Description

Clothes dryer

The present invention relates to a clothes dryer for drying clothes.

A conventional clothes dryer has been proposed in which drying air is circulated through a ventilation path provided below a rotating drum (see, for example, Patent Document 1). The configuration and operation of such a clothes dryer will be described.

FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view showing a configuration of a conventional clothes dryer 1030.

The rotating drum 1100 for storing clothing rotates around a rotating shaft provided in the horizontal direction. An opening 1014 is provided on the front side of the rotating drum 1100, and the back side of the rotating drum 1100 is configured as a bottomed cylinder having a bottom.

A door 1013 for opening and closing the opening 1014 is provided on the front side of the rotating drum 1100. The user can put clothes in and out of the rotating drum 1100 by opening and closing the door 1013.

A blower fan 1018 is provided at the lower part on the back side of the rotating drum 1100. By the rotation of the blower fan 1018, the drying air is blown from the back side of the rotary drum 1100 toward the front side. The drying air in the rotating drum 1100 passes through the opening 1014 and the ventilation path 1015 provided from the front to the lower side of the rotating drum 1100 and reaches the blower fan 1018 again. In this way, the drying air circulates.

However, in the conventional configuration described above, the seal between the rotating drum 1100 and the ventilation path 1015 is insufficient. When clothes are put into the rotating drum 1100 and the rotating drum 1100 is rotated during drying, the weight of the clothes is unbalanced and the rotating drum 1100 moves, and the drying air is supplied to the air flow path 1015 and the rotating drum 1100. It may leak from the gap between the two, reducing the drying efficiency and extending the drying time.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The invention is not limited to the embodiments.

First, a schematic configuration of the clothes dryer 100 in the embodiment of the present invention will be described.

FIG. 1 is a front view of a clothes dryer 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a view showing a cross-sectional configuration viewed from the side of the clothes dryer 100, and FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view showing an internal structure of the machine 100, and FIG. 4 is a diagram showing a schematic configuration of a heat pump device 420 of the clothes dryer 100. FIG.

The clothes dryer 100 includes a housing 110. The clothes dryer 100 has a drying function that circulates drying air in the housing 110 to dry the clothes. The housing 110 has a front wall 111 provided on the front side, a rear wall 112 provided on the back side opposite to the front wall 111, and a left side facing the front wall 111 and the rear wall 112. A left wall 113 standing on the right side, and a right wall 114 standing on the right side facing away from the left wall 113. The case 110 further includes a top wall 115 that closes a region surrounded by the upper edges of the front wall 111, the rear wall 112, the left wall 113, and the right wall 114.

The inlet 116 is formed in the front wall 111. The user can store clothes in the housing 110 through the insertion port 116.

The clothes dryer 100 includes a door 120 attached to the front wall 111. The door 120 can be rotated between an open position and a closed position by a main body connecting hinge. FIG. 1 shows a state where the door 120 is in the closed position.

The user can pull the opening / closing handle 123 provided on the door 120 forward, move the door 120 to the open position, and open the insertion port 116. Thereafter, the user can store the clothing in the housing 110 through the insertion port 116. Further, the user can close the insertion port 116 by moving the door 120 to the closed position. At this time, the door 120 is fixed at the closed position by the door lock lever. When it is detected that the door lock lever is closed to the main body side of the clothes dryer 100, the control unit determines that the clothes can be dried. Thereafter, the garment is dried in the rotating drum 320.

The clothes dryer 100 includes an operation panel 201. The operation panel 201 constitutes a part of the front wall 111. The user can operate the operation panel 201 to perform various operations such as setting of a driving course.

The clothing dryer 100 performs drying according to the driving course information input to the operation panel 201. Before drying is performed, the user can move the door 120 to the open position and load clothes onto the rotating drum 320 through the loading port 116.

The rotating drum 320 serving as a drying chamber has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and the rotating drum 320 is disposed such that the rotation axis is horizontal and the inlet 116 is on the front side.

