Abstract

Beschreibung description
Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Beladen einer Palette Method and device for loading a pallet
The present invention relates to a method for producing a pallet with different individual packs of a picked order or partial order or multiple orders and to an apparatus for carrying out this method.
The process according to the invention consists in its basic form of three process steps. In the first process step, the individual packages of a matching batch are delivered in a conveying means, for example a trolley. A batch is the quantity of individual packages that is to be palletized in one operation. A batch consists of different types of individual packs. The quantity and composition of the individual packages may be congruent with the composition of a single order which is to be packed on a pallet. But it is equally possible that a batch affects only part of an order. The entire order then consists of several batches or partial orders. It is also possible that a batch comprises several smaller individual orders. A batch is thus in the context of the invention always the amount of individual packages that is to be loaded in a palletizing on the respective pallet. The individual packages to be stacked on a pallet can in this case be distributed over a plurality of conveying means. It is also possible that an order consists of several pallets, so that the pallet to be loaded then only comprises a partial order. Also, a pallet can consist of several parts of a job, so-called "batches." Several jobs can also be combined on one pallet.
CONFIRMATION COPY In the second process step, the individual containers are separated, positioned on the outer edge and provided. A palletizing device, preferably a palletizing robot, can access the individual bundles so individually provided and position the individual bundles in a defined manner on a pallet. The individual packages are provided in such a way that the palletizing robot can always access each individual individual package in any order.
In a last third method step, the individual containers are picked by the palletizing device, preferably the palletizing robot, in the required order and stacked on the pallet.
In an advantageous continuation of the process, the individual containers are isolated on low-pressure conveyors, preferably on accumulation roller conveyors with inclined accumulation rollers. This has the advantage that the successively lined-up individual containers are conveyed to an edge of the accumulation roller conveyor and align themselves on the side wall of this edge as it were automatically in which they rest with an outer edge on the side wall of the conveyor.
To carry out the method, a device is provided, with at least one conveying means. The conveyor takes from one or more sampling conveyors of a camp, the respective individual containers and conveys them to the palletizing station. The individual packages must be separated before palletizing. For this purpose, it is possible in a simple variant of the invention to use a trolley as a conveyor and equipped with superposed compartments and set in each compartment each only a single container. It can be ejected the entire tram and used as a cache.
Much more advantageous, however, several funding or trolley in an endless conveyor loop continuously at several removal conveyors or Vor directions for separating the individual containers to pass again and again.
In an advantageous embodiment, the funding is designed as a hanger monorail. With a monorail conveyor, an endless loop, which is also referred to as a loop, is particularly easy to implement. In addition, a monorail conveyor does not require any floor space. It is advantageous to provide in the hanger several side by side and stacked storage compartments. As an alternative to a monorail conveyor, driverless trucks can also be used as conveyors.
If an accumulating roller conveyor is provided for separating the individual containers, the compartments in the conveyor or hanger can be processed, as it were, floor by floor. If a staging storage with several juxtaposed and stacked storage compartments used, they can be filled directly, preferably simultaneously from the trolley.
In an alternative embodiment, the individual packages may be stored in a staging store having a plurality of levels arranged one above the other. These levels can be staggered like a tribune or arranged like a terrace, so that the palletizing robot can reach all individual containers of a batch (= order part). In another embodiment, these superimposed individual levels are designed in the manner of drawers. In the drawers, the individual containers are again preferably positioned on the outer edge. When palletizing each drawer is opened, from which the respective individual container is picked.
In a further advantageous embodiment, the storage compartments of the supply storage are designed in the manner of drawers for the provision of individual containers for removal by the palletizing robot. Each deployment store Is advantageously a buffer upstream. The cache can receive the contents of a trolley and deliver it in one go to the downstream staging store.
Finally, it is advantageous to provide a plurality of conveyor belts running above and next to one another on the removal conveyors of the warehouse, for the simultaneous feeding of a plurality of individual packages into storage compartments of the trolley which are likewise arranged above and next to each other.
Es zeigen: With reference to the embodiment shown in the drawing figures, the invention with further advantages and details is described. Show it:
Fig. 1 ein automatisiertes Lager mit sieben dargestellten Regalzeilen und drei dargestellten Entnahmefördem sowie eine endlose Förderschleife und einen Bereitstellungsspeicher mit schubladenartig ausgestalteten Lagerfächern, 1 shows an automated warehouse with seven rows of racks and three removal flaps shown, as well as an endless conveyor loop and a supply storage with drawer-like designed storage compartments,

4 shows a side view with palletizing robots designed as articulated-arm robots, which remove individual containers from a supply storage with storage compartments designed in the manner of drawers. In Fig. 1, first, the conveyor loop 1 can be seen. The conveyor loop 1 connects the bearing 2 with the palletizing 3. The camp 2 consists of several juxtaposed rows of shelves 4. From the rack lines 4 promote removal conveyor 5 individual container 7 out. The removal conveyor 5 in this case have two conveyor belts 6 arranged side by side in each conveying plane. With the help of the conveyor belts 6, the individual containers 7 are fed into trolleys 8. It can be seen from the representation of FIG. 1 that several trolleys 8 can actively work in the conveyor loop 1.
The trolley 8 pass through the individual removal conveyor 5 when feeding the individual container 7 in succession and take the belonging to a partial order or order individual package 7. As soon as the individual packages 7 of a partial order or order are fed into the trolley 8 in the required number, the trolley 8 drives one of the illustrated three palletizing stations 9 in the palletizing area 3 in order to deliver the individual packages 7 there. In the palletising station 9, a temporary storage 15 receives the individual containers 7. The buffer 15 is dimensioned so that it can accommodate all individual packages 7 of a trolley 8, so a batch.
The temporary storage device 5 in turn dispenses its contents, that is to say the stored batch, to the respective provision storage 10 allocated to it. The supply memory 10 has in the manner of drawers 11 trained storage compartments. To load the pallets 12 with the individual containers 7, a palletizing robot 13 picks out the respective individual containers 7 from the drawers 11 in order to set them up on the pallet 12.
FIG. 2 once again shows a supply storage 10 with a drawer 11 on which individual containers 7 rest. The staging memory 10 is in turn preceded by the intermediate memory 15. Furthermore, a trolley 8 is shown. The trolley 8 is movable in height in the vertical direction 14. This movability serves to overcome the difference in height zwi see the bottom conveyor loop 1 and the near-ground palletizer 9. The trolley 8 feeds the latch 15, which in turn fills the supply memory 10. In the illustration of FIG. 2 it can also be seen that the trolley 8 has a plurality of storage compartments arranged one above the other and next to one another. Likewise, the provision memory 10 has a plurality of drawers 11 arranged one above the other and next to each other.
The removal conveyor 5 preferably have one of the number of juxtaposed storage compartments in the trolley 8 corresponding number of juxtaposed conveyor belts 6. The number of superposed planes of conveyor belts 6 at the removal conveyor 5 advantageously corresponds again to the number of stacked storage compartment pairs in the trolley 8. The trolley 8 can be filled in this way very quickly with the individual packs 7.
