본 발명은 바베큐 구이장치에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 측면프레임과 제 2 측면프레임의 사이에 연결판과 접혀짐이 가능한 측판을 결합하여 접혀지거나 펼쳐지는 구이기본체를 구성하고, 구이기본체의 상부에 접혀지는 상판부재를 설치하며, 상판부재의 상측에는 틀과 석쇠봉이 분리되고 고기구이시 기름의 대부분을 자연스럽게 외부 배출하는 석쇠부재를 설치하며, 숯불 세기에 따라 석쇠부재의 설치높이를 조절할 수 있도록 하는 높이조절부재를 석쇠부재에 구성하므로서, 캠핑이나 야외에서 고기구워먹을 때 사용하는 바베큐 구이기의 각 구성요소들이 분리됨은 물론 슬림하게 접혀지게되어 휴대가 간편하고, 구이기본체의 측면프레임과 다리부재의 다리프레임이 'W'자 모양으로 결합되기 때문에 내구성이 매우 향상되며, 다리부재를 3단계로 높이 조절할 수 있으므로 한가지 제품으로 좌식, 의자식, 스탠드식 등 3가지 설치높이로 사용할 수 있는 효과를 기대할 수 있고, 석쇠봉에 구비된 기름홈을 통해 고기구이시 발생하는 기름의 대부분이 외부로 배출되어 화염에 의해 고기가 타버리는 현상을 최소한으로 억제하여 바베큐를 최상의 상태로 조리할 수 있도록 한 바베큐 구이장치에 관한 것이다.
야외에서 숯불 바베큐를 즐기기 위해서 사용되는 통상의 바베큐 구이기는 반원통형의 몸통 위에 석쇠를 올리고 몸통 내부에 숯불을 넣는 구조로 이루어져 있으며, 이 외에도 휴대가 용이하도록 비교적 소형 사이즈의 바베큐 구이기가 다양하게 개발되어 사용되고 있다.
한편, 기존의 숯불 바베큐 구이기는 화력의 세기에 따라 또는 고기의 종류나 취향에 따라 고기를 알맞게 굽기 위하여 석쇠의 높이를 조절해주어야 했었는데, 이러한 석쇠의 높이조절은 별도의 기구 없이 돌멩이나 나무 등의 임기응변형 받침구 를 사용하였으므로 고기를 굽는 도중 자칫 석쇠가 엎어지거나 떨어지는 등의 사고 아닌 사고가 발생하는 문제점이 있었으며, 별도의 테이블을 바베큐 구이기의 근처에 두고 이 테이블에 식재료를 올려서 취식하여야 했었으므로 별도의 테이블을 함께 준비하여야 하는 단점도 있었다
이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 등록실용신안 20-361851호와 같은 종래의 바베큐 구이장치가 제공되었다.
종래의 바베큐 구이장치는
상부가 개방된 몸통과;
상기 몸통의 내부에 설치되며 높낮이가 조절되는 숯불재치대와;
상기 몸통의 상부에 분리가능하게 설치되며 고기가 올려지는 석쇠와;
상기 몸통의 좌,우측에 분리가능하게 부착되는 지지대와;
상기 몸통의 전,후측에 절첩가능하게 부착되는 절첩판과;
상기 절첩판을 수평상태로 지지하기 위한 지지구;를 포함하여 구성된다.
그러나, 종래의 바베큐 구이장치는 몸통이 반원통형을 유지하고 있기 때문에 휴대시 부피가 커지게되고, 지지대의 높이가 한정되어 있어서 다양한 설치높이로 사용할 수 없는 문제점이 있었으며, 또한, 고기구이시 고기에서 발생하는 기름이 그대로 숯불로 떨어지게되어 화염에 의해 고기가 쉽게 타버리는 문제점 또한 발생하였으며, 숯불 높이 조절을 위해서는 사용자가 석쇠를 들어낸 후 몸통 내부의 숯불재치대의 높이를 조절해야만 하므로 잘못하면 화상을 입게되는 문제점이 발생하고 있었다.
