본 발명에 의하면, 채팅 서비스 등 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하면서 간편하게 음악 컨텐츠를 이용하거나 다른 사용자들과 공유할 수 있어, 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통한 새로운 의사 소통 형태를 통해 사용자들 사이의 교류를 유도하여 사용자들의 서비스 이용률을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
또한, 사용자가 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 가입되어 있지 않거나, 사용자에게 음악 컨텐츠를 선물 시, 사용자에게 불편함이 없이 가입과 이용을 동시에 가능하도록 할 수 있으며, 사용자가 원하는 음악 컨텐츠를 선물할 수 있도록 하여, 사용자 친화적인 서비스를 제공하여 사용자의 이용률을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.

이하, 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 본 발명의 각 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법 및 서버에 대하여 설명하기로 한다. 이하의 설명에서는 본 발명의 특징에 대한 공지의 기술에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다. 이하의 실시 예는 본 발명의 이해를 돕기 위한 상세한 설명이며, 본 발명의 권리 범위를 제한하는 것이 아님은 당연할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명과 동일한 기능을 수행하는 균등한 발명 역시 본 발명의 권리 범위에 속할 것이다. 이하의 설명에서 동일한 식별 기호는 동일한 구성을 의미하며, 불필요한 중복적인 설명 및 공지 기술에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
본 발명의 실시 예에서 “통신”, “통신망” 및 “네트워크”는 동일한 의미로 사용될 수 있다. 상기 세 용어들은, 파일을 사용자 단말, 다른 사용자들의 단말 및 다운로드 서버 사이에서 송수신할 수 있는 유무선의 근거리 및 광역 데이터 송수신망을 의미한다. 이하의 설명에서 “서버”란, 사용자들이 접속하여 본 발명의 각 실시예에서 제공되는 소셜 네트워크 서비스 또는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 이용하기 위하여 접속하게 되는 서버 컴퓨터를 의미한다. 또한 서버에는 데이터 베이스에 대한 미들웨어나 결제 처리를 수행하는 서버들이 연결될 수 있으나, 본 발명에서는 이에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
이하에서 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스는, 회원으로 등록된 사용자가 음악 컨텐츠를 구매하여 해당 서비스를 이용하여 음악 컨텐츠를 스트리밍하여 재생하는 서비스를 이용하거나, 음악 컨텐츠를 단말에서 재생 가능한 포맷으로 변환한 파일을 다운로드 할 수 있는 기능을 포함하는 서비스를 의미한다.
사용자가 음악 컨텐츠를 자신의 단말에서 재생하기 위해서는, 사용자가 음악 컨텐츠를 보유하고 있어야 한다. 본 발명에서 사용자가 음악 컨텐츠를 보유했는지 여부를 판단하는 기준은, 해당 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 이용 권한 정보(또는 권한 정보)가 사용자의 계정에 등록되어있는지 여부가 된다.
권한 정보는 음악 컨텐츠별로 생성될 수 있다. 즉 권한 정보에는 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보가 포함되어, 해당 권한 정보가 등록된 사용자 계정에는 해당 권한 정보에 매칭되는 음악 컨텐츠를 재생할 수 있는 권한이 부여된다. 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 사용자 단말에서 이용하기 위해서는, 사용자 단말에 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션(또는 프로그램)이 설치되어야 한다.
소셜 네트워크 서비스란, 일반적으로 통용되는 채팅 서비스, 개인 홈페이지 제공 서비스 등 사용자들끼리 '친구관계' 등으로 표시되는 일정한 관계를 맺을 수 있으며, 모든 사용자 또는 친구 관계에 있는 사용자들끼리 정보를 공유하는 모든 서비스를 의미한다.
이하의 설명에서, 제1 내지 제3 실시예는 각각 개별적으로 수행되거나, 하나의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 및 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 결합되어 구현될 수 있음은 당연할 것이다. 또한 본 발명의 제1 내지 3 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법은 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버와 사용자 단말을 구성하는 각 구성이 수행할 수 있다.
도 1은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법의 플로우차트이다.
도 1을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법에서, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 연동된 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 실행에 따라서 사용자 단말에 제공되며, 사용자 단말들 사이, 예를 들어 친구 관계로 등록된 사용자 단말들 사이에서 게시물을 공유하기 위해 실행되는 인터페이스인 제1 인터페이스의 일 영역에, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션을 통해 재생 가능한 음악 컨텐츠를 다른 사용자들과 공유하기 위한 메뉴인 음악 공유 메뉴를 제공하는 단계(S10)를 수행한다.
