设于所述座体(21)靠近所述雾化支架(4)的端面。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)还包括至少一个用于限制所述座体(21)沿所述支架体(41)轴向位移的限位件(43);所述限位件(43)设置在所述支架体(41)远离所述雾化座(2)的一端的外周缘面上;所述座体(21)与所述限位件(43)相互抵持。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述座体(21)的外侧壁设置有凹凸状的抵持部(25);所述抵持部(25)与所述套管(1)的内壁相互抵持。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)包括与所述套管(1)的内壁相互抵持的座体(21),以及由所述座体(21)的一端缩径形成的第二插装部(27);所述雾化支架(4)包括支架体(41),以及开设在所述支架体(41)靠近所述雾化座(2)的一端的第二安装槽(44);所述第二插装部(27)插装在所述第二安装槽(44)内。
  10. 根据权利要求2所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)与所述雾化座(2)采用螺纹连接。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的电子烟雾化器,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)粘接在所述雾化座(2)上。
  12. 一种电子烟,包括电子烟雾化器,以及与所述电子烟雾化器连接的电池杆(10);所述电子烟雾化器包括套管(1)、安装在所述套管(1)内的雾化座(2)、安装在所述雾化座(2)上的雾化组件(3),以及位于在所述雾化座(2)远离所述雾化组件(3)一侧的雾化支架(4);其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)连接在所述雾化座(2)上。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)可拆卸地连接在所述雾化座(2)上。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)包括与所述套管(1)的内壁相互抵持的座体(21),以及开设在所述座体(21)远离所述雾化组件(3)的一端的第一安装槽(22);所述雾化支架(4)插装在所述第一安装槽(22)内。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)还包括由所述第一安装槽(22)的底壁朝向所述雾化支架(4)延伸的第一插装部(23);所述雾化支架(4)包括插装在所述第一安装槽(22)内的支架体(41),以及沿所述支架体(41)轴向开设第二通孔(42);所述第一插装部(23)插装在所述第二通孔(42)内。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述第一插装部(23)靠近所述雾化支架(4)的端面凸设于所述座体(21)靠近所述雾化支架(4)的端面。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化支架(4)还包括至少一个用于限制所述座体(21)沿所述支架体(41)轴向位移的限位件(43);所述限位件(43)设置在所述支架体(41)远离所述雾化座(2)的一端的外周缘面上;所述座体(21)与所述限位件(43)相互抵持。
  18. 根据权利要求13所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述雾化座(2)包括与所述套管(1)的内壁相互抵持的座体(21),以及由所述座体(21)的一端缩径形成的第二插装部(27);所述雾化支架(4)包括支架体(41),以及开设在所述支架体(41)靠近所述雾化座(2)的一端的第二安装槽(44);所述第二插装部(27)插装在所述第二安装槽(44)内。
  19. 根据权利要求12所述的电子烟,其特征在于:所述电池杆包括电池套管;所述电池套管与所述套管(1)一体成型。
  20. 一种电子烟雾化器组装方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
    S1、提供套管(1);
    S2、将雾化支架(4)连接在雾化座(2)上,并将雾化组件(3)安装在所述雾化座(2)远离雾化支架(4)的一端;
    S3、将组装之后的所述雾化座(2)、所述雾化组件(3)以及所述雾化支架(4)安装在所述套管(1)内。
