[0030] 所述雾化器 20设于吸杆 100内, 具体是设于吸筒 10的内部, 所述雾化器 20为相互 并联设置的多个。 每一所述雾化器 20 设有一个雾化室, 所述各雾化室也相互并联设置, 所 述雾化室中盛装有液态的烟油。 一实施方式中, 各所述雾化室中的烟油的类型为同一种, 从 而, 控制器 300可控制一个或多个雾化室同时工作进而增加了烟雾量, 口感好; 另一实施方 式中, 各所述雾化室中的烟油的类型互不相同, 例如, 所述烟油为雪茄烟口味、 红塔山口味 及中华烟口味的等等。 从而, 借由多个雾化室中盛装的类型各不相同的烟油, 为使用者提供 了多种混合口味。
[0031] 所述雾化器 20包括套筒 21、 烟油杯 22、 填充层 23、 盖体 24及座体 25。
[0032] 所述套筒 21呈筒状, 套筒 21采用钢材料。
[0033] 所述烟油杯 22 呈筒状, 设于套筒 21 内。 本实施方式中, 所述烟油杯 22采用玻纤 管, 烟油杯 22中装有烟油并设有一根或多根电热丝 221。
[0034] 填充层 23设于烟油杯 22和套筒 21之间, 填充层 23具体为棉质透气材料, 具有缓 冲及透气作用。
[0035] 盖体 24设于套筒 21的一端, 且与烟油杯 22的一端口匹配并将其密封。
[0036] 座体 25设于套筒 21的另一端内侧, 且与烟油杯 22的另一端口匹配并将其密封, 套 筒 21的另一端的外侧设有外螺纹。
[0037] 所述吸嘴盖 30设于吸筒 10—端, 用以与使用者嘴巴接触进行抽吸。
[0038] 第一连接套 40设于吸筒 10另一端, 用于与电源杆 200连接。

[0042] 第二连接套 203设于电源筒 201的一端, 且与所述第一连接套 40匹配对接。 所述第 二连接套 203中固设有用以固定支撑的固定支架 205, 固定支架 205上固设有电路板 206, 电路板 206电连接于所述电源 202。 所述第二连接套 203中对应于吸杆 100的一端设有与所 述雾化器 20数目一致的连接槽 207, 连接槽 207的中心轴位置设有电连接于所述电路板 206 的、 用于与雾化器 20 电连接的第一电极 208, 连接槽 207 内侧壁设有内螺紋, 所述雾化器 20 一端设有与所述内螺纹匹配的外螺紋, 从而, 借由所述内螺纹和外螺紋的配合将雾化器 20固定于电源杆 200上。 对应地, 所述座体 25的中心轴位置设有与第一电极 208匹配的第 二电极 251, 所述第二电极 251与所述电热丝 221 电连接, 从而, 借由所述第一电极 208和 第二电极 251实现了雾化器 20、 电路板 206及电源 202的电连接。 其中, 所述烟油杯 22的 密封的腔体、 装于腔体内的烟油及设于腔体内的电热丝 221构成了所述雾化室。 所述第一电 极 208和所述连接槽 207之间垫设有用以进行密封及电性绝缘的第一绝缘套 209; 所述第二 电极 251 和所述套筒 21 另一端的端口之间垫设有用以进行密封及电性绝缘的第二绝缘套 210。
[0043] 盖帽 204设于电源筒 201的另一端。
[0044] 如图 5所示, 控制器 300连接于所述电源 202和所述雾化器 20之间, 用于控制雾化 室进行工作。 所述控制器 300包括开关模块 301和集成电路 302。 本实施方式中, 所述雾化 器 20有 N个, 分别是第一雾化室 303、 第二雾化室 304…第 N雾化室 305。
[0045] 开关模块 301 用于响应外界操作产生触发信号。 具体地, 所述开关模块 301 固设于 所述固定支架 205上, 所述开关模块 301为如图 2所示的微型机械开关 310, 或为如图 3所 示的气流感应器 312即咪头, 对于微型机械开关 310而言, 根据按压或触碰的次数, 或时间 长短产生对应的触发信号; 对于气流感应器 312而言, 根据气流的大小或时间长短产生对应 的触发信号。
[0046] 集成电路 302电连接于所述开关模块 301, 用于根据所述触发信号导通电源 202和所 述雾化室之间的电路连接。 所述集成电路 302设置于一电路板 206上, 电路板 206设于固定 支架 205上并电连接于所述开关模块 301。 集成电路 302中预先存储或由用户设置多个与触 发信号匹配的控制指令, 例如, 开关模块 301接收用户一次按压产生的触发信号对应于第一 雾化室 303和第二雾化室 304同时工作的控制指令; 连续两次按压产生的触发信号对应于第 一雾化室 303至第三雾化器 (图未示) 同时工作的控制指令。 再如, 开关模块 301接收用户 长按 (按压 3秒以上) 产生的触发信号对应于所有雾化室同时工作的控制指令, 进而, 集成 电路 302根据触发信号产生对应的控制指令, 对应的回路根据所述控制指令的控制而导通, 是的对应的多个雾化室同时工作, 产生的烟雾大而浓, 口感好。 另一方面, 使用者通过上述 控制指令的设置、 拆装调换雾化器 20位置或添加替换不同烟油类型的雾化器 20均可达到获 得多种混合口味的目的。