A double-shaft motor 310 is provided on the bottom surface of the clothes dryer 100 on the back side. A drum drive pulley 311 for rotating the rotary drum 320 is provided on the front-side rotary shaft of the double-shaft motor 310. A drum drive belt 312 that is installed on a drum drive pulley 311 is attached to the outer periphery of the rotary drum 320.

On the other hand, a fan drive pulley 313 that rotationally drives the blower fan 331 is provided on the rotary shaft on the back side of the double shaft motor 310. Via the fan drive belt 314 installed on the fan drive pulley 313, the driving force of the double-axis motor 310 is transmitted to the blower fan 331 provided on the back side.

The blower fan 331 is disposed on the downstream side of the air flow of the drying air of the heat pump device 420. By driving the blower fan 331, the blower fan 331 sucks the drying air in the upstream blower path 480, while sending the drying air to the downstream blower path 332 in the fan case 330.

During the drying operation, the clothes accommodated in the rotating drum 320 are lifted in the rotating direction by the rotation of the double-shaft motor 310, and thereafter the stirring operation of dropping from an appropriate height position is repeated. Further, the drying air is sent from the circulation duct 430 into the rotary drum 320 by the rotation of the blower fan 331. On the bottom surface of the rotating drum 320, a large number of holes having a diameter of about 5 mm are opened as ventilation holes. This ventilation hole is connected to the fan case 330 to form a downstream air passage 332.

As described above, the rotating drum 320 stirs the clothes by rotation. Therefore, the drying air that has flowed into the rotating drum 320 efficiently collides with the clothes. As a result, the clothes can be appropriately dried.

The circulation duct 430 that circulates the drying air includes a lint filter 500 that collects lint, a heat pump device 420, and a fan case 330 that stores the blower fan 331. The fan case 330 is connected to a rear frame member 117 provided between the rotary drum 320 and the rear wall 112. The lint filter 500 includes a first lint filter 510 provided on the door 120 and a second lint filter 482 provided below the clothes dryer 100 and upstream of the heat pump device 420. Circulation duct 430 further includes an upstream air flow path 480 positioned between first lint filter 510 and second lint filter 482.

The clothes dryer 100 includes a heat pump device 420 that exchanges heat with the drying air that has passed through the rotary drum 320 in the circulation duct 430. The heat pump device 420 is disposed on the flow path of the drying air that flows from the rotary drum 320 to the blower fan 331. The heat pump device 420 exchanges heat with the drying air flowing toward the blower fan 331 to create high-temperature and dry air.

The heat pump device 420 includes a dehumidifying unit 421 that dehumidifies air and a heating unit 422 that heats air. The drying air that has passed through the first lint filter 510 passes through the dehumidifying unit 421. At this time, the humidity of the drying air decreases. Thereafter, the drying air passes through the heating unit 422. At this time, the drying air is heated. In this way, the heat pump device 420 can exchange heat with the drying air that has passed through the rotary drum 320 to produce drying air for drying the clothes.

Here, the details of the heat pump device 420 will be described with reference to FIG.

The heat pump device 420 includes a compressor 423 that compresses the working medium, an expansion valve 424 that decompresses the working medium, a first circulation tube 425 that guides the working medium flowing from the expansion valve 424 to the compressor 423, and an expansion valve from the compressor 423. And a second circulation tube 426 for guiding the working medium flowing to 424.

The first circulation tube 425 and the second circulation tube 426 form a closed loop that passes through the compressor 423 and the expansion valve 424. The working medium flowing through the first circulation tube 425 is decompressed by the expansion valve 424 and becomes a low temperature. The working medium flowing through the second circulation tube 426 becomes high temperature due to compression by the compressor 423. The first circulation tube 425 and the second circulation tube 426 protrude into the circulation duct 430 that guides air sucked by the blower fan 331.

