Abstract

 Adaptable shoe

 The present invention relates to the field of shoes, and in particular a shoe adaptable depending on the circumstances.

 A shoe includes a sole and a shank. The sole forms the lower part of the shoe, designed to be placed under the foot and to interpose between the foot and the ground. The rod forms the upper part of the shoe, designed to go over the foot and to dress the foot.

 A "closed" stem includes at least one end, covering the toes, and quarters covering the back region of the foot (or tarsus), which includes the heel. A closed stem optionally includes a slap covering the forefoot (or metatarsal). A slap and a tip extending the slap together form a vamp. The stem optionally comprises a heel at the heel level.

 An "open" rod is open at the front, leaving the toes uncovered, and / or open at the back, revealing the rear region of the foot, including the heel.

 A stem closed at the front and open at the rear includes for example a tip and a slap covering the toes and the forefoot, the heel being uncovered. An open stem at the front and back includes for example only a slab covering the forefoot, toes and heel being uncovered.

 It is possible to provide a modular shoe, suitable to be worn in different ways depending on the circumstances.

 FR2904909A1 discloses a shoe comprising a sole and a rod made of a single piece and provided with slots for the passage of the foot to wear the shoe in different ways.

 WO2008 / 131487A1 discloses a flip-type shoe comprising a sole and a rod comprising a Y-shaped flange and provided with a front panel for protecting the toes foldable on the flange, two collapsible quarters on the sole and an equally folding heel on the sole.

 One of the aims of the invention is to provide an adaptable shoe depending on the circumstances, which is practical and easy to use.

For this purpose, the invention provides a shoe comprising a sole, a main rod and an auxiliary rod, the main rod extending over the auxiliary rod, and the auxiliary rod being adapted to pass over the front. foot and flatten on the sole, to carry the shoe through the main stem, the auxiliary rod is then flattened on the sole, or through the main stem and the auxiliary rod. In particular embodiments, the shoe includes one or more of the following features, taken alone or in any technically feasible combination:

Figures 5 to 7 are perspective views of a shoe adaptable in three different configurations. The shoe 2 illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 3 comprises a sole 4, a main stem 6 and an auxiliary rod 8.

 The sole 4 forms the lower part of the shoe 2 intended to be placed under the foot and to interpose between the foot of a user and the ground.

 The sole 4 extends longitudinally between a rear end 4A, support of the heel, and a front end 4B, support of the toes.

 The sole 4 has an inner side edge 10 and an outer side edge 12. The inner side edge 10 is the side edge of the sole 4 which is adjacent to the other shoe when the wearer is wearing a pair of shoes, and the edge outer side 12 is the side edge opposite to the other shoe.

 A stem is an upper part of the shoe, which passes over the foot. A rod allows the insertion of the foot between the sole under the foot and the rod that passes over the foot. The stem allows in particular to hold the shoe on the foot.

 The main rod 6 extends over the auxiliary rod 8. The main rod 6 and the auxiliary rod 8 are superimposed, the main rod 6 being located above and the auxiliary rod 8 below.

 The auxiliary rod 8 is able to flatten on the sole 4, allowing the shoe 2 to be worn only via the main rod 6, the auxiliary rod 8 then being flattened on the sole 4 (FIG. 1), or wear the shoe 2 jointly via the main rod 6 and the auxiliary rod 8, the auxiliary rod 8 being raised (Figure 2).

 The main rod 6 and the auxiliary rod 8 allow the insertion of the foot under the main rod 6 and above the flattened auxiliary rod 8 (Figure 1), to carry the shoe 2 only with the aid of the main rod 6 .

 The main rod 6 and the auxiliary rod 8 allow the insertion of the foot under the main rod 6 and the auxiliary rod 8 raised (Figure 2), to carry the shoe 2 jointly via the main rod 6 and the rod auxiliary 8.

