Abstract

The invention relates to a device for the promotion of unidirectional flow of media in ducts, especially for the unidirectional transportation of multiphase media from workspaces and for the prevention of return flow, which contains an insert body (20) protruding into the internal flow channels (la) of the duct (1). The characteristic feature of the invention is that the device (10) has a carrying shell (11) encompassing a regulating space (12) with a regulating cross-section (13) exceeding the cross-section (lb) of the flow channel (1a) of the duct (1), and the insert body (20) is formed by at least two self-returning shell pieces (21, 22) with flow openings (21a, 22a) separated by a gap (T) fixed to the carrying shell (11), with an acute angle of inclination (α) with respect to the main direction (1c) of the duct (1), viewed from the direction of flow (2).
