1. 下記式(1)で表されることを特徴とするジアミン。
<式(1)で表されるジアミン>
本発明のジアミンは上記式(1)で表されるジアミンである。式(1)中の熱によって脱離し得る有機基Aは、熱で分解して脱離することにより、-NHAがアミノ基に変換される有機基であれば特に限定はされない。勿論、Aを具備する状態では、アミノ基の反応性を低下させるものである。熱で脱離し得る有機基であるAの構造としては、ベンジルオキシカルボニル基や9-フルオレニルメチルオキシカルボニル基、アリルオキシカルボニル基、第三級ブトキシカルボニル基(tert-ブトキシカルボニル基)などに代表されるカルバメート系の有機基が挙げられるが、熱による脱離の効率が良く、比較的低い温度で脱離し、脱離した際に無害な気体として排出されるという観点では、第三級ブトキシカルボニル基が特に好ましい。なお、本明細書において、有機基とは、例えば、NやOを有していても良い炭化水素基である。
以下に本発明の式(1)で表されるジアミンの主な合成法について説明する。なお、以下で説明した方法は合成例であり、これに限定されないものとする。
本発明のポリアミドは式(1)で表されるジアミンを含有するジアミン成分とジカルボン酸ハライドとを塩基存在下で反応させる、またはジカルボン酸とジアミン成分を適当な縮合剤、塩基の存在下にて反応させることによって得られるポリアミドである。また、本発明のポリアミック酸は、式(1)で表されるジアミンを含有するジアミン成分とテトラカルボン酸二無水物との反応によって得られるポリアミック酸である。本発明のポリアミック酸エステルは式(1)で表されるジアミンを含有するジアミン成分とテトラカルボン酸ジエステルジクロリドを塩基存在下で反応させる、またはテトラカルボン酸ジエステルとジアミン成分を適当な縮合剤、塩基の存在下にて反応させることによって得られるポリアミック酸エステルである。なお、ポリアミック酸エステルは、ポリアミック酸のカルボキシル基をエステルに変換する方法でも得られる。本発明のポリイミドは、このポリアミック酸を脱水閉環(イミド化)させる、あるいはポリアミック酸エステルを加熱閉環(イミド化)させることにより得られるポリイミドである。かかるポリアミド、ポリアミック酸、ポリアミック酸エステル及びポリイミドのいずれも液晶配向膜を得るための重合体として有用である。なお、ジアミン成分に含まれる式(1)で表されるジアミンは、1種類でも2種類以上でもよく、また、ジアミン成分は、式(1)で表されるジアミン以外のその他のジアミンを1種類または2種類以上含んでいてもよい。上記式(1)で表されるジアミンは、ジアミン成分全量に対して、5~100モル%であることが好ましく、さらに好ましくは20~100モル%である。なお、本明細書において、特に記載がなければ、割合は、モル数を基準とするものである。
本発明の液晶配向剤は、液晶配向膜を形成するための塗布液であり、重合体被膜を形成するための重合体成分が有機溶媒に溶解した溶液である。ここで、前記の重合体成分は、上記した本発明の重合体である式(1)で表されるジアミンを用いて得られるポリアミック酸、ポリアミック酸エステル、ポリイミド及びポリアミドから選ばれる少なくとも一種の重合体を含む。液晶配向剤が含有する重合体成分の含有量は1質量%~20質量%が好ましく、より好ましくは3質量%~15質量%、特に好ましくは3質量%~10質量%である。
本発明の液晶配向剤は、基板等上に塗布、焼成した後、ラビング処理や光照射などで配向処理をして、又は垂直配向用途などでは配向処理無しで液晶配向膜として用いることができる。この際、用いる基板としては透明性の高い基板であれば特に限定されず、ガラス基板、若しくはアクリル基板やポリカーボネート基板などのプラスチック基板などを用いることができる。また、液晶駆動のためのITO(Indium Tin Oxide)電極などが形成された基板を用いることがプロセスの簡素化の観点から好ましい。また、反射型の液晶表示素子では片側の基板のみにならばシリコンウエハー等の不透明な物でも使用でき、この場合の電極はアルミ等の光を反射する材料も使用できる。

