Description
日射遮蔽装置においては、ヘッドボックスから吊り下げられる日射遮蔽材の下部に設けられたボトムレールに昇降コードの一端が取着され、昇降コードの他端が巻取コーンに取着され、巻取コーンを回転させることによって、昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行って、日射遮蔽材を昇降させる。このような日射遮蔽装置では、ボトムレールの自重により昇降コードに加わるテンションを利用して巻取コーンを巻戻し方向に回転させて、ボトムレールを下降させる。また、ボトムレールの下降時にボトムレールが障害物に衝突した場合に、巻取コーンの回転を停止させて昇降コードが過剰に巻戻しされないようにするために、障害物検知停止装置が用いられている(例えば、特許文献1を参照)。
横型ブラインドにおいては、ヘッドボックスから吊り下げられるラダーコードに支持された多数段のスラットを昇降させたり、チルトさせたりすることによって、室内に取り込む日射量の調整を行なっている。
日射遮蔽装置においては、ヘッドボックスから吊り下げられる日射遮蔽材の下部に設けられたボトムレールに昇降コードの一端が取着され、昇降コードの他端が巻取軸に取着され、巻取軸を回転させることによって、昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行って、日射遮蔽材を昇降させる。このような日射遮蔽装置では、ヘッドボックスに回転可能に支持された操作プーリーに操作コードを掛装し、この操作コードを操作することによって操作プーリーを回転させ、その回転を巻取軸に伝達することによって巻取軸を回転させている(例えば、特許文献4を参照)。
特許文献1では、巻取コーン内に回転ドラム及びカムクラッチを収容し、巻取コーンの回転が停止した状態で回転ドラムが回転されるとカムクラッチが巻取コーンから離れる方向に軸線方向移動し、カムクラッチに設けた制動爪がサポート部材の制動突部に係合することによって、障害物を検知した際に巻取コーンを停止させている。
特許文献2~3に記載の構成では、スラットには昇降コード挿通孔を設ける必要がないので、この孔を通じた日射漏れの課題は解決される。しかし、このような構成では、スラットの全閉時にテンションが掛かった昇降コードがラダーコードよりも前後方向の外側に配置される状態になり、そのため、ラダーコードには、昇降コードに引っ張られて、前後方向外側の力が加わる。この方向の力は、全閉状態になっているスラットを開状態にする方向の力であり、その結果、スラットが少し開いて、遮蔽性が低下してしまう。
そこで、操作コードをヘッドボックスの幅方向の所望の位置に設けることができる技術が望まれている。

図6に示すように、巻取コーン9は、巻取部9bと、巻取部9bの先端側に設けられたフランジ9aと、巻取部9bの基端側に設けられた連結部9cとを備える。連結部9cには係合溝9dが設けられている。巻取部9bは、先端側から基端側に向かって徐々に細くなるテーパー形状を有しているため、先端側で巻き取られた昇降コード5が基端側に移動しやすくなっている。連結部9cは、テーパー形状になっていない。連結部9cにはコーンキャップ14が連結される。コーンキャップ14は、フランジ14gから巻取コーン9側に延びる係止筒部14eと、その反対側に延びる制動筒部14fとを備える。係止筒部14eは、制動筒部14fよりも外径が小さく、係止筒部14eから径方向外側に向かって溝係合突部14aと連結突部14bが突出している。係合溝9d、溝係合突部14a、連結突部14bは、それぞれ、180度間隔で2箇所ずつ設けられている。また、溝係合突部14aと、連結突部14bは、互いに90度ずれた位置に設けられている。
まず、横型ブラインドの引き上げ時の操作を説明する。
