なお、溝部Gr1(溝Gr1a及び溝Gr1b)の断面形状は矩形状に限定されず、V字状やU字状であってもよい。
まず、図6を参照して、保持部Pr1の第1の変形例について説明する。本変形例に係る保持部Pr1a、Pr1b、Pr1c、Pr1d、及びPr1eはそれぞれ、上面Sruに形成されたスリット部の形状または溝部の形状を除いて、図3に示す保持部Pr1と同様に構成されている。以降、スリット部の形状及び溝部の形状に関して重点的に述べる。
以下に図11を参照して、本発明の実施の形態2に係る吸水シート保持マットについて説明する。吸水シート保持マットM2は、マット部Pm1及び保持部Pr1(図2)がそれぞれマット部Pm2及び保持部Pr2に置き換えられる点を除いて上述の吸水シート保持マットM1(図2)と同様に構成されている。以降、マット部Pm2及び保持部Pr2に関して重点的に述べる。
以下に図12を参照して、本発明の実施の形態3に係る吸水シート保持マットについて説明する。吸水シート保持マットM3は、マット部Pm2及びマット縁部Rm(図11)がそれぞれマット部Pm3及びマット縁部Rm3に置き換えられる点を除いて上述の吸水シート保持マットM2(図11)と同様に構成されている。以降、マット部Pm3及びマット縁部Rm3に関して重点的に述べる。
マット縁部Rm3は、凹六角形状のマット部Pm3の設置面Sbの辺縁から概ね垂直方向に所定の高さH1だけ立ちあがるように、マット部Pm3に一体的に設けられている。
以下に図13、図14、及び図15を参照して、本発明の実施の形態4に係る吸水シート保持マットについて説明する。吸水シート保持マットM4は、マット部Pm3(図12)がマット部Pm4に置き換えられる点を除いて上述の吸水シート保持マットM3(図12)と同様に構成されている。本実施の形態に於けるマット部Pm4は、簡単に言えば、上述のマット部Pm3に、設置面Sbから概ね垂直方向に立ちあがる突条Riが設けられている点に特徴がある。

Claims (11)
- 第1の多角形輪郭を有する吸水シートを保持する吸水シート保持マットであって、
互いに対向する第1の主面と第2の主面とで規定される、第2の多角形輪郭を有するマット部と、
上面に、前記吸水シートの周辺部の一部が挿入される少なくとも1本のスリットを有するスリット部が前記第2の主面より第1の所定の高さに形成されている、少なくとも1つの保持部とを備え、前記吸水シートは前記第1の主面の上に載置されることを特徴とする吸水シート保持マット。 - 前記第1の多角形輪郭は前記第2の多角形輪郭より大きく、前記保持部は前記マット部の上に設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記吸水シートは、
前記第1の多角形輪郭より小さな第3の多角形輪郭を有する吸水部と、
前記第1の多角形輪郭を有して前記吸水部の周囲に延在する縁部とを含み、
前記スリット部の中心と前記第2の多角形輪郭との距離は、前記第3の多角形輪郭と前記第1の多角形輪郭との距離より小さいことを特徴とする、請求項1及び請求項2の何れかに記載の吸水シート保持マット。 - 前記マット部の周囲に、前記第2の主面より第2の所定の高さに形成されているマット縁部を更に備える、請求項1及び請求項2の何れかに記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記保持部の前記上面に、隣接する2本のスリットの間に延在する少なくとも1本の溝を有する溝部がさらに形成されている請求項1から請求項4の何れかに記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記溝部は、前記保持部の前記上面において、前記マット部の求心側に位置することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記保持部が隣接する前記第2の多角形輪郭の互いに所定の角度θで交差する連続する2辺をそれぞれ、第1の辺及び第2の辺とすると、
前記溝部の中心点と前記スリット部の中心とを結ぶ線分が前記第1の辺及び前記第2の辺に対してなす角度は0°~θ°の範囲であることを特徴とする、請求項5及び請求項6の何れか一項に記載の吸水シート保持マット。 - 前記マット部は、前記第2の主面から概ね垂直方向に前記第1の所定の高さより低い第3の所定の高さだけ立ちあがる少なくとも1つの第1の突条をさらに備える請求項1から請求項7の何れかに記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記マット部は、前記第2の主面から概ね垂直方向に前記第1の所定の高さより低い第3の所定の高さだけ立ちあがり、前記第1の突条に対して所定の角度で交差する少なくとも1つの第2の突条をさらに備える、請求項8に記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記第3の所定の高さは、前記第2の所定の高さより小さいことを特徴とする、請求項8及び請求項9の何れかに記載の吸水シート保持マット。
- 前記マット部は、前記突条と前記マット縁部の内周壁とを連結する補強リブをさらに備える、請求項8、請求項9、及び請求項10のいずれかに記載の吸水シート保持マット。