<分子量の測定>
ポリマー(ポリアミック酸、ポリアミック酸エステル、ポリイミド、ポリアミド)の分子量は、該ポリマーをGPC(常温ゲル浸透クロマトグラフィー)装置によって測定し、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリエチレンオキシド換算値として数平均分子量と重量平均分子量を算出した。

検量線作成用標準サンプル:東ソー社製 TSK 標準ポリエチレンオキサイド(分子量約900,000、150,000、100,000、30,000)、及び、ポリマーラボラトリー社製ポリエチレングリコール(分子量約12,000、4,000、1,000)。
ポリイミドのイミド化率は次のようにして測定した。ポリイミド粉末20mgをNMRサンプル管に入れ、重水素化ジメチルスルホキシド(DMSO-d6、0.05%TMS混合品)0.53mlを添加し、完全に溶解させた。この溶液を日本電子データム社製NMR測定器(JNM-ECA500)にて500MHzのプロトンNMRを測定した。
イミド化率は、以下の式によって算出した。なお、式(1)で表されるジアミンを用いないポリイミドのイミド化率は、下記の式中の「ポリアミック酸重合時の式(1)ジアミンの導入量」の値をゼロとして算出した。

式中αは、イミド化前後で変化しない構造に由来するプロトンを基準プロトンとして決め、このプロトンのピーク積算値と、9.5~10.0ppm付近に現れるアミック酸のNH基に由来するプロトンピーク積算値とを用い次式によって求めた。
α=(1-α・x/y)
上記式において、xはアミック酸のNH基由来のプロトンピーク積算値、yは基準プロトンのピーク積算値、αはポリアミック酸(イミド化率が0%)の場合におけるアミック酸のNH基プロトン一個に対する基準プロトンの個数割合である。
液晶配向剤を透明電極付きガラス基板にスピンコートし、温度80℃のホットプレート上で70秒乾燥させた後、220℃のIRオーブンを用いて窒素雰囲気下で10分間焼成を行い、膜厚100nmの塗膜を形成させた。この塗膜面をロール径120mmのラビング装置でコットン布(吉川製YA-25C)を用いて、ロール回転数1000rpm、ロール進行速度50mm/sec、押し込み量0.4mmの条件でラビングし、液晶配向膜付き基板を得た。
調製した液晶配向剤を、洗浄したCr板上に配向膜印刷機(日本写真印刷社製「オングストローマー」)を用いてフレキソ印刷を行なうことにより塗布性試験を行なった。アニロックスロールに約1.0mLの液晶配向剤を滴下し、空運転を10回実施した後、10分間印刷機を止め、印刷版を乾燥させた。その後、Cr基板1枚に印刷を行い、印刷後の基板は70℃のホットプレート上に5分間放置して、塗膜の仮乾燥を行い、膜状態の観察を行った。観察は目視と光学顕微鏡(ニコン社製「ECLIPSE ME600」)にて50倍で観察し、主に膜厚ムラやエッジ部の膜厚ムラの観察を行った。
<液晶セルの作製>で液晶配向膜付き基板を得た段階で、液晶配向膜の表面を共焦点レーザー顕微鏡(レーザーテック社製 リアルタイム走査型レーザー顕微鏡1LM21D)で観察し、下記の基準で評価を行った。結果を表6に示す。
良好:削れカスやラビング傷が全く観察されない。
不良:膜が剥離する又は目視でラビング傷が観察される。
液晶配向性評価用アンチパラレル液晶セルの初期配向状態を偏光板を介して目視で観察した。評価基準を以下に示す。結果を表6に示す。
良好:良好に配向している。
不良:光抜けや配向不良箇所が多く観察される。
上記の<液晶セルの作製>と同様にして得られた液晶セルを105℃で10分間加熱した後、プレチルト角の測定を行った。測定にはオプトメトリクス社製 Axo Scan ミュラーマトリクスポーラリメーターを用いた。
上記の<液晶セルの作製>に記載の方法で作製したツイストネマティック液晶セルに、60℃の温度下で1Vの電圧を60μs間印加し、166.7ms後の電圧を測定し、電圧がどのくらい保持できているかを電圧保持率として計算した(初期VHR)。結果を表7の「初期」欄に示す。なお、電圧保持率の測定には東陽テクニカ社製のVHR-1電圧保持率測定装置を使用した。
また、初期VHR測定を行った液晶セルを、バックライト(ノートPCに使用されるLCD用バックライト)に240時間暴露した後、初期VHRと同様の方法でVHRを測定した(バックライトエージング暴露後のVHR)。結果を表7の「バックライトエージング」欄に示す。
そして、バックライトエージング暴露後のVHR測定を行った液晶セルを、70℃、相対湿度70%の環境下に240時間放置した後、初期VHRと同様の方法でVHRを測定した(高温・高湿エージング後のVHR)。結果を表7の「高温・高湿エージング」欄に示す。
上記の<液晶セルの作製>に記載の方法で作製したツイストネマティック液晶セルに、23℃の温度下で直流電圧を0Vから0.1V間隔で1.0Vまでに印加し、各電圧でのフリッカー振幅レベル光電変換装置を用いて測定し、フリッカー振幅レベルと印加電圧における検量線を作成した。セルを5分間アースし、放置後、交流電圧をV50(輝度が半分になる電圧)、直流電圧5.0Vを1時間印加した後、直流電圧のみ0Vにした直後のフリッカー振幅レベルを測定し、予め作成した検量線と照らし合わせる事によりRDCを見積もった。このRDCの見積もり方法は、フリッカー参照法という。
(実施例1) N1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-アミノフェニル]スクシンアミド[B-6]の合成
攪拌子と窒素導入管を備えた3L四口フラスコに、4-ニトロ-1,2-フェニレンジアミンを200.0g(1.31mol)測りとり、THFを1L、DMFを300mL加え窒素雰囲気下で約60℃に加熱し溶解させ、二炭酸tertブチル285.2g(1.44mol)を滴下ロートを用いて2時間かけてゆっくり滴下し、4時間還流させた。