본 발명에서 제1 인터페이스는, 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 채팅 서비스인 경우, 채팅 창을 의미하며, 소셜 네트워크 서비스가 개인 홈페이지 서비스인 경우, 제1 인터페이스는 다른 사용자가 사용자의 게시물을 확인할 수 있는 모든 인터페이스를 의미한다.
본 발명에서 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스가 소셜 네트워크 서비스와 연동된다는 것은, 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 사용자 계정이 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스의 사용자 계정과 동일한 계정이 됨을 의미한다. 또한 제1 인터페이스의 일 영역에 음악 공유 메뉴가 제공되는 것은, 사용자 단말에 표시되는 제1 인터페이스의 일 영역에 음악 공유 메뉴가 출력되는 것을 의미한다.
이후 음악 공유 메뉴에 대한 제1 사용자 단말로부터의 선택 입력을 수신하게 되면, 제1 사용자 단말에 대응하는 제1 사용자의 계정 정보로부터, 제1 사용자의 계정에 등록된 적어도 하나의 권한 정보를 추출하는 단계(S20)를 수행한다.
제1 사용자는 제1 인터페이스를 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하고 있는 복수의 사용자들 중 어느 한 사용자를 의미하며, 이하에서 설명할 제2 사용자는 제1 인터페이스를 통해 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 이용하고 있는 복수의 사용자들 중 제1 사용자를 제외한 다른 모든 사용자들을 의미한다.
본 발명에서 제1 사용자와 제2 사용자는 본 발명의 각 기능에 대한 설명을 위해 편의상 사용자를 구분하는 기준일뿐, 이에 의해 권리범위가 제한되지 않음은 당연할 것이다.
권한 정보를 추출하는 S20단계는 제1 사용자의 계정이 보유한 음악 컨텐츠를 추출하는 단계를 의미한다. S20 단계가 수행되면, 이후 제1 사용자의 계정 정보로부터 추출된 적어도 하나의 권한 정보에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠들의 리스트를 제1 사용자의 단말에 전송하는 단계(S30)가 수행된다.
음악 컨텐츠들의 리스트는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 실행되면서, 해당 어플리케이션의 실행 화면에 표시될 수 있다. 이하에서, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션의 실행에 따라서 사용자 단말에 출력되는 인터페이스를 제2 인터페이스라 한다.
즉, S30 단계가 수행됨에 따라서 사용자 단말의 화면에는 제2 인터페이스가 출력되며, 제2 인터페이스에는 사용자의 계정 정보에 등록된 권한 정보에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠들의 리스트가 포함된다.
이후, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는 제2 인터페이스의 출력에 따라서 표시되는 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트 중, 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 공유 요청 입력을 제1 사용자 단말로부터 수신하는 단계(S40)를 수행한다.
공유 요청 입력은 예를 들어, 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트에 각 음악 컨텐츠마다 매칭된 공유 메뉴에 대한 사용자 단말의 선택 입력이 될 수 있다. 또는 하나의 공유 요청 메뉴를 선택하는 입력, 공유 요청 메뉴의 선택 시 출력되는 음악 컨텐츠 리스트들 중 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 선택 입력 등 복수의 단계적 입력을 의미할 수 있다.
S40 단계의 수행 후, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는 공유 요청 입력에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보를 포함하는 링크 메시지를 상기의 제1 인터페이스에 전송하는 단계(S50)를 수행한다.
링크 메시지는 이미지, 문자, 동영상 등의 정보를 포함하는 정보로서, 공유 요청 입력된 음악 컨텐츠를 식별할 수 있는 정보, 예를 들어 음악 컨텐츠의 가수, 제목 등의 정보가 포함되어 있는 메시지를 의미한다. 링크 메시지는 후술하는 바와 같이 선택 시 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 해당 링크 메시지를 선택한 제2 사용자의 단말에서 실행되면서, 링크 메시지에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠가 재생되는 메시지이다.
