PORTE ALLEGEE A STRUCTURE RENFORCEE ALLEGE DOOR WITH REINFORCED STRUCTURE
L'invention porte sur une porte de véhicule dont la structure est allégée et comportant un élément de renfort assurant la rigidité de ladite porte. La réduction de la masse des véhicules automobiles est une orientation importante pour permettre une réduction de la consommation de carburant des véhicules. Les concepteurs cherchent à réduire cette masse au niveau de tous les composants du véhicule. Au niveau des portes latérales du véhicule, une des orientations est de réduire la quantité de matière utilisée, notamment en ajourant le panneau intérieur de la porte, situé côté habitacle du véhicule et qui est généralement recouvert d'un panneau de garnissage. Cette solution a comme inconvénient de diminuer la rigidité de la porte qui peut devenir perceptible par le client et donner une mauvaise appréciation de la qualité et de la solidité du véhicule. De plus, une porte latérale de véhicule joue un rôle important en cas de choc latéral ou frontal. Par exemple pour une porte avant, en cas de choc frontal, elle doit transmettre les efforts du choc du pied avant vers le pied milieu de manière à éviter un écrasement du volume de l'habitacle néfaste pour la sécurité des passagers. En cas de choc latéral, elle doit retransmettre les efforts sur les éléments de structure du véhicule, en particulier sur le pied avant et le pied milieu pour une porte avant, de manière à limiter l'enfoncement de la porte. Pour résoudre ce problème, le brevet US5417470 décrit une porte comportant une structure de renfort pour le choc frontal et le choc latéral, reliée d'un côté aux charnières de la porte et de l'autre côté à la serrure, fixée au panneau intérieur de porte, de sorte que la structure de renfort ait un rôle de renforcement du panneau intérieur de la porte. Fig. 12 shows a vehicle door 1 having a fixed window 16. The fenestron 16 is positioned above the casing 14, along a portion of the high edge of said casing 14. The fenestron 16 comprises at least one window of fenestron and a structure connected to the casing 14 so as to maintain said window of said fenestron 16. The structure of the window 16 comprises at least a part along the window 151 of the door 1, said part of the structure of the window 16 along the window 151 comprising at least one guide means 71 of the window 151.