따라서, 상기 문제점을 해결하기 위한 본 발명은 캠핑이나 야외에서 고기구워먹을 때 사용하는 바베큐 구이기의 각 구성요소들이 분리됨은 물론 슬림하게 접혀지게되어 휴대가 간편한 바베큐 구이기를 제공함을 목적으로 한다.
상기 목적달성을 위한 본 발명은,
한쌍의 측면프레임바(103a)(103b) 하측을 제 1 링크(104)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 구성하고, 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a,103b)의 사이에 다공홀(106)이 구비된 연결판(105)을 결합하며, 제 1 힌지결합부(109)에 의해 서로 접혀짐이 가능하게 결합되는 직각삼각형 형상의 제 1 측판(107)과 제 2 측판(108)을 구비하고, 제 1 측판(107)의 외측과 제 2 측판(108)의 외측을 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)의 내측에 형성된 제 2 힌지결합부(110)에 회전가능하게 결합하여 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)이 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지도록 구성하며, 다공홀(121)이 전체적으로 형성되면서 중앙부에 중앙홀(122)이 형성된 받침판(120)을 연결판(105)의 사이 하단에 수평상으로 설치하고, 받침판(120)의 중앙부에 숯받침판(124)을 이격되게 설치하고, 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)와 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 상부를 연결하도록 받침봉(111)을 리벳(113)으로 결합하여 구성한 구이기본체(100)와;
한쌍의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 상측을 제 2 링크(204)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 구성하고, 제 1 다리프레임(201)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203a)의 상단과 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)의 하단을 힌지(205)로서 연결함과 동시에 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203b)의 상단과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 하단을 힌지(205)로서 연결하여 구성한 다리부재(200)와;
중간부가 경첩(303)으로 결합되어 직사각형 모양을 이루면서 구이기본체(100)의 받침봉(111) 상부에 얹혀져 설치되는 제 1 상판프레임(301) 과 제 2 상판프레임(302)을 구비하고, 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302) 상측 일부에 각각 제 1 상판(304)과 제 2 상판(305)을 결합하며, 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302)의 저면에는 받침봉(111)이 끼워지는 끼움홈(306)을 형성하여 구성한 상판부재(300)와;
상판부재(300)의 상측에 얹혀져 설치되는 석쇠부재(400); 로 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다.

상기 도면에 의하면, 본 발명은 구이기본체(100), 다리부재(200), 상판부재(300), 석쇠부재(400), 높이조절부재(500), 회전식구이부재(600)로 대별 구성된다.
상기 구이기본체(100)는 숯이 내부에 담겨지는 것으로서, 도 1 에 도시된 바와같이 한쌍의 측면프레임바(103a)(103b) 하측을 제 1 링크(104)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 구성하고, 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a,103b)의 사이에 다공홀(106)이 구비된 연결판(105)을 결합하며, 제 1 힌지결합부(109)에 의해 서로 접혀짐이 가능하게 결합되는 직각삼각형 형상의 제 1 측판(107)과 제 2 측판(108)을 구비하고, 제 1 측판(107)의 외측과 제 2 측판(108)의 외측을 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)의 내측에 형성된 제 2 힌지결합부(110)에 회전가능하게 결합하여 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)이 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지도록 구성한다.
제 1 링크(104)를 중심으로 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 접어주게되면, 측면프레임바(103a)(103b) 사이에 설치되어 있는 제 1 측판(107)과 제 2 측판(108)이 제 1 힌지결합부(109)를 중심으로 내측으로 접혀지게되므로 제 1 및 제 2 측면프레임(102)이 완전히 접혀지게 되는 것이며, 제 1 링크(104)를 중심으로 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 펼치게되면 제 1 측판(107)과 제 2 측판(108)이 펼쳐지면서 측면프레임(101)이 부채꼴 모양으로 펼쳐지게 되는 것이다.