The first circulation tube 425 constitutes a flow path that is folded back many times in the circulation duct 430. The heat pump device 420 includes a large number of fins 427 attached to a first circulation tube 425 that is folded back inside the circulation duct 430. The first circulation tube 425 and the fins 427 in the circulation duct 430 constitute the dehumidifying part 421 described above.

The second circulation tube 426 constitutes a flow path that is folded back many times in the circulation duct 430. The heat pump device 420 includes a number of fins 428 attached to a second circulation tube 426 that is folded back inside the circulation duct 430. The second circulation tube 426 and the fins 428 in the circulation duct 430 constitute the heating unit 422 described above.

The drying air flowing in the circulation duct 430 is cooled by the first circulation tube 425 and the fins 427 cooled by the low-temperature working medium. As a result, moisture in the drying air is condensed on the first circulation tube 425 and the fins 427. Therefore, the drying air is dehumidified in the dehumidifying unit 421.

Thereafter, the drying air is heated by the second circulation tube 426 and the fins 428 heated by the hot working medium. As a result, the drying air becomes high temperature, and drying air suitable for drying clothes is obtained.

As described above, the dehumidifying unit 421 and the heating unit 422 exchange heat with the drying air flowing in the circulation duct 430 to generate drying air suitable for drying clothes. Therefore, the dehumidifying part 421 and the heating part 422 constitute a heat exchanger.

The blower fan 331 sucks the drying air created by the heat pump device 420 and sends the drying air to the downstream blowing path 332 of the fan case 330. As a result, the drying air flows into the space between the bottom surface of the rotating drum 320 and the rear frame member 117 through the opening 432 of the rear frame member 117.

Thereafter, the drying air flows into the rotary drum 320 through a large number of air holes formed in the bottom wall 321 of the rotary drum 320. While the drying air passes through the rotating drum 320, the clothes collide with the drying air and are dried. Therefore, the drying air discharged from the rotating drum 320 has high humidity. Further, dust such as lint generated from the clothes and hair attached to the clothes will float in the drying air discharged from the rotating drum 320.

Thereafter, as indicated by the arrows in FIG. 2, the drying air is sent to the door air blowing hole of the accommodating portion 121 attached to the back side of the door 120. The drying air sent to the door ventilation hole passes through the first lint filter 510. At this time, in the first lint filter 510, lint floating in the drying air is collected and removed.

The drying air that has passed through the first lint filter passes through the second lint filter 482 through the upstream blowing path 480 from the first lint filter located above to the second lint filter located below. At this time, the lint that has passed through the first lint filter 510 is collected by the second lint filter 482 and removed from the drying air.

Since the first lint filter 510 is provided substantially perpendicular to the horizontal flow of the drying air, it passes a part of the lint attached to the first lint filter 510 or the first lint filter 510. A part of the lint is dropped downward, and the first lint filter 510 is configured not to be clogged by lint.

Thereafter, the drying air flows into the heat pump device 420 through the suction inlet 481 and is dehumidified and heated as described above. The drying air that has been dehumidified to a high temperature is again sucked into the blower fan 331 via the suction outlet 429 and sent out to the downstream blower path 332. In this manner, the drying air circulates in the circulation duct 430 and the rotary drum 320 as indicated by the arrow in FIG.

Here, the seal configuration between the rotary drum 320 and the front frame member 118 and the seal configuration between the rotary drum 320 and the rear frame member 117 will be described.

As shown in FIG. 2 and FIG. 5 to FIG. 8, an annular front cushioning material 119 is fitted around the entire circumference of the front frame member 118 at a position facing the front end portion 320a of the rotary drum 320. A recess 118a is provided.

The first cushioning material 119a is fitted into the recessed portion 118a and pasted. On the surface of the first buffer material 119a, a second buffer material 119b is mounted, for example, bonded. The second buffer material 119 b is in contact with the lower end portion thereof along the front frame member 118, and is held in a state bent toward the back surface of the rotary drum 320. Further, the length in the radial direction of the second cushioning material 119b is made longer than the length in the radial direction of the first cushioning material 119a. The front end portion 320a of the rotating drum 320 is disposed so as to contact the second cushioning material.