이와 같은 기능을 통해 사용자들은 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 기능이 수행되는 제1 인터페이스를 통해 채팅 서비스 등을 이용하면서, 필요 시 제1 인터페이스를 통해 다른 사용자들과 음악을 함께 듣거나 음악을 선물하고자 할 때, 간편한 조작으로 음악 컨텐츠를 공유할 수 있는 제2 인터페이스를 실행하고, 제1 인터페이스를 통해 해당 음악 컨텐츠를 공유할 수 있는 링크 메시지를 전송할 수 있게 된다.
이에 의하여, 사용자들은 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 음악 공유 서비스를 함께 이용할 수 있고, 이에 따라서 소셜 네트워크 서비스를 통해 다양한 컨텐츠 공유 서비스를 이용할 수 있어 사용자들에게 새로운 즐거움을 줄 수 있고, 더욱 폭넓은 네트워크를 형성하여 사용자들 사이의 친밀감을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
제2 인터페이스에 표시되는 사용자가 보유한 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트에 포함된 음악 컨텐츠들 중, 이전에 링크 메시지를 이용하여 제2 사용자 단말에 의하여 재생된 내역이 있는 음악 컨텐츠가 존재할 수 있다.
이러한 경우, 제2 사용자 단말에 의해 재생된 내역이 있는 음악 컨텐츠의 정보를 표시할 때, 제2 사용자 단말에 대응하는 사용자 정보의 리스트를 함께 표시할 수 있다.
사용자 정보의 리스트는 음악 컨텐츠별로 구분되어 표시할 수 있다. 즉, 각 음악 컨텐츠를 링크 메시지를 이용하여 재생한 내역이 있는 제2 사용자들의 리스트를 음악 컨텐츠마다 수집하고, 이를 음악 컨텐츠마다 표시하게 되는 것이다.
이를 통해 사용자들은 자신이 공유한 음악 각각마다 어떤 사용자들이 함께 음악 컨텐츠를 이용했는지 여부를 쉽게 확인할 수 있다. 제2 사용자들의 리스트는, 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트 표시 시 한 화면에 표시되거나, 하나의 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 상세 정보가 표시되는 화면에 별도로 표시될 수 있다.
이때 제1 사용자 단말로부터 제2 사용자 단말에 대응하는 사용자 정보의 리스트 중 어느 한 사용자 정보에 대한 선택 입력을 수신하게 되면, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는 선택 입력에 대응하는 사용자의 계정 정보를 제1 사용자 단말의 제2 인터페이스에 전송할 수 있다.
본 발명의 각 실시예에서 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에서는 사용자별 개인 홈페이지와 유사하게, 사용자의 계정 정보 및 사용자가 보유한 음악, 각 음악에 대하여 사용자들이 남긴 댓글, 평가, 추천 정보, 사용자와 친구 관계에 있는 다른 사용자들의 정보 등이 표시되는 개인 저장 공간이 사용자별로 할당될 수 있다.
즉 상기의 선택 입력에 대응하는 사용자의 계정 정보는 해당 사용자의 개인 저장 공간이 됨을 의미할 수 있다.
도 2는 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 권한 정보를 이용한 기능의 흐름을 도시한 것이다.
먼저 도 2를 참조하면, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는, 제1 사용자 단말로부터 제1 사용자 계정이 보유한 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트에 포함된 음악 컨텐츠들 중, 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 공유 요청 입력을 수신하는 단계(S40)를 수신하게 된다. 이는 도 1의 S40 단계와 동일한 단계의 기술적 특징을 의미한다.
이후, 공유 요청 입력된 음악 컨텐츠에 대하여, 제1 사용자 단말로부터 제1 권한 정보와 제2 권한 정보 중 어느 한 권한 정보에 대한 선택 입력을 수신하는 단계(S42)를 수신한다.
본 발명에서 권한 정보는 음악 컨텐츠를 재생 또는 다운로드할 수 있는 권한을 의미함은 상술한 바와 같다. 본 발명에서는 상기의 권한 정보를 제1 권한 정보와 제2 권한 정보로 구분하여 관리할 수 있다.
제1 권한 정보는 음악 컨텐츠가 재생되는 동안에만 유효하여, 재생이 완료 시 삭제되는 권한 정보를 의미한다. 즉, 도 1의 실시예에 의해 제1 인터페이스에 표시되는 링크 메시지에 대하여 제2 사용자 단말의 선택 입력을 수신하면, 상술한 바와 같이 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션을 제2 사용자 단말에서 실행하도록 하게 된다.