그리고, 다공홀(121)이 전체적으로 형성되면서 중앙부에 중앙홀(122)이 형성된 받침판(120)을 연결판(105)의 사이 하단에 수평상으로 설치하고, 받침판(120)의 중앙부에 숯받침판(124)을 이격되게 설치하는데,
숯받침판(124)의 설치를 위해 중앙홀(122)에 근접하도록 받침판(120)의 상부면에 복수개의 안착홈(123)을 형성하고, 숯받침판(124)의 저면부에는 안착홈(123)에 끼워지는 지지봉(126)을 형성하며, 숯받침판(124)에는 다수의 홀(125)을 형성한다.
구이기본체(100)의 하부에 설치되는 받침패널(220)에 가스버너(221)를 설치하여 가스버너(221)의 상측 노즐부가 받침판(120)의 중앙홀(122)에 위치하도록 하여 숯받침판(124)에 받쳐지도록 숯을 올려놓은 상태에서 가스버너(221)를 작동시키면 가스버너(221)의 불꽃이 숯받침판(124)의 홀(125)을 통해 숯으로 전달되어 숯을 쉽게 발화시킬 수 있도록 하였다.
숯을 사용하지 않을 때에는 가스버너(221)의 화력을 이용해서도 고기를 구울 수 있다.
또한, 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)와 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 상부를 연결하도록 받침봉(111)을 리벳(113)으로 결합하여 받침봉(111) 위에 상판부재(300)를 올려놓을 수 있도록 하였으며, 받침봉(111)을 리벳(113)으로 결합할때 리벳(113)의 몸통부에 걸림봉(114)을 끼워 결합하여 걸림봉(114)이 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)외측으로 돌출되도록 구성하여 상기 걸림봉(114)이 높이조절부재(500)의 슬릿홀(505)에 끼워질 수 있도록 한다.
한편, 상기 다리부재(200)는 한쌍의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 상측을 제 2 링크(204)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 구성하고, 제 1 다리프레임(201)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203a)의 상단과 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)의 하단을 힌지(205)로서 연결함과 동시에 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203b)의 상단과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 하단을 힌지(205)로서 연결하여 구성한다.
상기와같이 제 1 및 제 2 다리프레임(201)(202)과 제 1 및 제 2 측면프레임(101)(102)을 'W'자 모양으로 결합함에 따라 구이기본체(100)를 접을때 다리부재(200)가 동시에 접혀지게됨은 물론 제 1 및 제 2 다리프레임(201)(202)이 매우 견고하게 구이기본체(100)를 지지하게되어 제품의 내구성이 향상되는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
그리고, 본 발명에 적용된 다리부재(200)는 좌식, 의자식, 스탠드식의 3가지 높이로 사용할 수 있다.
즉, 상기 설명된 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 사용하여 구이기본체(100)를 설치하게되면 가장낮은 높이로서 도 3a와 같이 좌식(앉아서 고기 구워먹는것)으로 사용한다.
의자식은 사용자가 의자에 앉아서 바베큐 구이기를 사용할 수 있는 높이를 말하는 것으로, 도 3b와 같이 의자식 사용을 위해서 다리부재(200)의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 하측에 'ㄷ'자 모양의 단면을 갖는 중간다리(206)를 힌지(207)로서 접혀지거나 펼쳐질 수있도록 결합하고, 중간다리(206)의 힌지 결합부위 단부에는 받침편(208)을 돌출되게 형성하여 중간다리(206)가 펼쳐졌을때 받침편(208)에 받침패널(220)을 걸어 설치할 수 있도록 구성한다.
중간다리(206)는 다리프레임바(203a)(203b)에 접혀진 상태로 존재하게되고, 중간다리(206)를 다리프레임바(203a)(203b)의 하측으로 펼쳐줌에 따라 구이기본체(100)를 의자식 높이로 높게 설치할 수 있게된다.