The main rod 6 here comprises a Y-shaped flange 14 comprising a jib 16 to pass between the first two toes, an inner lanyard 18 extending between the lug 16 and the inner lateral edge 10 and an external lanyard 20 extending between the entredoigt 16 and the external lateral edge 12.  The auxiliary rod 8 comprises a slot 30 for the passage of the flange 14, more specifically for the passage of the entredoigt 16. The slot 30 is formed through the auxiliary rod upper 23.

 With the exception of the slot 30, the auxiliary stem upper 23 is substantially solid. Quarters 24 are also essentially full. The term "full" means here devoid of openness, as opposed to "openwork".

 In the case of a main rod devoid of entredoigt, the auxiliary rod 8 is devoid of slot for the entredoigt passage and the auxiliary rod 8 is substantially full.

 A user can wear shoe 2 in different ways.

 According to a first worn, the user flattens the auxiliary rod 8 on the sole 4 and inserts his foot under the main rod 6 and above the auxiliary rod 8, so as to use the boot in open configuration (Figure 1).

 The auxiliary rod 8 thus consists of an auxiliary stem upper 23. It is devoid of quarters. The rear edge 23A of the auxiliary stem upper 23 defines with the sole 4 a foot insertion opening under the auxiliary rod 8. Except the slot 30, the auxiliary rod 8 is full.

 An auxiliary rod different from a Y-flange is possible. The various variants mentioned above for the main stem are also conceivable for the auxiliary rod.

 In the case of a main stem devoid of entredoigt, the auxiliary rod is devoid of slot for the entredoigt passage and the auxiliary rod 8 is substantially full.

 The shoe 2 of FIGS. 5 to 7, in which the numerical references to the elements similar to those of FIGS. 3 and 4 are retained, differs from those of FIGS. 3 and 4 in that it comprises an intermediate rod 32 in addition to the rod. main 6 and auxiliary rod 8.

 The intermediate rod 32 is interposed between the main rod 6 and the auxiliary rod 8. The intermediate rod 32 is disposed below the main rod 6 and above the auxiliary rod 8.

 The intermediate rod 32 is adapted to pass over at least the forefoot and to flatten on the auxiliary rod 8 and the sole 4.

 The intermediate rod 32 makes it possible to wear the boot 2 selectively via the main rod 8, the intermediate rod 32 and the auxiliary rod 8 then being flattened (FIG. 5), via the main rod 6 and the intermediate rod 32, the auxiliary rod 8 then being flattened (Figure 6), or through the main rod 6, the intermediate rod 32 and the auxiliary rod 8 (Figure 7).

 The intermediate rod 32 is closed at the front and open at the rear. It is formed only of an intermediate stem upper 34 suitable for covering the forefoot and toes. The upper intermediate stem 34 is perforated. It includes openings 36.

 A user can wear shoe 2 in different ways.

According to a first worn, the user flattens the auxiliary rod 8 and the intermediate rod 32 on the sole 4 and inserts his foot under the main rod 6 and above the auxiliary rod 8 and the intermediate rod 32 (Figure 5) , so as to have a very open shoe, here of the tong type.  The variants mentioned above are combined to obtain a main or auxiliary stem closed at the front and rear, closed at the front and open at the rear, open at the front and closed at the rear, or open at the front and back.

In addition, a slap, a tip, a vamp and quarters of a main or auxiliary rod are essentially solid or perforated. So, in general, a rod main or auxiliary is full, each of its stem parts covering the foot being full, or perforated, at least one of its stem parts covering the foot being perforated.

 Thanks to the invention, it is possible to have an adaptable shoe having at least a first configuration, in which the shoe is worn without using an auxiliary rod, and a second configuration, in which the shoe is worn using the rod. auxiliary. Advantageously, in the second configuration, the auxiliary rod protects the forefoot more than in the first configuration, for example the sun which can cause painful sunburns on the top of the foot, or rain, which can make the shoe slippery.

 A shoe according to the invention is easy to use. Indeed, the user adapts shoe simply by inserting his foot above the auxiliary rod or below the auxiliary rod (where appropriate the intermediate rod).