이때, 제2 사용자 단말에서는 음악 컨텐츠가 재생되어야 하며, 이를 위해 제2 사용자 단말에 대응하는 제2 사용자의 계정에는 해당 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 권한 정보가 등록된다. 이를 통해 제2 사용자 단말에서는 어플리케이션이 실행되고, 이에 따라 음악 컨텐츠가 재생된다.
제1 권한 정보는 상기와 같은 기능의 수행에 의해 음악 컨텐츠가 재생되는 동안에만 유효한 권한 정보를 의미한다. 즉 상술한 바와 같이 제1 권한 정보를 이용한 음악 컨텐츠의 재생이 완료되면, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는 제2 사용자의 계정에서 해당 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 권한 정보를 삭제하도록 한다.
한편 제2 권한 정보는, 제1 권한 정보와 반대로, 한번 등록이 되면 영구 등록이 유지되는 권한 정보를 의미한다. 즉, 제2 권한 정보가 포함된 링크 메시지에 대한 제2 사용자 단말로부터의 선택 입력을 수신하면, 서버는 권한 정보를 제2 사용자의 계정에 등록시키고, 해당 음악 컨텐츠의 재생이 완료되더라도 권한 정보를 삭제하지 않고 유지시키게 된다.
예를 들어, 제1 권한 정보는 '힘께 듣기' 등의 용어로 실제 구현 상 표시될 수 있으며, 제2 권한 정보는 '음악 선물' 등의 의미로 표시될 수 있다.
S42 단계는, 다시 말해 제1 사용자가 자신이 선택한 음악 컨텐츠의 공유 형태를 일시적인 공유 또는 제2 사용자에 대한 선물 제공 중 어느 한 형태로 공유할지 여부에 대한 선택 입력을 수신하는 것을 의미한다.
S42 단계가 완료되면 해당 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 공유가 가능한 링크 메시지가 제1 인터페이스에 전송되는데, 이때 도 3의 실시예에서는 링크 메시지에 공유 요청된 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보 및 권한 정보의 식별 정보를 함께 포함하여 제1 인터페이스에 전송할 수 있다.
제1 권한 정보가 포함되는 경우에는 링크 메시지에 '함께 듣기' 등의 표시 형식으로 해당 링크 메시지를 선택 시 링크 메시지의 선택에 의해서만 자신의 어플리케이션에서 음악 컨텐츠가 재생됨을 확인할 수 있다. 한편 제2 권한 정보가 포함되는 경우에는 링크 메시지에 '선물이 도착했습니다.' 등의 표시 형식으로 해당 링크 메시지를 선택하면 자신의 계정에 해당 음악 컨텐츠가 등록되어 다른 경우에도 해당 음악 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있는 권한이 있음을 확인할 수 있다.
도 2의 실시예를 통해, 사용자는 더욱 다양한 형태로 음악 컨텐츠를 공유할 수 있으며, 사용자와의 친밀도, 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 공유 방식에 따라서 음악 컨텐츠의 공유 형식을 정함으로써, 사용자들에게 더욱 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있으며, 이에 따라서 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대한 이용률을 더욱 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
한편 소셜 네트워크 서비스 이용의 연속성을 보장하기 위해, 서버는 음악 컨텐츠를 재생하도록 제어할 때, 제1 인터페이스가 사용자 단말의 표시부에 출력되는 상태를 유지한 채로 음악 컨텐츠를 재생하도록 제어할 수 있다.
즉, 링크 메시지를 선택 시 제2 사용자의 단말에는 어플리케이션이 백그라운드 프로그램으로 실행되며, 어플리케이션의 실행 화면은 제2 사용자의 단말에 표시되지 않거나, 재생 시작 시에만 표시되도록 제어할 수 있다.
이후 계속적으로 제1 인터페이스를 출력하도록 제어함으로써, 사용자들은 음악 컨텐츠를 공유하더라도 계속적으로 채팅 서비스 등을 이용할 수 있어, 사용자에게 음악 컨텐츠의 재생에 따른 화면 변화의 불편함을 감소시킬 수 있다.
도 3은 본 발명의 일 실시예에서 링크 메시지 선택 시의 기능의 흐름을 도시한 것이다.