操作コード7が操作されて、駆動軸8が横型ブラインドの引き上げ方向(図2(a)の矢印XU方向)に回転されると、該回転は回転ドラム13に伝達され、該回転ドラム13は図10(a)及び(b)中の矢印XU方向に回転する。すると、回転ドラム13の規制突部13eが図10(a)の矢印XUの方向に移動すると共に摺動突部13dが摺動孔12dに沿って図10(b)の矢印YUの方向に移動する。この段階では、回転ドラム13の回転は、コーンキャップ14には伝達されず、回転ドラム13は、コーンキャップ14に対して相対回転する。また、摺動突部13dの移動に伴って図10(b)の矢印ZUの方向の力がカムクラッチ12に加わることによって、カムクラッチ12がコーンキャップ14に対して図10(c)の矢印ZU方向に相対移動する。この状態では、制動爪12cは、制動筒部14fからの突出量が小さく、制動爪12cは、サポート部材11の制動突部11gとは係合されず、カムクラッチ12は、サポート部材11に対して相対回転可能である。
横型ブラインドの引き下げ時の操作は、スラット3及びボトムレール4の自重を使って行われるため、引き下げ時の駆動力は巻取コーン9から駆動軸8に向かって伝達される。
・上記実施形態では、コーンキャップ14の溝係合突部14aと巻取コーン9の係合溝9dを係合させて両者を一体回転させているが、両者を一体回転させる構成は特に限定されず、別の構成を採用してもよい。
・上記実施形態では、コーンキャップ14及び巻取コーン9は、軸線方向の分離を妨げるように係合されておらず、サポート部材11に装着していない状態では容易に分離されてしまうが、軸線方向の分離を妨げるように着脱可能に係合させてもよい。
以下、図13~図20を用いて、本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。以下の説明においては、第1実施形態と共通する部分については、適宜説明を省略する。
まず、横型ブラインドの引き上げ時の操作を説明する。
次に、操作コード7が操作されて、駆動軸8が横型ブラインドの引き上げ方向(図2(a)の矢印XU方向)に回転されると、該回転は第1回転ドラム63に伝達され、第1回転ドラム63が図19(b)の矢印XU方向に回転する。第1回転ドラム63の規制突部63eが第2回転ドラム73の規制突部73dに当接するまで第1回転ドラム63は第2回転ドラム73に対して相対回転し、図19(a)~(b)に示す第1状態になる。
この状態で、駆動軸8をさらに図2(a)の矢印XU方向に回転させると、第1及び第2回転ドラム63、73が図19(a)の矢印XU方向に一体回転する。第1及び第2回転ドラム63、73は、第2回転ドラム73の規制突部13eがコーンキャップ14の係合突部14cに当接するまで、コーンキャップ14に対して相対回転し、図19(c)~(d)に示す第2状態になる。
この状態で、駆動軸8をさらに図2の矢印XU方向に回転させると、コーンキャップ14及び巻取コーン9が駆動軸8と一体回転し、昇降コード5の巻取りが開始される。なお、この際、第2回転ドラム73の摺動突部13dは、カムクラッチ12の摺動孔12d中において、図16(b)に示すA点に位置しているので、コーンキャップ14からの制動爪12cの突出量は小さく、カムクラッチ12は、サポート部材11に対して相対回転可能になっている。
横型ブラインドの引き下げ時の操作は、スラット3及びボトムレール4の自重を使って行われるため、引き下げ時の駆動力は巻取コーン9から駆動軸8に向かって伝達される。
