下面结合附图给出本发明较佳实施例, 以详细说明本发明的技术方案。 实施例 1
本实施例的一次性使用止液缓流输液器的结构如下:
请结合图 1-4予以理解, 本实施例中的一次性使用止液缓流输液器包括 依次相连通的一个精密过滤器 1、 一个导管 2、 一个滴斗 3、 一个输液导管 4 和一个止液过滤器 5。
该滴斗 3包括上滴斗 31和下滴斗 32, 该上滴斗 31 的上部通过导管 2
与精密过滤器 1 (精密过滤器的结构具体请参考公开号 103157154A的专利, 本申请引用该专利文献的全文)相互连通, 该下滴斗 32中设有一止液装置, 该止液装置包括依次连接的上浮球、 下浮球以及止液膜片 33, 该止液膜片 33工作时与该下滴斗 32的底部的内壁贴合, 该底部的内壁设有至少一条凹 槽 34,请结合图 5-8予以理解,该凹槽 34包括一上端口 341和一下端口 342, 该上端口 341的横截面大于该下端口 342的横截面, 实际生产时, 该上端口 341的横截面和该下端口 342的横截面相同也可以实现缓流效果, 该止液膜 片 33与该底部的内壁贴合时, 该下滴斗 32内的药液依次流经该上端口 341 和该下端口 342后进入该输液导管 4。该凹槽 34的横截面为多边形、圆弧形 或抛物线形。 该凹槽的上端口 341沿横截面方向的尺寸大于 0.1毫米, 该凹 槽的槽深大于 0.1毫米。
请结合图 9予以理解,该止液过滤器 5包括一过滤器座 56,一与该过滤 器座 56配合的过滤器盖 52和一夹设在该过滤器座 56和过滤器盖 52之间的 阻气膜 54, 其中该过滤器座 56和该阻气膜 54构成一气密封腔 53, 在该气 密封腔 53的下方由该过滤器盖 52和该阻气膜 54构成一液密封腔 55; 该过 滤器盖 52上还设有一与该气密封腔 53连通的进液流道 51以及一与该液密 封腔 55连通的出液流道 57。
本实施例的一次性使用止液缓流输液器的使用原理如下:
正常输液时, 请结合图 1予以理解, 药液依次通过精密过滤器 1、 导管 2、 滴斗 3、 输液导管 4和止液过滤器 5, 且以恒定的流量输出药液。
在止液装置的止液膜片与该底部的内壁贴合时,输液器处于缓慢流速输 液状态, 请同时结合图 4和图 5予以理解, 下滴斗内残留的药液能够从凹槽 的上端口 341进入, 从凹槽的下端口 342缓慢流入输液导管 4, 滴空后空气 进入补充, 使导管里的液体继续缓慢进入人体, 延长药液滴空的时间, 使得 人体血管渐渐升温, 在药液降低至止液过滤器时, 该阻气膜处能够形成气液 分离界面, 自动地停止滴液, 此时血管内部压强已经恢复平衡状态, 因此本 实施例的输液器能够实现防止回血和自动地停止滴液的双重功能。
本实施例的一次性使用止液缓流输液器具有以下技术效果: 第一、 兼具防止血液回流和自动止液的双重功能, 该凹槽能够延长药液 滴空的时间, 实现缓流输液和防止回血; 在药液降低至止液过滤器时, 该止 液过滤器能够形成气液分离界面, 自动地停止滴液。
第二、能够清除不溶性微粒,该精密过滤器的滤器膜的过滤孔径为 5~0.2 微米, 不仅能够清除不溶性微粒, 还能够有效排净液体中的空气, 避免空气 随液体一通输入人体血管, 降低了医疗事故的风险。
实施例 2
本实施例的一次性使用止液缓流输液器可以采用改进结构:
该些凹槽还可以设置于该止液膜片上, 具体上, 该些凹槽还可以设置于 该止液膜片的与该内壁相互贴合的面上。
另外, 精密过滤器和止液过滤器也不局限为上述具体结构, 其它结构的 精密过滤器和止液过滤器也可以使用, 此外也可以上下都使用精密过滤器, 只要保持上精密过滤器实现过滤固体颗粒的功能, 下精密过滤器实现止液过 滤功能即可。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理 解, 这些仅是举例说明, 本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。 本 领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方 式做出多种变更或修改, 但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其包括一个滴斗和设置于该滴斗 中的一止液装置, 该止液装置包括一个止液膜片, 该止液膜片工作时与该滴 斗的底部的内壁贴合, 该底部的内壁设有至少一条凹槽, 该凹槽包括一上端 口和一下端口, 该止液膜片与该底部的内壁贴合时, 该滴斗内的药液依次流 经该上端口和该下端口后进入输液导管, 其特征在于, 该滴斗的底部通过输 液导管与一个止液过滤器相互连通。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其特征在于, 该 滴斗包括相互连通的一个上滴斗和一个下滴斗, 该止液装置设置于该下滴斗 中, 该止液装置包括依次连接的一个上浮球、 一个下浮球以及该止液膜片, 该止液膜片工作时与该下滴斗的底部的内壁贴合, 该凹槽设置于该下滴斗的 底部的内壁上, 该下滴斗的底部通过输液导管与该止液过滤器相互连通。