상술한 본 발명의 실시예의 구현을 위해서는, 제1 사용자 단말에는 물론이고 제2 사용자 단말에도 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 설치되어 있어야 한다.
그러나 사용자에 따라서 소셜 네트워크 서비스에만 가입되어 있고 이에 연동되는 본 발명의 각 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 가입되어 있지 않는 사용자, 즉 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 미설치된 사용자가 존재할 수 있다.
서버는 제2 사용자 단말로부터 링크 메시지에 대한 선택 입력을 수신하게 되면, 제2 사용자 단말에 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 설치되었는지 여부를 판단하는 단계(S150)를 수행할 수 있다.
S150 단계의 수행에 의해 제2 사용자 단말에 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 설치된 경우라면 정상적으로 도 1 및 2의 실시예에 의해 어플리케이션을 실행하여 음악 컨텐츠를 재생하도록 기능한다.
그러나 S150 단계의 수행에 의해 제2 사용자 단말에 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 설치된 내역이 미존재하는 경우에, 서버는 메모리에 임시 계정 데이터를 생성하는 단계(S160)를 수행한다.
이후, 생성된 임시 계정 데이터에 링크 메시지에 포함된, 즉 링크 메시지에 포함된 음악 컨텐츠에 대응하는 권한 정보를 임시 저장하는 단계(S170)를 수행한다.

도 3의 실시예에서는, 해당 어플리케이션이 설치되지 않은 경우, 사용자의 계정 대신 임시로 생성된 계정에 권한 정보를 저장해 놓은 뒤, 제2 사용자가 어플리케이션을 설치하게 되면 즉시 임시 계정에 저장된 권한 정보를 제2 사용자의 계정에 머징(Merging)하게 된다.
이를 통해, 도 3의 실시예에 따르면 제1 사용자는 다른 사용자가 어플리케이션을 설치했는지 여부와는 관계없이 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 공유 입력을 요청할 수 있고, 제2 사용자는 링크 메시지를 선택 시 어플리케이션을 자동으로 설치한 동시에 음악 컨텐츠를 다른 절차 없이 이용할 수 있어, 서비스 이용의 편의성을 증가시킬 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 다른 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법의 플로우차트이다. 도 4에 대한 설명에서 도 1 내지 3과 동일한 내용에 대한 설명은 생략하기로 한다.
도 4를 참조하면, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버는, 상기의 제1 사용자의 단말로부터, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 통해 구매 가능한 음악 컨텐츠를 다른 사용자인 상기의 제2 사용자의 계정에 선물하기 위한 선물 요청 정보를 수신하는 단계(S200)를 수행한다.
상기 언급한 바와 같이, 제2 인터페이스에서는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에서 제공되는 기능을 이용하기 위해 사용자 단말에 출력되는 모든 인터페이스를 의미한다. 즉, 제1 사용자 단말에는 제2 인터페이스가 출력되며, 제2 인터페이스의 일 영역에 선물 요청 정보를 입력할 수 있는 메뉴가 표시될 수 있다. 예를 들어 제2 사용자의 계정 정보를 확인할 수 있는 개인 저장 공간이 될 수 있다.
S200 단계가 수행되면, 서버는 제2 사용자의 계정에 저장되어 있는 정부들 중, 제2 사용자의 단말로부터의 선택 입력에 의해 저장된 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보를 포함하는 리스트로서 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트 정보를 추출하고, 추출된 선호 음악 컨텐츠 정보를 제1 사용자의 단말에 전송하는 단계(S210)를 수행한다.
도 4의 실시예에서, 각 사용자의 계정의 정보에는, 사용자가 기 구매하여 권한 정보가 등록된 리스트 정보가 저장될 수 있으나, 권한 정보가 등록되지 않았으나 사용자가 단말을 통해 입력한 음악 컨텐츠들의 리스트 정보 역시 저장될 수 있다.
사용자는 자신이 구매하지 않았으나 자신이 듣기 원하는 음악의 리스트를 따로 저장하고자 할 수 있으며, 상기의 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트는 사용자들이 듣기 원하는 음악 컨텐츠로서 선택 입력한 음악 컨텐츠들을 포함하는 정보를 의미한다.