巻取コーン9の回転が減速又は停止され、巻取コーン9よりも駆動軸8の回転速度の方が速くなると、第1回転ドラム63の規制突部63eが、第2回転ドラム73の規制突部73dから、図19(d)の矢印XD方向に相対移動して、図20(a)~(b)に示す第3状態になる。この状態から駆動軸8がさらに図2(a)の矢印XD方向にさらに回転されると、第1及び第2回転ドラム63、73が図20(b)の矢印X方向に一体回転して図20(c)~(d)に示す第4状態になる。この際に、第2回転ドラム73の摺動突部13dは、カムクラッチ12の摺動孔12d中において、図16(b)に示すA点からB点に移動し、それに伴ってカムクラッチ12がコーンキャップ14から離れる方向に移動し、その結果、コーンキャップ14からの制動爪12cの突出量が増大して、サポート部材11の制動突部11gに係合して、カムクラッチ12が、サポート部材11に対して相対回転不能になる。また、コーンキャップ14も同時にサポート部材11に対して相対回転不能となり、第2回転ドラム73は、図20(c)に示すように、規制突部13eが係合突部14dに当接した時点でこれ以上の相対回転が不能となり、その結果、第1回転ドラム63もサポート部材11に対して相対回転不能になり、駆動軸8の回転が停止される。
この状態で、駆動軸8をさらに図2(a)の矢印XU方向に回転させると、第1及び第2回転ドラム63、73が図19(a)の矢印XU方向に一体回転し、第2回転ドラム73がコーンキャップ14に対して角度Rだけ相対回転したところで、規制突部13eが係合突部14cに当接して、図19(c)~(d)に示す第2状態になる。
この状態で駆動軸8をさらに図2(a)の矢印XU方向に回転させると、第1及び第2回転ドラム63、73がコーンキャップ14及び巻取コーン9と一体回転し、昇降コード5の巻取りが開始される。
・第1回転ドラム63と第2回転ドラム73の間にさらに1又は複数のドラムを配置して隣接するドラムを互いに所定角度だけ遅れて回転が伝達されるように構成してもよい。これによって、駆動軸8からの回転の伝達の遅れ量をさらに大きくすることが可能である。
本発明は、別の観点では、図12に示すように、ボトムレール4が下限位置にある状態でのスラット3のチルト動作中に昇降コード5の巻取りを開始させず、これによって、スラット3の全閉状態と逆全閉状態とでボトムレール4の下限位置を変化させないようにして、光漏れの発生を防ぐという課題を解決するものである。この課題は、障害物検知停止装置10が作動して駆動軸8の回転が停止された状態(第1実施形態では図11に示す状態、第2実施形態では、図20(c)~(d)に示す第4状態)から駆動軸8を引き上げ方向に回転させたときに、巻取コーン9の回転が開始されるまでの角度Vを80度以上にすることによって解決している。この観点においては、障害物検知停止装置10は、必ずしも巻取コーン9と別体になっている必要がなく、特許文献1のように、巻取コーン9が障害物検知停止装置10の構成の一部になっていてもよい。
好ましくは、日射遮蔽装置は、横型ブラインドであり、日射遮蔽材は、上下に並べて配置される複数のスラットであり、前記駆動軸と一体回転し且つ前記スラットの傾斜角度を変化させるチルト機構を備える。
好ましくは、チルト機構は、前記駆動軸と一体回転するチルトドラムと、前記チルトドラムに取着されたチルトスプリングと、前記スラットを支持し且つ前記チルトスプリングに上端が取着されたラダーコードとを備える。
図21~図26を用いて、本発明の第2観点の第1実施形態の横型ブラインドについて説明する。
ヘッドボックス3の下面3aからは、第1及び第2ラダーコード5,6が垂下されている。ラダーコード5,6は、それぞれ、一対の縦糸5a,6a間に複数対の横糸5b,6bを備える。ラダーコード5,6の下端にはボトムレール7が取着されている。ラダーコード5,6の各対の横糸5b,6bにはスラット9が支持されている。図21では、10枚のスラット9が支持されているが、スラット9の枚数は、ブラインドの高さ、スラット9の幅、各段のスラット9間の間隔などによって適宜決定される。また、本実施形態では、スラット9は、比較的肉厚の木製スラットであるが、スラットの厚さや材質は特に限定されない。
以上の構成によって、横ズレの発生防止とスラットの開き防止が両立される。