3、 如权利要求 1-2 中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其 特征在于, 该凹槽的横截面为多边形面、 弧形面或抛物面。
4、 如权利要求 1-3 中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其 特征在于, 该凹槽的上端口沿横截面方向的尺寸大于 0.1毫米, 该凹槽的槽 深大于 0.1毫米。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其特征在于, 该 凹槽的上端口沿横截面方向的尺寸大于 0.01 毫米, 该凹槽的槽深大于 0.01 毫米。
6、 如权利要求 1-5 中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其 特征在于, 该止液过滤器包括一过滤器座, 一与该过滤器座配合的过滤器盖 和一夹设在该过滤器座和过滤器盖之间的阻气膜,其中该过滤器座和该阻气 膜构成一气密封腔,在该气密封腔的下方由该过滤器盖和该阻气膜构成一液 密封腔; 该过滤器盖上还设有一与该气密封腔连通的进液流道以及一与该液
密封腔连通的出液流道。
7、 如权利要求 1-6 中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其 特征在于, 该上滴斗的上部通过导管与一个精密过滤器相互连通。
8、 一种一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其包括一个滴斗和设置于该滴斗 中的一止液装置, 该止液装置包括一个止液膜片, 该止液膜片工作时与该滴 斗的底部的内壁贴合, 该止液膜片的与该内壁相互贴合的面上设有至少一条 凹槽,该凹槽包括一上端口和一下端口,该止液膜片与该底部的内壁贴合时, 该滴斗内的药液依次流经该上端口和该下端口后进入输液导管, 其特征在 于, 该滴斗的底部通过输液导管与一个止液过滤器相互连通。
9、 如权利要求 8所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其特征在于, 该 滴斗包括相互连通的一个上滴斗和一个下滴斗, 该止液装置设置于该下滴斗 中, 该止液装置包括依次连接的一个上浮球、 一个下浮球以及该止液膜片, 该止液膜片工作时与该下滴斗的底部的内壁贴合, 该下滴斗的底部通过输液 导管与该止液过滤器相互连通。
10、 如权利要求 8-9中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其 特征在于, 该凹槽的横截面为多边形面、 弧形面或抛物面。
11、如权利要求 8-10中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器,其 特征在于, 该凹槽的上端口沿横截面方向的尺寸大于 0.1毫米, 该凹槽的槽 深大于 0.1毫米。
12、 如权利要求 11 所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其特征在于, 该凹槽的上端口沿横截面方向的尺寸大于 0.01毫米,该凹槽的槽深大于 0.01 毫米。
13、 如权利要求 8-12 中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其特征在于, 该止液过滤器包括一过滤器座, 一与该过滤器座配合的过滤器 盖和一夹设在该过滤器座和过滤器盖之间的阻气膜, 其中该过滤器座和该阻 气膜构成一气密封腔,在该气密封腔的下方由该过滤器盖和该阻气膜构成一
液密封腔; 该过滤器盖上还设有一与该气密封腔连通的进液流道以及一与该 液密封腔连通的出液流道。
14、 如权利要求 9-13 中至少一项所述的一次性使用止液缓流输液器, 其特征在于, 该上滴斗的上部通过导管与一个精密过滤器相互连通。
15、 一种止液过滤器, 其特征在于, 该止液过滤器包括一过滤器座, 一 与该过滤器座配合的过滤器盖和一夹设在该过滤器座和过滤器盖之间的阻 气膜, 其中该过滤器座和该阻气膜构成一气密封腔, 在该气密封腔的下方由 该过滤器盖和该阻气膜构成一液密封腔; 该过滤器盖上还设有一与该气密封 腔连通的进液流道以及一与该液密封腔连通的出液流道。