그리고, 중간다리(206)의 힌지 결합부위 단부에 받침편(208)을 돌출되게 형성함에 따라 중간다리(206)가 펼쳐졌을때 받침패널(220)을 걸어 설치할 수 있으며, 상기 받침패널(220)에는 가스버너(221)를 설치할 수 있으며, 구이기본체(100)에서 떨어지는 숯가루 또는 기름이 받쳐지게 된다.
바베큐구이기가 좌식으로 사용될 때에는 받침패널(220)을 지면에 놓고 사용한다.
또한, 도 4 에 도시된 바와같이 바베큐구이기를 스탠드식(서서 고기를 굽는 높이)으로 사용하기 위해 중간다리(206)의 하측으로 끼워지는 하부다리(215)를 더 구성하되,
하부다리(215)의 상부에는 핀홀(216)이 타공되어 있고, 중간다리(206)의 하단부 외측에는 하부다리(215)의 핀홀(216)에 끼워져 하부다리(215)를 결합시키는 결합수단을 구성한다.
결합수단은 중간다리(206)의 하단부 외측에 별도의 하우징(210)을 설치하고, 하우징(210) 외측에서 중간다리(206) 내측으로 끼워지는 결속핀(211)을 하우징(210)에 결합하되, 결속핀(211)의 중간부에 날개(212)를 형성하고, 날개(212)와 하우징(210) 사이에 스프링(213)을 개재하며, 하부다리(215)의 상단 에는 하부다리(215)가 결속핀(211) 결합위치까지 삽입되도록 하는 스토퍼(214)를 돌출되게 형성하여 하부다리(215)의 상단을 중간다리(206) 내측으로 끼운 상태에서 결속핀(211)을 당겼다가 놓으면 결속핀(211)이 핀홀(216)에 끼워지면서 중간다리(206)와 하부다리(215)가 결합되도록 구성한다.
따라서, 중간다리(206) 하측으로 하부다리(215)를 더 결합시키게되면 구이기본체(100)의 설치높이가 사용자 허리높이가되어 사용자가 선 상태에서 고기를 구울 수 있게된다.
한편, 본 발명에 적용된 상판부재(300)는 중간부가 경첩(303)으로 결합되어 직사각형 모양을 이루면서 구이기본체(100)의 받침봉(111) 상부에 얹혀져 설치되는 제 1 상판프레임(301) 과 제 2 상판프레임(302)을 구비하고, 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302) 상측 일부에 각각 제 1 상판(304)과 제 2 상판(305)을 결합하며, 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302)의 저면에는 받침봉(111)이 끼워지는 끼움홈(306)을 형성하여 구성한다.
상기와같은 상판부재(300)를 구이기본체(100)의 받침봉(111)에 끼워 설치하게되면, 제 1 상판(304)과 제 2 상판(305)의 사이 공간이 구이기본체(100)의 직상방에 위치하게되며, 상판(304)(305) 위에는 그릇이나 수저를 올려놓을 수 있게된다.
상판부재(300)를 사용하지 않을때에는 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302)을 경첩(303)을 중심으로 접어서 휴대할 수 있다.
한편, 본 발명에 적용된 석쇠부재(400)는 도 7 에 도시된 바와같이 상판부재(300)의 상측에 얹혀져 설치되는 것으로, 길이가 긴 한쌍의 장틀(401)과 장틀(401)에 비해 상대적으로 짧은 한쌍의 단틀(402)을 서로 결합하여 직사각형 모양의 틀을 이루되, 장틀(401)은 내측벽(404)과 외측벽(405)이 이격되게 상향 돌출된 프레임바로 구현하여 내측벽(404)과 외측벽(405)의 사이에 기름이 배출되기 위한 기름배출라인(406)이 형성되도록 하고, 기름배출라인(406)의 양단에는 기름을 구이기본체(100) 내부로 배출시키기 위한 배출홀(407)을 형성하며, 내측벽(404)에 다수의 거치홈(408)을 등간격으로 형성하고, 각각의 거치홈(408)에는 고기구이시 고기에서 배출되는 기름이 모아져 기름배출라인(406)으로 흐르도록 하는 기름홈(411)이 상부면에 길이방향으로 형성된 다수의 석쇠봉(410)을 끼워 결합하여 구성한다.