Furthermore, in FIG. 8, the second buffer material 119b has a configuration in which a part of the rotation center side of the rotary drum 320 is not bonded to the first buffer material 119a.

In such a configuration, as shown in FIG. 7, it is assumed that when the rotating drum 320 is rotated during drying, an imbalance occurs in the weight of clothes and the rotating drum 320 moves in the radial direction. To do. In such a case, the front end portion 320 a of the rotating drum 320 presses the second cushioning material 119 b whose front end is bent toward the back side of the rotating drum 320 toward the rotation center of the rotating drum 320. Thereby, the sealing performance between the second cushioning material 119b and the front frame member 118 can be enhanced, the drying efficiency is not lowered, and the drying time can be shortened as much as possible.

Note that, as the first buffer material 119a, it is desirable to use a sponge member in order to mitigate the impact caused by the movement of the rotary drum 320 in the front-rear direction. Further, as the second cushioning material 119b, since friction is generated between the front end portion 320a of the rotating drum 320, it is desirable to use a felt member or the like having high friction resistance.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 9 to 10, an annular third cushioning material 141 is formed on the entire circumference of the rear frame member 117 corresponding to the rear end portion 320b of the rotary drum 320. The fourth cushioning material 140 is mounted on, for example, bonded to the surface of the third cushioning material 141. The third cushioning material 141 and the fourth cushioning material 140 constitute a back side cushioning material 143.

In the present embodiment, the rear end portion 320b has a portion protruding in the back direction, and the rear protrusion portion 117a arranged at a position facing the rear end portion 320b has a protrusion portion protruding in the back direction. Forming. Further, the third cushioning material 141 is attached to the front convex portion 117b projecting in the front direction of the rear frame member 117, and the rotating drum 320 contacts the fourth cushioning material 140 in a non-rotating state. The third cushioning material 141 is held in a state bent in the back direction. The third cushioning material 141 is formed of an elastic body such as rubber, and a force for returning to the front direction works. Therefore, a force for sealing the rotating drum 320 and the fourth cushioning material 140 is generated.

Particularly, when the rotating drum 320 moves in the back direction, the rear end portion 320b presses the fourth cushioning material 140. As a result, when the rotating drum 320 is rotated during drying and an imbalance occurs in the weight of the clothes, and the rotating drum 320 moves in the back direction, the rotating drum 320 is rotated by the rear end portion 320b of the rotating drum 320. The fourth cushioning material 140 and the third cushioning material 141 that are bent toward the back surface side are pushed toward the rear frame member 117. Therefore, the sealing performance between the rotating drum 320 and the fourth buffer material 140 can be improved, the drying efficiency is not lowered, and the drying time can be shortened as much as possible.

In addition, as the third buffer material 141, it is desirable to use a rubber member having an urging force to return to the front direction. Further, as the fourth cushioning material 140, since friction is generated between the rear end portion 320b of the rotating drum 320, it is desirable to use a felt member having high friction resistance.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the first cushioning material 119a and the second cushioning material 119b are provided on the front side of the rotating drum 320, and the third cushioning material is provided on the back side of the rotating drum 320. The example which provided 141 and the 4th shock absorbing material 140 was shown.

However, the present invention is not limited to this example. For example, even if a cushioning material is disposed on either the front side or the back side of the rotating drum 320, the drying efficiency does not decrease and the drying time is reduced. It is possible to provide a clothes dryer 100 that can shorten the length as much as possible.

Further, in the present embodiment, the description has been given using the clothes dryer 100. However, any apparatus having a drying function can be applied to, for example, a washing machine.

