El problema que presentan los cartuchos cementantes es que demoran mucho tiempo al ser instalados, debido a que requieren del agua para ser hidratados para llevar a cabo su fraguado dentro de la perforación, lo que provoca una pérdida de tiempo operativo para ia instalación dei anclaje en ia roca, otro problema que presentan es que los equipos andadores con los que son instaladas las anclas mineras son deteriorados rápidamente, esto se debe a los cartuchos cementantes, ya que a! ser instalados presentan un derrame de material cementante que se va adhiriendo a los equipos andadores, por lo que requieren mantenimiento muy continuo para mantener en óptimas condiciones estos equipos. El cartucho de resina se instala sin el requerimiento de agua, esto se debe a que sus mezclas por ias que se encuentra formado permiten ei fraguado sin la necesidad de un elemento externo o catalizado, si no que este ya viene incluido en el envase del cartucho de resina, de tal manera que se instala e inmediatamente comienza su proceso de fraguado, su contenido no desprende residuos que se adhieran a ios equipos andadores por ¡o que estos grandes equipos no requieren de un mantenimiento de periodos frecuentes, lo que facilita la operación e incrementa la productividad para la extracción del mineral de las obras subterráneas de la industria minera. Ei cartucho de resina es elaborado de diámetros variados desde 15 mm hasta 45 mm y de longitudes variadas desde 250 mm hasta 800 mm. La envoltura es cerrada mediante un broche de aluminio en cada extremo de tal manera que el producto final tiene una forma de salchicha. MEJOR MANERA DE LLEVAR A CABO LA INVENCIÓN BETTER WAY TO CARRY OUT THE INVENTION
El cartucho de resina (Figura 1 ) es utilizado para el reforzamiento de las rocas desprendidas del macizo rocoso de las minas, las cuales se encuentran propensas a caer, para su instalación se debe realizar previamente una perforación en ei macizo rocoso a reforzar, de tai manera que ia profundidad es de acuerdo a la longitud del ancla a instalar, una vez elaborada la perforación, se procede al lanzamiento de los cartuchos de resina (Figura 1 ) hasta el fondo de la perforación por medio de los equipos andadores, de tal manera que sean ios suficientes para rellenar ia perforación y para cubrir toda ei área de longitud del ancla que se instalara, de manera que la resina (1 : Figura 4) mezclada pueda sujetar el macizo rocoso a lo largo del ancla insertada en la perforación. El ancla es insertada mediante rotación en la perforación, por lo que rompe los cartuchos insertados y mezcla los componentes contenidos en el cartucho para que comience el proceso de su reacción química o fraguado. Una vez que los cartuchos se encuentren insertados en la perforación y el ancla colocada, tomara 30 minutos para que se alcance la resistencia necesaria para soportar los bloques de roca que es un promedio de 8 a 10 Toneladas, la resistencia total promedio generada por la resina con una ancla minera de 2.60 mts es de 18 Toneladas.