석쇠부재(400)는 고기가 얹혀지는 석쇠봉(410)이 틀(401)(402)과 분리되어 있어서 세척이 매우 용이하고, 석쇠봉(410)의 상부에 형성되어 있는 기름홈(411)에 의해 고기에서 배출되는 기름의 대부분이 기름홈(411)을 타고 기름배출라인(406)으로 흘러 배출되기 때문에 숯으로 떨어지는 기름이 적어져 기름에 의한 화염이 크게 발생하지 않게되어 고기가 타지 않으면서 최적의 상태로 구워지는 효과를 기대할 수 있다.
상기 단틀(402)에는 손잡이(403)가 형성된다.
또한, 상기 석쇠봉(410)의 하단 일측에 끼움돌부(412)를 외향 돌출되게 형성하고, 거치홈(408)의 하단 일측에는 상기 끼움돌부(412)가 끼워지기 위한 끼움홈(409)을 더 형성하여 끼움돌부(412)가 끼움홈(409)에 끼워지면서 석쇠봉(410)이 거치홈(408)에 끼워져 결합되도록 하여 석쇠봉(410) 위에 올려놓은 고기를 뒤집을때 석쇠봉(410)이 고기에 붙어 상승하지 않게된다.
석쇠봉(410)은 기름홈(411)이 항상 상부에 위치하도록 하기 위해 바닥면을 평평하게 형성하는 것이 바람직하다.
한편, 상기 석쇠부재(400)의 설치 높이를 불의 세기에 따라 조절하기 위한 높이조절부재(500)를 더 구성하되,
높이조절부재(500)는 석쇠부재(400)의 단틀(402)을 사각 파이프로 구현하고, 양단에 결합홈(502)이 형성되어 있는 축봉(501)을 단틀(402)의 내부에 회전가능하게 끼워 결합하며, 축봉(501)의 결합홈(502)에 높이조절편(504)의 상단을 결합하여 높이조절편(504)이 석쇠부재(400)의 각 모서리 외측에 세로방향으로 설치되도록 구성한다.
그리고, 측면프레임바(103b)(103b)의 상단에 받침봉(111)을 리벳(113)으로 결합할때 리벳(113)의 몸통부에 걸림봉(114)을 끼워 결합하여 걸림봉(114)이 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)외측으로 돌출되도록 구성하고, 높이조절편(504)에는 걸림봉(114)이 끼워지는 슬릿홀(505)을 세로방향으로 형성하고, 슬릿홀(505)의 도중에 측방향으로 다수의 걸림홈(506)을 형성하여 걸림봉(114)이 걸림홈(506)으로 끼워지면서 석쇠부재(400)의 설치높이가 조절되도록 구성한다.
