Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Wirbelstrombremse (1) mit einem Stator (5) und einem Rotor (8), der magnetisch durchsetzt wird, wenn er sich relativ zu dem Stator (5) um eine Drehachse dreht. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass der Stator (5) und der Rotor (8) so angeordnet und ausgeführt sind, dass der Rotor (8) in einer radialen Richtung magnetisch durchsetzt wird, wenn er sich relativ zu dem Stator (5) um seine Drehachse dreht.