S210 단계가 수행된 후, 제1 사용자의 단말로부터 제2 사용자의 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트 정보에 포함된 음악 컨텐츠들 중 어느 한 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 결제 요청 정보를 수신하면, 서버는 결제 요청 정보에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 결제를 완료하고 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보 및 이에 대한 이용 권한 정보(도 1 내지 3에서의 권한 정보)를 포함하는 선물 메시지를 제2 사용자의 계정에 등록된 단말에 전송하는 단계(S220)를 수행한다.
사용자들은 다른 사용자들에게 음악을 선물하고 싶어할 수 있다. 이는 본 발명의 제1 및 2의 실시예에서 제2 권한 정보를 포함하여 공유 요청을 하는 것으로 수행될 수 있다.
그러나 다른 사용자의 취향에 따라서 자신이 원하는 음악이 존재할 수 있으며, 이러한 경우 본 발명의 제3 실시예를 통해, 제2 사용자가 원하는 음악을 확인하고 그 중 어느 한 음악 컨텐츠를 선물할 수 있는 것이다.
이를 통해, 사용자들 사이의 유대감이 더욱 강화될 수 있는 효과가 있어, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스의 이용률을 높일 수 있는 효과가 있다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 서버의 블록도이다. 이하의 설명에서 도 1 내지 4에 대한 설명과 중복되는 부분은 이를 생략하기로 한다. 또한 도 5의 각 구성은, 이하에서 설명할 도 5의 각 구성이 수행하는 기능에 대응하는 도 1 내지 4의 각 단계의 기능을 모두 수행할 수 있다.
도 5를 참조하면, 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 서버(10)는, 제1 인터페이스 제공부(11), 제2 인터페이스 제공부(12) 및 링크 메시지 전송부(13)를 기본적으로 포함하고 있으며, 추가적인 실시예에 따라서 사용자 정보 관리부(14), 메모리(15), 사용자 계정 관리부(16), 권한 정보 제공부(17)를 포함할 수 있다.
제1 인터페이스 제공부(11)는, 상기 언급한 바와 같은 제1 인터페이스를 제 1 및 제2 사용자 단말(20, 30)에 제공하고, 제1 인터페이스의 일 영역에, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션을 통해 재생 가능한 음악 컨텐츠를 공유하기 위한 음악 공유 메뉴를 제공하는 기능을 수행한다.
제2 인터페이스 제공부(12)는, 음악 공유 메뉴에 대한 제1 사용자 단말(20)로부터의 선택 입력을 수신하면, 음악 서비스 데이터베이스(40)에 저장된 제1 사용자 단말(20)에 대응하는 제1 사용자의 계정 정보로부터, 제1 사용자의 계정 정보에 저장된 권한 정보를 추출하고, 이에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트가 포함된 제2 인터페이스를 제1 사용자 단말(20)에 전송하는 기능을 수행한다.
링크 메시지 전송부(13)는, 제2 인터페이스를 통해 출력된 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트 중 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 공유 요청 입력을 수신하고, 이를 수신 시 공유 요청 입력에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보를 포함하는 링크 메시지를 제1 사용자 단말(20) 및 제2 사용자 단말(30)에 제공되는 제1 인터페이스에 출력도록 전송하는 기능을 수행한다.
이때 상기 언급한 바와 같이 권한 정보에는 제1 권한 정보와 제2 권한 정보가 존재할 수 있으며, 링크 메시지 전송부(13)는 제1 사용자 단말(20)로부터 공유 요청 입력된 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 권한 정보를 제1 권한 정보 및 제2 권한 정보 중 어느 한 권한 정보로 설정하는 입력 역시 수행할 수 있다.
이 경우, 링크 메시지 전송부(13)는 공유 요청 입력된 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보 이외에, 권한 정보의 식별 정보 역시 포함한 링크 메시지를 생성하여 제1 인터페이스에 전송할 수 있다.
한편 사용자 정보 관리부(14)는, 제1 인터페이스에 제공된 링크 메시지에 대한 제2 사용자 단말(30)로부터의 선택 입력을 수신하면, 제2 사용자 단말(30)에 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션이 설치되었는지 여부를 판단하는 기능을 수행한다.
메모리(15)는 사용자 정보 관리부(14)의 판단 결과, 어플리케이션이 제2 사용자 단말(30)에 설치되지 않은 것으로, 또는 설치된 내역이 없는 것으로 판단되는 경우, 임시 계정 데이터를 생성하고, 생성된 임시 계정 데이터에 링크 메시지에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠의 권한 정보를 저장하는 기능을 수행한다.