상기 슬릿홀(505)은 리벳(113)의 헤드(112)가 통과할 수 있는 크기로 설정하여 리벳(113)의 몸체부에 끼워져있는 걸림봉(114)을 용이하게 슬릿홀(505)에 끼울 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 높이조절편(504)을 사용하지 않을때에는 높이조절편(504)을 상측으로 회전시켜 장틀(401)과 나란해지도록하여 보관하며, 석쇠부재(400)를 설치할 때에는 높이조절편(504)을 하측으로 회전시킨 상태에서 각각의 측면프레임바(103a,103b) 상단에 돌출되어 있는 걸림봉(114)이 슬릿홀(505)에 끼워지도록 하며, 이러한 상태에서 원하는 높이로 석쇠부재(400)를 올리거나 내린 후 석쇠부재(400)를 일측으로 밀어 걸림봉(114)이 슬릿홀(505)의 일측으로 형성되어 있는 걸림홈(506)으로 끼워지면서 걸려지도록 하므로서, 석쇠부재(400)를 원하는 높이로 설치하여 사용할 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 본 발명에 적용된 회전식 구이부재(600)는 도 10과 도 11에 도시된 바와같이 다리부재(200)를 이루는 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)의 상부에 설치되어 회전식으로 고기를 구울 수 있도록 한 것으로서,
회전식 구이부재(600)는 제 1 다리프레임(201)의 상부에 끼워져 결합되는 제 1 브라켓(602)을 구비하고, 제 1 브라켓(602)의 외측에는 회전동력공급수단이 안착 설치되는 안착부(603)가 형성되며, 제 1 브라켓(602)의 상단 내측으로는 회전통(620)의 구동축(623)이 끼워지기 위한 회전동력공급수단의 회전축(604)이 돌출되고,
제 2 다리프레임(202)의 상부에 끼워져 결합되는 제 2 브라켓(606)을 구비하고, 제 2 브라켓(606)의 내측면에는 구동축(623)을 지지하기 위한 받침부(607)가 반원 형상으로 돌출되게 형성되며,
외주연에 철망(521)이 형성되어 내부에 구이용 고기가 내장되는 회전통(620)을 구비하고, 회전통(620)의 양측에는 구동축(623)이 돌출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
상기 회전동력공급수단은 저속모터(601) 또는 태엽뭉치(610)인 것을 특징으로 한다.
회전식구이부재(600)를 사용할 때에는 석쇠부재(400)를 상판부재(300)로 부터 제거한 후 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)의 상부에 각각 제 1 브라켓(602)과 제 2 브라켓(606)을 결합하고, 제 1 브라켓(602)의 회전축(604)에 회전통(620)의 일측 구동축(623)을 끼워 결합한 후 타측의 구동축(623)을 제 2 브라켓(606)의 받침부(607)에 거치시키므로서, 회전동력공급수단에서 공급되는 동력으로 회전하는 회전축(604)에 의해 회전통(620)이 저속으로 회전함에 따라 회전통(620) 내에 담겨진 고기가 구워지게 되는 것이다.
상기 회전동력공급수단은 저속모터(601)를 사용하거나 태엽뭉치(610)를 사용한다.
태엽뭉치(610)를 사용하게되면 사용자가 태엽을 감아놓은 만큼 태엽뭉치(610) 내의 태엽이 풀리면서 회전통(620)이 회전하게되므로 전기를 사용하지 않고서도 자동으로 회전통(620)을 회전시킬 수 있게된다.

Claims (8)

  1. 한쌍의 측면프레임바(103a)(103b) 하측을 제 1 링크(104)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 구성하고, 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a,103b)의 사이에 다공홀(106)이 구비된 연결판(105)을 결합하며, 제 1 힌지결합부(109)에 의해 서로 접혀짐이 가능하게 결합되는 직각삼각형 형상의 제 1 측판(107)과 제 2 측판(108)을 구비하고, 제 1 측판(107)의 외측과 제 2 측판(108)의 외측을 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)의 내측에 형성된 제 2 힌지결합부(110)에 회전가능하게 결합하여 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)이 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지도록 구성하며, 다공홀(121)이 전체적으로 형성되면서 중앙부에 중앙홀(122)이 형성된 받침판(120)을 연결판(105)의 사이 하단에 수평상으로 설치하고, 받침판(120)의 중앙부에 숯받침판(124)을 이격되게 설치하고, 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)와 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 상부를 연결하도록 받침봉(111)을 리벳(113)으로 결합하여 구성한 구이기본체(100)와;