500mL四口フラスコに4-ニトロ-2-tertブトキシカルボニルアミノアニリンを20.0g(78.97mmol)、ピリジン(「Py」とも記載する)を15.6g(197.43mmol)測り取り、脱水THF300mlに溶解させ、氷浴中10℃以下を保ちながら、窒素雰囲気下でコハク酸ジクロリド5.51g(35.54mmol)のTHF溶液(20wt%)を滴下漏斗を用いてゆっくり滴下し、室温で24時間攪拌反応させた。反応が進行するにつれて固体が析出してきた。反応終了後、反応溶液に純水300mlを加えしばらく攪拌し、1Lのメタノールに反応溶液を注ぎしばらく攪拌した。固体を濾過し、更にメタノール500mlで数回洗浄することで薄黄色の固体19.5g(収率:92%)を得た。得られた固体はN1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]フスクシンアミドであった。
三方コックと攪拌子を備えた300mL四口フラスコにN1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]スクシンアミド10.0gとパラジウムカーボン(10wt%)を1.0g計り取り、DMFを200ml加え、減圧脱気及び水素置換を行い、室温で48時間反応させた。

500mL四口フラスコに2-tertブトキシカルボニルアミノ-4-ニトロアニリンを20.0g(78.97mmol)、ピリジンを15.6g(197.43mmol)測り取り、脱水THF300mlとDMF100mlとの混合溶媒に溶解させ、氷浴中10℃以下を保ちながら、窒素雰囲気下でアジポイルクロリド6.5g(35.54mmol)のTHF溶液(20wt%)を滴下漏斗を用いてゆっくり滴下し、室温で24時間攪拌反応させた。反応が進行するにつれて固体が析出してきた。反応終了後、反応溶液に純水300mlを加えしばらく攪拌し、1Lのメタノールに反応溶液を注ぎしばらく攪拌した。固体を濾過し、更にメタノール500mlで数回洗浄することで白灰色の固体19.5g(収率:89%)を得た。得られた固体はN1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]アジパミドであった。
三方コックと攪拌子を備えた300mL四口フラスコにN1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]アジパミド15.0gとパラジウムカーボン(5wt%)を1.5g計り取り、DMFを250ml加え、減圧脱気及び水素置換を行い、室温で48時間反応させた。