[0047] 综上, 本发明创造的电子烟及电子烟装置一方面通过采用并联设置多个雾化室, 电 源 202和所述雾化室之间设置用于控制雾化室进行工作的控制器 300的技术手段, 从而达到 了产生的烟雾大而浓, 口感好的技术效果; 另一方面, 在各雾化室中盛装类型互不相同的烟 油, 使得电子烟可产生多种混合口味的烟雾, 使用者可根据需要自调口味。
[0048] 以上所述是本发明创造的具体实施方式, 应当指出, 对于本技术领域的普通技术人 员来说, 在不脱离本发明创造原理的前提下, 还可以做出若干改进和润饰, 这些改进和润饰 也应视为本发明创造的保护范围。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种电子烟, 包括吸杆和电源杆, 所述吸杆内设有雾化室, 所述电源杆内部设有电源, 其特征在于, 所述雾化室为相互并联设置的多个, 所述电子烟还包括连接于所述电源和所述 雾化室之间的、 用于控制所述雾化室进行工作的控制器。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述控制器包括:
响应外界操作产生触发信号的开关模块; 以及
电连接于所述开关模块、 根据所述触发信号导通电源和所述雾化室之间的电路连接的集成电 路。
3. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述开关模块为微型机械开关或气流感应 器。
4. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 每一所述雾化室设于一雾化器内, 所述各雾 化器相互并联设置。
5. 如权利要求 1 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化室中盛装有液态的烟油, 各所述雾 化室中的烟油的类型互不相同。
6. 如权利要求 2 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述吸杆包括吸筒、 设于吸筒内部的雾化 器、 设于吸筒一端的吸嘴盖以及设于吸筒另一端、 用于与电源杆连接的第一连接套。
7. 如权利要求 6 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述电源杆包括电源筒及设于电源筒内的电 源, 电源筒的一端设有与所述第一连接套匹配对接的第二连接套, 另一端设有盖帽。
8. 如权利要求 7 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接套中固设有固定支架, 固定支 架上固设有所述开关模块。
9. 如权利要求 8 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述集成电路设置于一电路板上, 电路板设 于固定支架上并电连接于所述开关模块。
10. 如权利要求 6所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第二连接套中对应于吸杆的一端设有与 所述雾化器数目一致的连接槽, 连接槽内侧壁设有内螺纹, 所述雾化器一端设有与所述内螺 纹匹配的外螺紋。
11. 如权利要求 10 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述雾化器包括套筒, 设于套筒内的筒状 烟油杯, 烟油杯和套筒之间设有填充层, 套筒的一端设有与烟油杯的一端口匹配并将其密封 的盖体, 套筒的另一端内侧设有与烟油杯的另一端口匹配并将其密封的座体, 套筒的另一端 的外侧设有所述外螺纹。
12. 如权利要求 11 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述连接槽的中心轴位置设有电连接于所 述电路板的、 用于与雾化器电连接的第一电极; 所述烟油杯中装有烟油并设有电热丝, 所述 权 利 要 求 书
座体的中心轴位置设有与第一电极匹配的第二电极, 所述第二电极与所述电热丝电连接。
13. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述烟油杯的密封的腔体、 装于腔体内的 烟油及设于腔体内的电热丝构成所述雾化室。
14. 如权利要求 12 所述的电子烟, 其特征在于, 所述第一电极和所述连接槽之间垫设有第 一绝缘套, 所述第二电极和所述套筒另一端的端口之间垫设有第二绝缘套。
15. 一种电子烟装置, 其特征在于, 所述电子烟装置包括:
如权利要求 1至 14中任一项所述的电子烟; 以及
用于存放所述电子烟并为其充电的电子烟盒。