    한쌍의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 상측을 제 2 링크(204)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 구성하고, 제 1 다리프레임(201)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203a)의 상단과 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)의 하단을 힌지(205)로서 연결함과 동시에 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203b)의 상단과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 하단을 힌지(205)로서 연결하여 구성한 다리부재(200)와;
    중간부가 경첩(303)으로 결합되어 직사각형 모양을 이루면서 구이기본체(100)의 받침봉(111) 상부에 얹혀져 설치되는 제 1 상판프레임(301) 과 제 2 상판프레임(302)을 구비하고, 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302) 상측 일부에 각각 제 1 상판(304)과 제 2 상판(305)을 결합하며, 제 1 상판프레임(301)과 제 2 상판프레임(302)의 저면에는 받침봉(111)이 끼워지는 끼움홈(306)을 형성하여 구성한 상판부재(300)와;
    상판부재(300)의 상측에 얹혀져 설치되는 석쇠부재(400); 로 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 석쇠부재(400)는
    길이가 긴 한쌍의 장틀(401)과 장틀(401)에 비해 상대적으로 짧은 한쌍의 단틀(402)을 서로 결합하여 직사각형 모양의 틀을 이루되,
    장틀(401)은 내측벽(404)과 외측벽(405)이 이격되게 상향 돌출된 프레임바로 구현하여 내측벽(404)과 외측벽(405)의 사이에 기름이 배출되기 위한 기름배출라인(406)이 형성되도록 하고, 기름배출라인(406)의 양단에는 기름을 구이기본체(100) 내부로 배출시키기 위한 배출홀(407)을 형성하며, 내측벽(404)에 다수의 거치홈(408)을 등간격으로 형성하고, 각각의 거치홈(408)에는 고기구이시 고기에서 배출되는 기름이 모아져 기름배출라인(406)으로 흐르도록 하는 기름홈(411)이 상부면에 길이방향으로 형성된 다수의 석쇠봉(410)을 끼워 결합한 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    상기 석쇠봉(410)의 하단 일측에 끼움돌부(412)를 외향 돌출되게 형성하고, 거치홈(408)의 하단 일측에는 상기 끼움돌부(412)가 끼워지기 위한 끼움홈(409)을 더 형성하여 끼움돌부(412)가 끼움홈(409)에 끼워지면서 석쇠봉(410)이 거치홈(408)에 끼워져 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서,
    또한, 상기 석쇠부재(400)의 설치 높이를 조절하기 위한 높이조절부재(500)를 더 구성하되,
    높이조절부재(500)는
    석쇠부재(400)의 단틀(402)을 사각 파이프로 구현하고, 양단에 결합홈(502)이 형성되어 있는 축봉(501)을 단틀(402)의 내부에 회전가능하게 끼워 결합하며, 축봉(501)의 결합홈(502)에 높이조절편(504)의 상단을 결합하여 높이조절편(504)이 석쇠부재(400)의 각 모서리 외측에 세로방향으로 설치되도록 구성하되,
    측면프레임바(103b)(103b)의 상단에 받침봉(111)을 리벳(113)으로 결합할때 리벳(113)의 몸통부에 걸림봉(114)을 끼워 결합하여 걸림봉(114)이 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)외측으로 돌출되도록 구성하고,
    높이조절편(504)에는 걸림봉(114)이 끼워지는 슬릿홀(505)을 세로방향으로 형성하고, 슬릿홀(505)의 도중에 측방향으로 다수의 걸림홈(506)을 형성하여 걸림봉(114)이 걸림홈(506)으로 끼워지면서 석쇠부재(400)의 설치높이가 조절되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    다리부재(200)의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 하측에는 'ㄷ'자 모양의 단면을 갖는 중간다리(206)가 힌지(207)로서 접혀지거나 펼쳐질 수있도록 결합되고, 중간다리(206)의 힌지 결합부위 단부에는 받침편(208)을 돌출되게 형성하여 중간다리(206)가 펼쳐졌을때 받침편(208)에 받침패널(220)을 걸어 설치할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    중간다리(206)의 하측으로 끼워지는 하부다리(215)를 더 구성하되,
