Description
Mica Warmer Heater for Electrical Cook Top
Field of Invention
The present invention relates a mount in attachment system in combination of pressed fit steel plate for attaching an electrical warmer heater element. The invention particularly applies to provide sufficient controlled heat to warm, melt and simmer effectively. Low temperature limiting prevents burning and scorching, typically found with high performance heating zones. Background of the Invention
For many people, the lack of safety in electrical cook hob which can result in lack of usage of electrical cooking appliances Conventionally, the heating / warming elements are often locked to the vessel by wiring as to securely fix the heating / warming elements. When problem occurs such as the temperature raise up, the power will cut off. It is more on safety purposes.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has two thermostats. One is Normally Open (N/O) Bl Metal Switch as an indication that the cooking element reached the required
Temperature and ready for cooking. Meanwhile, the Normally Close Bl (N/C)Metal Switch is to control the temperature. One aspect of the present invention is a Wiring system includes the N/C Bl Metal 1 Switch connected to Jumper Lead as part of the fixture. The connecting terminal 1 switch and the Jumper Lead for live fasten. It engage each other by relative movement to insert the zinc coated plate of wiring lock into the aperture and to It can be rotated up to 30° and the rotation of the plate in a first rotational direction to an installed position. The mounting system used is allowing easy placement and fully interchangeable with all diameter dish warmers.
Another aspect of the present invention in between of the mica plate and metal support plate there is an insulation of mica plate. It is to avoid from current leakage.
Due to more space the wiring harness can pass underneath warmzone and not visible.
The other side of the plate is coiled with ribbon type resistance wire onto the mica surface to transform the heat.
The ribbon heater is fast visual light up, designed for automation ribbon thermal which results in mechanically robust high quality product. It is joined with two mica plate.
Brief Description of the Drawings
FIG 1 is a Auto Version (2 switches + Jumper Lead)
FIG 2 is a Standard Version (1 N/O Switch) FIG 3 is a Temperature Controller Version (1 N/C Switch + Jumper Lead)
FIG 4 is a Switchless Version
FIG 5 is Standard Version + Jumper (Rotate 30°) FIG 6 is Standard Version (1 N/O Switch) no Lead (Rotate 30°)
Detailed Description of Drawing and Best Mode for Carrying Out The Invention
In order that the invention may be more readily understood and put into practical effect, a preferred example of the invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which:
FIG 1
Illustrates a preferred example of a warmer heater constructed accordance with the invention. Referring to FIG 1 it can be seen that the mica warmer comprises the spot weld legs in position, jumper lead connected to thermostat. There are 2 switches. One is normally open (N/O) Bl-Metal Switch acts as hot warning indicator and the other one is normally closed (N/C) Bl metal switch which had function as temperature control. The power will cut off whenever the temperature increased. The N/C switch is connected to the jumper lead on top and faston (terminal) at the below portion.
FIG 2
Figure 2 shows the mica support plate is connected to rivets 2, switch 1 , faston 1. the N/O Bl- Metal Switch is for hot warning only.
FIG 3
Figure 2 shows the mica support plate is connected to rivets 2, switch 1 , faston 1. the N/C Bl- Metal Switch is for Temperature Controller where the power will cut off whenever the temperature raised up.
Figure 4 illustrates the product with switchless version. This version is to energize heat without N/C or N/O switches. Figure 5 illustrates the standard version which is connected with N/C switch only with jumper lead. It is installed with a rotation of 30°.
Figure 6 illustrates the standard version with only 1 N/O Switch which acts as a hot warning indicator and without Jumper Lead.