500mL四口フラスコに2-tertブトキシカルボニルアミノ-5-ニトロアニリンを20.0g(78.97mmol)、ピリジンを15.6g(197.43mmol)測り取り、脱水THF300mlとDMF100mlとの混合溶媒に溶解させ、氷浴中10℃以下を保ちながら、窒素雰囲気下でテレフタロイルクロリド7.2g(35.54mmol)のTHF溶液(20wt%)を滴下漏斗を用いてゆっくり滴下し、室温で24時間攪拌反応させた。反応が進行するにつれて固体が析出してきた。反応終了後、反応溶液に純水300mlを加えしばらく攪拌し、1Lのメタノールに反応溶液を注ぎしばらく攪拌した。固体を濾過し、更にメタノール500mlで数回洗浄することで薄黄色の固体21.5g(収率:95%)を得た。得られた固体はN1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]テレフタルアミドであった。
三方コックと攪拌子を備えた300mL四口フラスコにN1,N4-ビス[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]テレフタルアミド15.0gとパラジウムカーボン(5wt%)を1.5g計り取り、DMFを250ml加え、減圧脱気及び水素置換を行い、室温で48時間反応させた。

500mL四口フラスコに2-tertブトキシカルボニルアミノ-4-ニトロアニリンを15.0g(59.23mmol)、ピリジンを7.0g(88.85mmol)測り取り、脱水THF300mlとDMF100mlとの混合溶媒に溶解させ、氷浴中10℃以下を保ちながら、窒素雰囲気下で4-ニトロベンゾイルクロリド12.1g(65.15mmol)をゆっくり加え、室温で24時間攪拌反応させた。反応が進行するにつれて固体が析出してきた。反応終了後、反応溶液に純水300mlを加えしばらく攪拌し、1Lのメタノールに反応溶液を注ぎしばらく攪拌した。固体を濾過し、更にメタノール500mlで数回洗浄することで白色の固体22.2g(収率:93%)を得た。得られた固体は4-ニトロ-N-[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]ベンスアミドであった。
三方コックと攪拌子を備えた300mL四口フラスコに4-ニトロ-N-[(2-tert-ブトキシカルボニルアミノ)-4-ニトロフェニル]ベンズアミド20.0gとパラジウムカーボン(5wt%)を2.0g計り取り、DMFを400ml加え、減圧脱気及び水素置換を行い、室温で48時間反応させた。

(実施例5) ポリアミック酸[PAA-1:A-1/B-6]の重合と液晶配向剤[AL-1]の調製
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-6を2.64g(5.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを20.3g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を0.93g(4.75mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-1)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-1の数平均分子量は11,300、重量平均分子量は24,500であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-7を2.78g(5.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを21.1g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を0.93g(4.75mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-2)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-2の数平均分子量は13,400、重量平均分子量は30,100であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-8を2.88g(5.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを21.1g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を0.93g(4.75mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-3)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-3の数平均分子量は10,700、重量平均分子量は25,200であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-9を1.71g(5.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを15.00g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を0.93g(4.75mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-4)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-4の数平均分子量は11,100、重量平均分子量は23,500であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-6を2.64g(5.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを20.7g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-3を1.01g(4.65mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-5)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-5の数平均分子量は10,800、重量平均分子量は22,300であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-7を2.78g(5.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを21.5g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-3を1.01g(4.65mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-6)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-6の数平均分子量は11,900、重量平均分子量は24,900であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-1を0.64g(6.00mmol)、B-7を1.67g(3.00mmol)、B-4を0.35g(1.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを25.89g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を1.87g(9.50mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-7)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-7の数平均分子量は12,200、重量平均分子量は26,300であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-2を1.34g(11.00mmol)、B-7を4.45g(8.00mmol)、B-5を0.41g(1.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを56.27g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を3.84g(19.60mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-8)の溶液を得た。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-1を0.65g(6.00mmol)、B-7を1.67g(3.00mmol)、B-4を0.35g(1.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを31.79g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-2を3.84g(19.60mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-9)の溶液を得た。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた200ml四口フラスコに、B-3を9.91g(50.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを56.04g、GBLを56.04g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を4.41g(22.50mmol)測り取り、少しずつ加え、A-3を5.45g(25.00mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-10)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-10の数平均分子量は10,500、重量平均分子量は22,400であった。
攪拌子を備えた100mlの三角フラスコに、実施例13で得られたポリイミド溶液[SPI-2S]を20.00g、実施例14で得られたポリアミック酸溶液[PAA-10S]を80.00g測り取り、室温で24時間攪拌することで液晶配向剤[AL-9]を得た。
窒素導入管と攪拌子を備えた100mL四口フラスコにB-6を5.28g(10.00mmol)、NMPを16.7g、ピリジン1.98g(25.00mmol)を加え、約10℃に冷却し、A-4を0.91g(4.80mmol)、A-1を1.02g(5.00mmol)加え、室温に戻し窒素雰囲気下24時間反応させポリアミド(PA-1)の濃度20質量%の溶液を得た。
[AL-11]の調製
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-3を1.98g(10.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを21.79g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を1.86g(9.50mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-11)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-11の数平均分子量11,400、重量平均分子量は24,300であった。
[AL-12]の調製
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、A-1を1.96g(10.00mmol)測り取り、NMPを16.81g加え攪拌し、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、スラリー状の溶液にB-1を1.01g(9.50mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-12)の溶液を得た。得られたPAA-12の数平均分子量13,500、重量平均分子量は28,900であった。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-2を1.64g(13.50mmol)、B-4を0.52g(1.5mmol)測り取り、NMPを28.48g加え攪拌し、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-1を2.85g(14.55mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-13)の溶液を得た。
窒素導入管とメカニカルスターラーを備えた50ml四口フラスコに、B-1を1.45g(13.50mmol)、B-4を0.52g(1.50mmol)測り取り、NMPを36.25g加え溶解させ、窒素雰囲気下で約10℃に冷却し、A-2を4.41g(14.7mmol)を少しずつ加え、室温に戻し6時間反応させ15質量%のポリアミック酸(PAA-14)の溶液を得た。
*3 RDC測定は初期VHRを測定後に行い、AC電圧:V50(約4.8~5.0Vp-p)、DC電圧:5.0V、DC印加時間:1時間行い、DC印加1時間後のRDCをフリッカー参照法にて行った。