・切欠き9aは、遮光性の観点からスラット9の一方の側(例えば、部屋外側)にのみ設けることが好ましいが、スラット9の両側(例えば、部屋外側と部屋内側)に設けてもよい。この場合、スラット9の両側の切欠き9aを第1ラダーコード5に係合させることができる。
・上記実施形態では、切欠き9aと第1昇降コード13をスラット9の同じ側に配置しているが、第1昇降コード13と切欠き9aは、スラット9を挟んで互いに反対側に配置してもよい。
・第1ラダーコード5が複数設けられる場合、そのうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、第1連結部5cのサイズが第2連結部6cよりも小さくなっていればよい。少なくとも1つの第1ラダーコード5において、第1ラダーコード5と切欠き9aの係合状態が解除されにくければ、スラット9の横ズレを防ぐことができるからである。
・上記実施形態では、第2ラダーコード6は、スラット9の切欠き9aに係合していないが、スラット9の片側(第2昇降コード14と同じ側又は反対側)又は両側に設けられた切欠きに係合させてもよい。
・上記実施形態では、一対の横糸5bの間にスラット9を保持しているが、各スラット9を一本の横糸5bで支持するようにしてもよい。
次に、図27を用いて、本発明の第2観点の第2実施形態の横型ブラインドについて説明する。
図27に示すように、本実施形態では、最上段のスラット9に対応して配置された連結部5c,6cには昇降コード13,14は挿通されず、二段目のスラット9に対応して配置された連結部5c,6cでは、連結部5c,6cには、螺旋状の延長部材5e,6eが挿通され、この延長部材5e,6eに昇降コード13,14が挿通されている。三段目以降では、第1実施形態と同様に連結部5c,6cに昇降コード13,14が挿通されている。このような構成を採用する理由は、ヘッドボックス1に近い数個の連結部5c,6cでは、昇降コード13,14がラダーコード5,6の縦糸5a,6aを前後方向外側に引っ張る力が特に強いので、昇降コード13,14と連結部5c,6cを完全に分離するか又は延長部材5e,6eを介して昇降コード13,14と連結部5c,6cを連結することによって、昇降コード13,14による縦糸5a,6aの引張りを抑制するためである。また、延長部材5e,6eを用いると、昇降コード13,14と連結部5c,6cの間の摩擦を低減することができ、連結部5c,6cの耐久性を高めることができる。
次に、図28を用いて、本発明の第2観点の第3実施形態の横型ブラインドについて説明する。
この実施形態では、連結部5c,6cは、第1実施形態と同様にスラット9のやや下側に配置されている。また、ヘッドボックス1に最も近い連結部5c,6cは、延長部材5e,6eを介して昇降コード13,14と連結されている。このような実施形態においても、スラット9の横ズレ防止効果と、連結部5c,6cの耐久性向上効果が得られる。
次に、図29を用いて、本発明の第2観点の第4実施形態の横型ブラインドについて説明する。
この実施形態では、連結部5c,6cは、各横糸5b,6bと同位置の高さ、すなわち各スラット9と同位置の高さに配置されている。このような構成により、スラット9の横ズレを効果的に抑制することができる。その原理として、スラット9の畳み込み時に、ボトムレール7の上昇によって下段より順にラダーコード5,6が蛇行しながら畳み込まれていく。昇降コード13,14にはテンションが掛かっている。スラット9と同位置に連結部5c,6cが存在すると、昇降コード13,14のテンションが掛かった連結部5c,6cによって連結部5c,6cの位置がずれることなく固定され、その位置と同位置にスラット9があるため、スラット9の横ズレが抑制される。なお、連結部5cのみを各スラット9と同位置の高さに配置し、連結部6cは、スラット9のやや下側又は上側に配置してもよい。
次に、図30~図31を用いて、本発明の第2観点の第5実施形態の横型ブラインドについて説明する。
