- Patent application 655-2010 describes a horseshoe made of copper and a series of alloys of this metal, which eliminates most of the fungi and bacteria that attack horses. Abstract
La présente invention concerne une barrière en cuivre antibactérien (1) conçue pour être installée entre le fer à cheval conventionnel et le sabot d'un cheval afin d'éliminer les champignons et bactéries qui colonisent les sabots de ces animaux, laquelle barrière se présente sous forme de pellicule, de film, de couche de revêtement, d'élément de séparation, de spray, de tampon réalisé à base de polymères contenant du cuivre antibactérien ou des solutions contenant du cuivre colloïdal, qui permet de tirer ce bénéfice sans augmenter de façon significative le poids ou le coût de la solution.