사용자 계정 관리부(16)는, 제2 사용자 단말(30)에 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션의 설치 요청 정보를 전송한 뒤, 제2 사용자 단말(30)에 설치 요청 정보에 대응하여 어플리케이션이 설치된 경우, 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 연동된 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 제2 사용자 단말에 대응하는 제2 사용자의 계정을 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스의 제2 사용자의 계정에 연동하는 기능을 수행한다.
이후, 권한 정보 제공부(17)는, 연동된 제2 사용자의 계정에 임시 저장된 권한 정보를 메모리(15)로부터 수신하여 저장하고, 임시 계정 데이터를 삭제하도록 메모리(15)를 제어하는 기능을 수행한다.
도 6 내지 9는 본 발명의 각 실시예에 따라 사용자 단말에 표시되는 화면의 예들을 도시한 것이다.
도 6에는 상기 언급한 제1 인터페이스의 예로서 채팅 창(100)이 도시되어 있다. 사용자들은 채팅 창(100)을 통해 문자 등을 입력하여 메시지를 주고받을 수 있다. 이때 채팅 창(100)을 슬라이드 하거나 특정 메뉴를 선택하게 되면, 도 7의 음악 공유 메뉴(111, 본 발명의 제2 실시예에서는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 이용 메뉴가 될 수 있다.)가 사용자 단말의 화면(110)에 표시될 수 있다.
사용자가 음악 공유 메뉴(111)를 선택하게 되면, 도 8에 도시된 바와 같이 본 발명의 제1 실시예에서는 제2 인터페이스 화면(120)으로서 음악 컨텐츠를 선택할 수 있는 화면이 출력된다.
제2 인터페이스 화면(120)에는, 제1 사용자의 계정에 등록된 권한 정보에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠의 정보(121)를 포함하는 리스트가 표시될 수 있다. 각 음악 컨텐츠에는 공유 입력 시 제공되는 권한 정보를 제1 권한 정보 또는 제2 권한 정보로 설정할 수 있는 메뉴로서, 제1 권한 정보에 대응하는 함께 듣기 메뉴(122) 또는 제2 권한 정보에 대응하는 선물하기 메뉴(123)가 매칭될 수 있다.
제1 사용자 단말로부터 함께 듣기 메뉴(122)에 대한 선택 입력이 수신되면, 도 9에 도시된 화면(130)에 도시된 바와 같이 링크 메시지(131)가 표시되는 데, 제1 권한 정보임을 알리는 '함께 들어요'의 문구, 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보(A) 및 링크 메시지(131)에 대한 선택 입력이 가능한 메뉴로서 연결 메뉴(132)가 링크 메시지(131)에 포함될 수 있다. 제2 사용자는 연결 메뉴(132)를 선택하여 상기 본 발명의 각 실시예에서의 링크 메시지에 대한 선택 입력을 수행할 수 있다. 한편 도 8의 화면(120)에서 제1 사용자 단말로부터 선물하기 메뉴(123)에 대한 선택 입력시에는, '함께 들어요'의 문구 대신 '선물이 왔어요'의 문구가 표시될 수 있다.
이상에서 전술한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법은, 단말기에 기본적으로 설치된 애플리케이션(이는 단말기에 기본적으로 탑재된 플랫폼이나 운영체제 등에 포함된 프로그램을 포함할 수 있음)에 의해 실행될 수 있고, 사용자가 애플리케이션 스토어 서버, 애플리케이션 또는 해당 서비스와 관련된 웹 서버 등의 애플리케이션 제공 서버를 통해 단말기에 직접 설치한 애플리케이션(즉, 프로그램)에 의해 실행될 수도 있다. 이러한 의미에서, 전술한 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법은 단말기에 기본적으로 설치되거나 사용자에 의해 직접 설치된 애플리케이션(즉, 프로그램)으로 구현되고 단말기 등의 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체에 기록될 수 있다.
이러한 프로그램은 컴퓨터에 의해 읽힐 수 있는 기록매체에 기록되고 컴퓨터에 의해 실행됨으로써 전술한 기능들이 실행될 수 있다.