図30に示すように、本実施形態では、第1連結部5cと第2連結部6cのサイズは実質的に同じであるが、第2ラダーコード6の横糸6bの長さが第1ラダーコード5の横糸5bの長さの1.1倍以上になっている。L2/L1は、例えば、1.1~2であり、好ましくは1.2~1.5である。L2が大きすぎるとスラット9を保持する機能が低下しすぎるからである。
図32に示す日射遮蔽装置としての横型ブラインドは、ヘッドボックス1から垂下される複数本のラダーコード2を介して日射遮蔽材としての多数段のスラット3が吊下支持され、同ラダーコード2の下端にボトムレール4が吊下支持される。
(a)に示すように、目隠しキャップ17で塞がれている。ヘッドボックス1の両端は、ボックスキャップ21で塞がれている。
図33~図34に示すように、操作部ユニット6は、操作プーリー6aを備え、操作プーリー6aには操作コード7が掛装される。操作プーリー6aは、ケースキャップ6bとギヤケース6cの間に回転可能に支持される。操作コード7を操作して操作プーリー6aを回転させると、その回転がギヤケース6cとエンドキャップ6dの間に収容された伝達ギヤを通じて駆動軸8に伝達される。伝達ギヤの構成は、特に限定されないが、例えば、操作プーリー6aの回転を減速して駆動軸8に伝達する遊星歯車機構である。遊星歯車機構は、図34の例では、操作プーリー6aと一体に回転する太陽ギヤ6fと、太陽ギヤ6fの周囲に設けられた遊星ギヤ6gと、遊星ギヤ6gを自転及び公転可能に支持するキャリア6hと、ギヤケース6cの内面に設けられ且つ遊星ギヤ6hと噛み合う内ギヤ6iで構成される。そして、操作プーリー6aの回転がキャリア6hの回転に変換され、キャリア6hの回転は、クラッチユニット6eを介して駆動軸8に伝達される。クラッチユニット6eは、ボトムレール4の自重による駆動軸8の回転を阻止すると共に操作プーリー6aの回転を駆動軸8にスムーズに伝達する機能を有する。
まず、図36(a)~(b)に示すように、ヘッドボックス1の右側において、ボックスキャップ21、セットピン19、コードゲート15をヘッドボックス1から取り外す。図33(a)及び(c)に示すように、セットピン19をセットピン挿通孔15gから引き抜くと、コードゲート15をヘッドボックス1から外すことができ、コードゲート本体15aからコード分け15bを外すと、操作コード7をコードゲート本体15aから引き抜くことができる。
次に、図36(c)に示すように、ヘッドボックス1に対して操作部ユニット6をスライド移動させることによって操作部ユニット6をヘッドボックス1から取り外す。この際、操作コード7は、隙間G2,G3に退避するので、操作コード7がヘッドボックス1と強く干渉することなく、操作部ユニット6をスムーズにスライド移動させることができる。その後、図36(d)に示すように、操作コード7を操作コード挿通孔13から引き抜き、目隠しキャップ17を用いて操作コード挿通孔13を塞ぎ、ボックスキャップ21を装着する。
・ヘッドボックス内に操作部ユニットを有するプリーツスクリーンやローマンシェード等にも適用可能である。
・コードゲート15以外の部材を用いて、操作部ユニット6をヘッドボックス1に対してスライド移動不能にさせてもよい。
・操作部ユニット6から出没可能な部品を操作部ユニット6に設け、その部品をヘッドボックス1やコードゲート15などに係合させることによって、操作部ユニット6をヘッドボックス1に対してスライド移動不能にさせてもよい。
・操作コード挿通孔13の数は1つでもよい。この場合、操作部ユニット6の位置は移動させることができないが、操作部ユニット6が故障した場合に容易に交換することができるという効果が得られる。
・操作コード挿通孔13は、ヘッドボックス1の片側に2つ以上設けてもよい。この場合、利用者の好みに合わせて、操作コード7の位置を変更することができる。

