[0001] 本实用新型涉及一种扬声器的磁钢组件, 适用于微型扬声器, 属于通讯、 信息系统 的电声元器件。
背景技术
[0002] 现有的微型扬声器广泛应用于手机、 平板电脑等电子产品上。 随着产品功能的丰 富, 外形的超薄化, 内部电子元件相对会越来越多, 空间也会越来越紧凑; 这就要求各电子 元件之间的相互干涉达到最小, 特别是磁性元件。 公知的扬声器主要包括磁钢、 音圈、 纸 盆、 定芯片和框架, 而有种磁钢 (例如手机扬声器等的磁钢) 又主要包括磁钢, 与磁钢一面 粘接的极板, 和与磁钢另一面粘接的外周具有折边的底盘, 音圈则卡装在底盘外周折边与磁 钢之间的空腔内。 鉴于所述的 "磁钢" 由磁钢、 极板和底盘所组成, 因而本实用新型称之为 磁钢组件。 已有所述磁钢组件, 由于存在结构性不足以致其漏磁比较严重, 导致扬声器的音 响和音质较差, 给扬声器的质量造成较为严重的影响。
发明内容
[0003] 本实用新型的目的是: 提供一种结构合理、 紧凑, 且能有效降低漏磁量的扬声器的 磁钢组件, 以克服现有技术的不足。
[0004] 为了达到上述目的, 本实用新型的技术方案是: 一种扬声器的磁钢组件, 包括第一 极板、 磁钢和外周具有折边的底盘, 第一极板与磁钢粘接, 所述磁钢与底盘相配装, 且所述 底盘的折边与磁钢之间构成用于与扬声器音圈相卡装的空腔, 而其: 还包括至少 1个第二极 板; 第二极板设在磁钢和底盘之间, 且第二极板分别与所述磁钢以及底盘粘接。
[0005] 在上述技术方案中, 所述第一极板是通过溶剂胶与磁钢的一个表面粘接的; 第二极 板的两个表面是分别通过溶剂胶与磁钢的另一个表面以及底盘粘接的。
[0006] 本实用新型所具有的积极效果是: 由于本实用新型所述磁钢与底盘之间还粘接有至 少 1个第二极板, 使得磁钢两个表面上均粘接有极板, 而其两表面的极板同时起到聚磁的作 用, 有效降低了底盘的漏磁量。 经实验表明, 底盘的漏磁量较已有技术降低了 50%以上, 同 时也不影响扬声器本身的声学特性, 如频率响应、 谐振频率等。 实现了本实用新型的目的。 附图说明

[0009] 如图 1、 2所示, 一种扬声器的磁钢组件, 包括铁质第一极板 1、 磁钢 2和外周具有 折边 4-1的铁质底盘 4, 第一极板 1粘接在磁钢 2的一个表面上, 所述粘接有第一极板 1的 磁钢 2与底盘 4相配装, 且所述底盘 4的折边 4-1与粘接有第一极板 1的磁钢 2之间构成用 于与扬声器音圈相卡装的空腔 5, 还包括至少 1个铁质第二极板 3; 第二极板 3设在磁钢 2 和底盘 4之间, 且第二极板 3分别与所述磁钢 2的另一个表面以及底盘 4粘接。 所述第一极 板 1是通过溶剂胶与磁钢 2的一个表面粘接的; 第二极板 3的两个表面是分别通过溶剂胶与 磁钢 2的另一个表面以及底盘 4粘接的。
[0010] 在上述实施方式中, 所述磁钢 2也可以是磁铁, 或者是稀土磁件; 而所述第二极板 3 的个数是 1至 5个。 当第二极板 3有 2个以上时, 则多个第二极板 3依次叠合粘接成一体。

Claims
1. 一种扬声器的磁钢组件, 包括第一极板 (1 )、 磁钢 (2) 和外周具有折边 (4-1 ) 的底盘 (4), 第一极板 (1 ) 与磁钢 (2) 粘接, 所述磁钢 (2) 与底盘 (4) 相配装, 且所述底盘 (4) 的折边 (4-1 ) 与磁钢 (2) 之间构成用于与扬声器音圈相卡装的空腔 (5 ), 其特征在 于: 还包括至少 1 个第二极板 (3 ); 第二极板 (3) 设在磁钢 (2) 和底盘 (4) 之间, 且第 二极板 (3) 分别与所述磁钢 (2) 以及底盘 (4) 粘接。
2. 根据权利要求 1 所述的扬声器的磁钢组件, 其特征在于: 所述第一极板 (1 ) 是通过溶剂 胶与磁钢 (2) 的一个表面粘接的; 第二极板 (3 ) 的两个表面是分别通过溶剂胶与磁钢
(2) 的另一个表面以及底盘 (4) 粘接的。