As described above, the clothes dryer 100 according to the present embodiment has the rotary drum 320 that stores and rotates the clothes, the double-axis motor 310 that rotates the rotary drum 320, and the clothes in and out of the rotary drum 320. And a door 120 for closing the inlet 116. Further, a blower fan 331 that sends drying air into the rotary drum 320, a downstream blower path 332 that constitutes a blower path for circulating the drying air in the rotary drum 320, and the back side of the rotary drum 320 are provided. And a rear frame member 117 that regulates the movement of the rotating drum 320. Further, a front frame member 118 that is provided on the front side of the rotary drum 320 and restricts the movement of the rotary drum 320, and a rear side cushioning material 143 provided on the rear frame member 117 that faces the rear end portion 320 b of the rotary drum 320. And at least one of the front side cushioning materials 119 provided on the front frame member 118 so as to face the front end portion 320a of the rotating drum 320.

By adopting such a configuration, even if the rotating drum 320 moves during drying, the drying air is less likely to leak from the gap between the downstream air blowing path 332 and the rotating drum 320, which is the air blowing path, and the drying efficiency is reduced. Therefore, the drying time can be shortened as much as possible.

Further, the front-side cushioning material 119 includes a first cushioning material 119a provided on the front frame member 118, and a second cushioning material 119b attached to the first cushioning material 119a.

Further, the back-side cushioning material 143 includes a third cushioning material 141 provided on the rear frame member 117 and a fourth cushioning material 140 attached to the third cushioning material 141.

By using a double cushioning material as in these configurations, it is possible to further enhance the effect that the drying air is less likely to leak from the gap between the downstream air blowing path 332 and the rotating drum 320 that are the air blowing paths. .

Further, the rotary drum 320 is in contact with the fourth cushioning material 140, and the third cushioning material 141 is held in a state bent to the rear side.

With this configuration, a force for returning to the front acts on the third buffer material 141, and a force for sealing the rotating drum 320 and the fourth buffer material 140 is generated. As a result, even if the rotating drum 320 moves during drying, the drying air is less likely to leak from the gap between the downstream air blowing path 332 and the rotating drum 320, which is the air blowing path, and the drying efficiency is not lowered and the drying time is minimized. Can be shortened.

In addition, the second cushioning material 119b is configured such that a part of the rotation center side of the rotary drum 320 is not bonded to the first cushioning material 119a, and the length of the second cushioning material 119b in the radial direction is the first. The buffer material 119a is configured to be longer than the length in the radial direction.

As a result, even if the rotary drum 320 moves in the up / down / left / right / front / rear directions during drying, the second cushioning material 119b can easily come into contact with the front frame member 118, so that the drying air is a downstream air blowing path. It becomes difficult to leak from the gap between 332 and the rotating drum 320, the drying efficiency is not lowered, and the drying time can be shortened as much as possible.

Further, the end portion of the second cushioning material 119b that does not adhere to the first cushioning material 119a is placed on the back side of the rotating drum 320 so as to be in contact with the front frame member 118.

As a result, even if the rotary drum 320 moves up and down, right and left and back and forth during drying, the second cushioning material 119b can easily come into contact with the front frame member 118. It becomes difficult to leak from the gap between 332 and the rotating drum 320, the drying efficiency does not decrease, and the drying time can be shortened as much as possible.

Further, by forming at least one of the first shock absorbing material 119a and the third shock absorbing material 141 into an annular shape, the downstream air flow path 332 and the rotating drum that can cope with the movement of the rotating drum 320 in the vertical and horizontal directions can be further improved. Thus, it is possible to realize a configuration in which drying air hardly leaks from the gap with 320.

As described above, in the clothes dryer according to the present invention, even if the rotating drum moves during drying, the drying air is less likely to leak from the gap between the air blowing path and the rotating drum, and the drying efficiency does not decrease, It is possible to obtain a special effect that the drying time can be shortened as much as possible. Therefore, the present invention is useful as a device having a clothes drying function, for example, a clothes dryer or a washing machine for drying clothes from the viewpoint of preventing deterioration of clothes drying performance.