- 昇降コードの巻取り及び巻戻しを行う巻取コーンに対して着脱可能に嵌合され且つ前記巻取コーンと一体回転するコーンキャップと、
前記コーンキャップに対して軸線方向移動が制限されるように係合され、且つ前記コーンキャップに対して所定の角度範囲内においては相対回転可能であり且つその範囲を超えると前記コーンキャップと一体回転する回転ドラムと、
前記コーンキャップと一体回転すると共に前記回転ドラムの回転に伴って前記コーンキャップに対して軸線方向に相対移動するように前記回転ドラムに対して係合されるカムクラッチとを備える、カムユニット。 - 前記コーンキャップは、前記回転ドラム及び前記カムクラッチを収容する制動筒部を備え、
前記コーンキャップは、前記制動筒部内に一対の係合突部を備え、
前記回転ドラムは、前記一対の係合突部の間に配置される規制突部を備え、
前記カムクラッチは、前記一対の係合突部に係合する一対の移動スリットを備え、

前記ヘッドボックスと前記ボトムレールの間の昇降コード長を前記ヘッドボックス側から変化させて前記ボトムレールを昇降させる昇降手段とを備え、
第1及び第2昇降コードは、前記スラットを挟んで互いに前後方向の反対側に垂下され、
第1ラダーコードは、第1昇降コードを上下方向にスライド可能に挿通させる第1連結部を有し、且つ前記スラットに設けられた切欠きに係合され、
第2ラダーコードは、第2昇降コードを上下方向にスライド可能に挿通させる第2連結部を有し、
以下の(1)~(2)の少なくとも1つの特徴を有する、横型ブラインド。
(1)第2昇降コードが第2連結部内で前後方向に移動可能な範囲は、第1昇降コードが第1連結部内で前後方向に移動可能な範囲よりも大きい。
(2)第1ラダーコードの横糸は、第2ラダーコードの横糸よりも短い。 - 第2ラダーコードは、前記スラットの切欠きには係合されない、請求項3に記載の、横型ブラインド。
- 前記切欠きは、前記スラットの前後方向外側に向かって広がるテーパー面を有する、請求項3又は請求項4に記載の横型ブラインド。
- 第1ラダーコードは、第1連結部を複数備え、前記ヘッドボックスに近い1又は複数の第1連結部について、以下の(A1)~(B1)の少なくとも1つの特徴を有する、請求項3~請求項5の何れか1つに記載の横型ブラインド。
(A1)第1昇降コードが第1連結部に挿通されず且つ第1連結部と連結されない。
(B1)第1昇降コードが第1連結部に挿通されず且つ第1連結部材を介して第1連結部と連結される。 - 第2ラダーコードは、第2連結部を複数備え、前記ヘッドボックスに近い1又は複数の第2連結部について、以下の(A2)~(B2)の少なくとも1つの特徴を有する、請求項3~請求項6の何れか1つに記載の横型ブラインド。
(A2)第2昇降コードが第2連結部に挿通されず且つ第2連結部と連結されない。
(B2)第2昇降コードが第2連結部に挿通されず且つ第2連結部材を介して第2連結部と連結される。 - 第1及び第2ラダーコードは、それぞれ、第1及び第2連結部を複数備え、以下の(a)~(b)の少なくとも1つの特徴を有する、請求項3~請求項7の何れか1つに記載の横型ブラインド。
(a)前記ヘッドボックスに最も近い第1連結部では、第1昇降コードが第1連結部に挿通されず且つ第1連結部と連結されず、且つ前記ヘッドボックスに二番目に近い第1連結部では、第1昇降コードが第1連結部に挿通されず且つ第1連結部材を介して第1連結部と連結される。
(b)前記ヘッドボックスに最も近い第2連結部では、第2昇降コードが第2連結部に挿通されず且つ第2連結部と連結されず、且つ前記ヘッドボックスに二番目に近い第2連結部では、第2昇降コードが第2連結部に挿通されず且つ第2連結部材を介して第2連結部と連結される。 - ヘッドボックスと、前記ヘッドボックス内に収容され且つ回転によって日射遮蔽材を昇降させる駆動軸と、操作プーリーの回転によって前記駆動軸を回転させる操作部ユニットと、前記操作プーリーに掛装される操作コードを備え、