  1. 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 연동된 소셜 네트워크 서비스의 실행에 따라 사용자 단말에 제공되는 인터페이스로서, 친구 관계로 등록된 적어도 하나의 사용자 단말들 사이에서 게시물을 공유하기 위해 실행되는 인터페이스인 제1 인터페이스를 제공하고, 상기 제1 인터페이스의 일 영역에, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션을 통해 재생 가능한 음악 컨텐츠를 공유하기 위한 메뉴로서 음악 공유 메뉴를 제공하는 제1 인터페이스 제공부;
    상기 음악 공유 메뉴에 대한 제1 사용자 단말로부터의 선택 입력을 수신 시, 상기 제1 사용자 단말에 대응하는 제1 사용자의 계정 정보로부터 음악 컨텐츠별로 설정되어 상기 음악 컨텐츠를 이용할 수 있는 권한에 관한 정보인 적어도 하나의 권한 정보를 추출한 뒤, 상기 제1 사용자의 계정 정보로부터 추출된 상기 적어도 하나의 권한 정보에 대응하는 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트가 포함된 인터페이스이며, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스에 대응하는 어플리케이션의 실행에 따라 사용자 단말에 출력되는 인터페이스인 제2 인터페이스를 상기 제1 사용자의 단말에 전송하는 제2 인터페이스 제공부; 및

    상기 소셜 네트워크 서비스는 개인 홈페이지 제공 서비스이며, 상기 제1 인터페이스는 개인 홈페이지 제공 서비스의 이용에 따라서 상기 제1 사용자와 상기 제2 사용자를 포함한 복수의 사용자의 개인 홈페이지 게시글의 등록 및 관리를 위해 실행되는 인터페이스이고,
    상기 링크메시지는 상기 제2 사용자의 상기 개인 홈페이지에 등록되는 게시글의 형태로 전송되는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법.
  11. 제3항에 있어서,
    적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트를 출력하는 단계는,
    상기 음악 컨텐츠의 리스트에 포함된 음악 컨텐츠 중 상기 링크 메시지를 이용하여 상기 제2 사용자 단말에 의해 재생된 내역이 있는 음악 컨텐츠가 존재하는 경우, 상기 제2 사용자 단말에 의해 재생된 내역이 있는 음악 컨텐츠의 정보를 출력 시 상기 제2 사용자 단말에 대응하는 사용자 정보의 리스트를 함께 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서,
    상기 제1 사용자 단말로부터 상기 제2 사용자 단말에 대응하는 사용자 정보의 리스트 중 어느 한 사용자 정보에 대한 선택 입력을 수신 시, 상기 선택 입력에 대응하는 사용자의 계정 정보를 상기 제1 사용자 단말의 상기 제2 인터페이스에 전송하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법.
  13. 제3항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자의 단말의 입력 수단으로부터 상기 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 통해 구매 가능한 음악 컨텐츠를 다른 사용자인 제2 사용자의 계정에 선물하기 위한 선물 요청 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버로부터, 상기 제2 사용자의 계정에 저장되어 있는 정보 중 상기 제2 사용자의 단말로부터의 선택 입력에 의해 저장된 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보를 포함하는 리스트인 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트 정보를 수신하는 단계;
    상기 추출된 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트 정보를 상기 사용자 단말의 표시부에 출력하는 단계; 및
    상기 사용자 단말의 입력 수단으로부터 상기 출력된 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트 정보에 포함된 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠 중 어느 하나에 대한 결제 요청 정보를 수신 시, 상기 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버에 결제 요청 정보에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 결제를 요청하는 단계;
    상기 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 결제가 완료 시, 상기 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보 및 상기 음악 컨텐츠의 이용 권한 정보를 포함하는 선물 메시지를 상기 제2 사용자의 계정에 등록된 단말에 전송하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서,
    상기 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스를 제공하는 서버로부터 상기 제2 사용자의 계정에 저장되어 있는 정보 중 상기 제2 사용자의 계정에 등록된 적어도 하나의 음악 컨텐츠에 대한 이용 권한 정보를 수신하는 단계; 및
    상기 수신한 선호 음악 컨텐츠 리스트 정보를 출력 시, 상기 이용 권한 정보에 대응하는 음악 컨텐츠의 식별 정보를 출력 대상에서 제외하는 단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 음악 컨텐츠 이용 서비스 제공 방법.
  15. 제3항의 방법을 구현하기 위한 프로그램이 기록된 컴퓨터로 읽을 수 있는 기록매체.