- 下記式(1)で表されることを特徴とするジアミン。
(式中、Aは熱によって脱離し得る有機基を表す。Bは-CH2-、-O-、-S-または-NH-を表す。Xは単結合または二価の有機基を表す。Yは単結合、-O-、-CONH-、-NHCO-、-OCO-、-COO-、-HN-CO-NH-、-NHCOO-または-OCONH-を表す。Zは単結合または炭素数1~2のアルキレン基を表す。R1は水素原子または炭素数1~3のアルキル基を表す。R2は、Yが-CONH-または-OCO-である場合は-NH-A基を表し、それ以外の場合は水素原子、ハロゲン原子または炭素数1~5のアルキル基を表す。k1は0~3の整数を表し、R3は、ハロゲン原子または炭素数1~5のアルキル基を表し、-(R3)k1は置換基R3がk1個あることを表し、但し、k1が2以上の場合、2以上のR3はそれぞれ同一でも異なっていてもよい。k2は0~3の整数を表し、R4は、ハロゲン原子またはアルキル基であり、-(R4)k2は置換基R4がk2個あることを表し、但し、k2が2以上の場合、2以上のR4はそれぞれ同一でも異なっていてもよい。) - Aがtert-ブトキシカルボニル基であることを特徴とする請求項1記載のジアミン。

- Xが2価の炭素数1~20の飽和炭化水素基、不飽和炭化水素基、芳香族炭化水素基または複素環を表し、Yが-CONH-(ただし、C=OがXに結合している)を表し、R2が-NH-A基であることを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載のジアミン。
- 請求項1~5記載の式(1)で表されるジアミンを含むジアミン成分を用いて得られるポリアミド、ポリアミック酸、ポリアミック酸エステル、または、該ポリアミック酸及び/又はポリアミック酸エステルをイミド化して得られるポリイミドからなることを特徴とする重合体。
- 前記ジアミン成分が、式(1)で表されるジアミンを5~100mol%含有することを特徴とする請求項6記載の重合体。
- 請求項6~8のいずれか一項に記載の重合体を含有することを特徴とする液晶配向剤。
- 請求項9記載の液晶配向剤を用いたことを特徴とする液晶配向膜。
- 請求項10記載の液晶配向膜を具備したことを特徴とする液晶表示素子。