    하부다리(215)의 상부에는 핀홀(216)이 타공되어 있고,
    중간다리(206)의 하단부 외측에는 하부다리(215)의 핀홀(216)에 끼워져 하부다리(215)를 결합시키는 결합수단을 구성하되,
    결합수단은 중간다리(206)의 하단부 외측에 별도의 하우징(210)을 설치하고, 하우징(210) 외측에서 중간다리(206) 내측으로 끼워지는 결속핀(211)을 하우징(210)에 결합하되, 결속핀(211)의 중간부에 날개(212)를 형성하고, 날개(212)와 하우징(210) 사이에 스프링(213)을 개재하며, 하부다리(215)의 상단 에는 하부다리(215)가 결속핀(211) 결합위치까지 삽입되도록 하는 스토퍼(214)를 돌출되게 형성하여 하부다리(215)의 상단을 중간다리(206) 내측으로 끼운 상태에서 결속핀(211)을 당겼다가 놓으면 결속핀(211)이 핀홀(216)에 끼워지면서 중간다리(206)와 하부다리(215)가 결합되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  7. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    다리부재(200)를 이루는 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)의 상부에 설치되어 회전식으로 고기를 구울 수 있는 회전식 구이부재(600)를 더 구성하되,
    회전식 구이부재(600)는
    제 1 다리프레임(201)의 상부에 끼워져 결합되는 제 1 브라켓(602)을 구비하고, 제 1 브라켓(602)의 외측에는 회전동력공급수단이 안착 설치되는 안착부(603)가 형성되며, 제 1 브라켓(602)의 상단 내측으로는 회전통(620)의 구동축(623)이 끼워지기 위한 회전동력공급수단의 회전축(604)이 돌출되고,
    제 2 다리프레임(202)의 상부에 끼워져 결합되는 제 2 브라켓(606)을 구비하고, 제 2 브라켓(606)의 내측면에는 구동축(623)을 지지하기 위한 받침부(607)가 반원 형상으로 돌출되게 형성되며,
    외주연에 철망(521)이 형성되어 내부에 구이용 고기가 내장되는 회전통(620)을 구비하고, 회전통(620)의 양측에는 구동축(623)이 돌출되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
  8. 한쌍의 측면프레임바(103a)(103b) 하측을 제 1 링크(104)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 구성하고, 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a,103b)의 사이에 다공홀(106)이 구비된 연결판(105)을 결합하며, 제 1 힌지결합부(109)에 의해 서로 접혀짐이 가능하게 결합되는 직각삼각형 형상의 제 1 측판(107)과 제 2 측판(108)외측을 측면프레임바(103a)(103b)의 내측에 형성된 제 2 힌지결합부(110)에 회전가능하게 결합하여 제 1 측면프레임(101)과 제 2 측면프레임(102)이 부채꼴 형상으로 펼쳐지도록 구성하여 구이기본체(100)를 구성한 것을 포함하는 바베큐 구이장치에 있어서,
    한쌍의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 상측을 제 2 링크(204)로 연결하여 접혀짐이 가능한 제 1 다리프레임(201)과 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 구성하고, 제 1 다리프레임(201)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203a)의 상단과 제 1 측면프레임(101)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103a)의 하단을 제1 힌지(205)로서 연결함과 동시에 제 2 다리프레임(202)을 이루는 다리프레임바(203b)의 상단과 제 2 측면프레임(102)을 이루는 측면프레임바(103b)의 하단을 제1 힌지(205)로서 연결하여 구성하며,
    다리부재(200)의 다리프레임바(203a)(203b) 하측에는 'ㄷ'자 모양의 단면을 갖는 중간다리(206)가 제2 힌지(207)로서 접혀지거나 펼쳐질 수있도록 결합되고, 중간다리(206)의 힌지 결합부위 단부에는 받침편(208)을 돌출되게 형성하여 중간다리(206)가 펼쳐졌을때 받침편(208)에 받침패널(220)을 걸어 설치할 수 있도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 바베큐 구이장치.
