또한, 청취능력이 떨어지는 청각 장애자나 노인 등 또는 주변이 매우 시끄러운 곳에서는 ARS 서비스를 제공받더라도 원활하게 서비스를 진행하지 못하는 경우가 빈번하다는 문제가 있었다.
따라서, 무선 인터넷을 통해 유저의 전화기를 서버와 접속시킨 상태에서, 서버가 제공하는 화면을 열람하면서 화면으로 ARS 서비스를 제공받는 방법을 생각해볼 수 있겠다.
이 경우에는 모든 ARS 제공업체가 무선 인터넷을 통해 ARS 서비스를 화면으로 제공할 수 있게 시스템을 갖춰야 하므로 지불되어야 할 비용이 매우 크다는 단점이 있었으며, 화면을 통해 유저가 ARS 서비스를 제공받는 동안 유저의 전화기는 지속적으로 ARS 화면을 제공하는 서버와 접속된 상태를 유지해야 하므로 ARS 화면 서비스를 제공하기 위해 서버에 걸리는 트래픽은 크지 않더라도 다수의 전화기와 동시에 접속을 유지하기 위한 회선 트래픽은 매우 크기 때문에 서버가 다운될 가능성이 매우 크며, 서버를 안정적으로 유지하기 위해 용량을 증설할 경우 경제적 부담이 매우 크다는 문제가 있었다.
더불어, 종래에는 검색엔진을 통해 특정 회사의 특정 부서에 근무하는 특정한 담당자와 통화하고자 하는 경우에, 검색엔진을 통해 해당 회사명을 입력하여 해당 회사의 홈페이지 URL 정보를 검색하여 선택하고, 해당 회사의 홈페이지에 접속해서 메인 페이지를 열람한 다음, 해당 회사 메인 페이지에서 해당 부서 정보가 게재된 서브 페이지를 열람한 다음, 해당 서브페이지에서 해당 담당자의 전화번호를 알 수 있게 된다.
하지만, 홈페이지에서 직접 전화를 걸 수 없으므로, 해당 전화번호를 기억하거다 다시 전화기에 입력해서 통화하게 된다.
이러한 구조는 단지 해당 회사의 담당자와 통화하고자 하는 유저들에게는 너무 많은 웹페이지 선택과 열람이 수반되게 되므로 편의성이 매우 떨어지며, 상담원이나 ARS를 통해 해당 담당자와 통화하고자 하는 경우에는 너무 장시간의 음성 통화가 필요하다는 문제가 있었다.
한편, ARS 시스템이나 인터넷에 업로드된 홈페이지가 부재한 소형 자영업자의 경우에는 업체 정보를 알리기 위해 너무 많은 비용이 소요되고, ARS 시스템이나 홈페이지 구축과 관리시에도 많은 비용이 소요된다는 문제가 있었다.

상기 링데이터는 특정 업체에 대한 정보나 전화번호이므로, 해당 업체의 위치정보나 약도, 판매하는 상품과 가격정보를 포함한 각종 업체정보를 화면 데이터로 구성하여 포함할 수 있고, 전화번호 정보는 안내원으로 직접 연결될 수 있는 대표 전화번호나 ARS 전화번호 정보나 특정 부서 전화번호 또는 특정 부서의 담당자들 전화번호에 대한 정보를 의미한다.
한편, 상기 유저 단말기(2)에는 유저가 입력한 특정 키신호에 대응하여 미리 지정된 화면데이터를 추출하여 화면 출력하는 어플리케이션이 탑재되어져 있다.
따라서, 상기 유저 단말기(2)는 특정 업체의 링데이터를 검색하여 다운로드한 이후, 이미 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)와의 접속이 끊어진 상태지만, 메인 화면데이터에서 안내원과 음성통화할 것인지, ARS로 접속할 것인지, 특정 부서의 특정 담당자와 전화연결할 것인지를 선택하여 마치 무선인터넷망이 접속된 상태인 것과 같은 효과를 낼 수 있다.
또한, 이는 전화번호가 하나 뿐인 영세 자영업자의 경우에도 마치 무선홈페이지를 운영하는 것과 같은 효과를 낼 수 있다.
특히, ARS 시스템을 운영하는 업체의 경우에는 해당 유저 단말기(2)가 특정 업체의 ARS 시스템과 접속하여 음성통화망을 통한 서비스를 제공받으면서 동시에, 해당 서비스와 연동되는 다수의 화면데이터를 미리 유저 단말기(2)가 수신하여 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 통해 키선택 신호에 추종하여 화면 출력이 제어되게 하는 것이다.
즉, 유저 단말기(2)를 통해 ARS 전화번호를 선택한 경우에는 ARS의 음성출력과 함께 연동되어 출력되는 화면데이터가 유저가 선택한 키신호에 대응하여 출력되는 바, 예컨대 “국민은행”이라는 검색어의 입력을 통해 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)로부터 다운로드한 “국민은행”의 링데이터를 이미 해당 링데이터 관리서버(40)와의 접속이 해제된 상태에서, 유저가 열람하면서 ARS 전화번호도 선택할 수 있게 된다.
ARS 전화번호를 선택하게 되면, “국민은행”의 ARS 센터와 음성통화망을 통한 접속이 이루어지고 유저 단말기(2)의 화면에는 ARS 센터에서 음성 출력하는 것과 동일한 내용의 메인 화면데이터가 출력된다.
즉, 유저 단말기(2)에는 마치 무선인터넷이 접속되어 ARS 화면데이터가 출력되는 것처럼 보이지만 실제로는 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션이 유저가 선택한 키신호에 따라 미리 매칭된 화면데이터들을 추출해서 출력시키는 것이다.
따라서, 유저는 ARS 음성데이터를 모두 청취하지 않아도 화면데이터의 정보를 확인하고 즉시 특정 번호를 입력할 수 있으며, 해당 번호에 매칭된 또 다른 화면데이터를 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션이 추출하여 출력하는 것이다.
유저 단말기(2)에 탑재된 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 구동시키면 검색어를 입력하는 입력창(4)이 구비된 메인 화면(4)이 출력되는 바, 그 입력창(4)에 특정 검색어를 입력하여 검색버튼(8)을 클릭하면 그 결과정보가 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)로부터 전송되어 화면 출력된다. 이때까지는 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)와 유저 단말기(2)가 무선인터넷으로 접속된 상태이다.
검색 결과는 어느 하나의 정보일 수도 있으며, 다수개의 정보일 수도 있는 바, 예컨대, ○○전자를 선택한 경우라면 ○○전자의 ARS 전화번호(10)도 출력될 것이며, ○○전자 서비스 센터 정보나 마케팅 센터 정보가 검색될 수도 있을 것이다.
각 검색 정보중 전화번호에 해당하는 위치에는 콜신호를 발생시킬 수 있는 아이콘(10a,10b,10c...)이 각각 구비되는 것이 바람직하겠다.
유저가 특정 콜신호 발생 아이콘(10a,10b,10c...)을 선택하면 해당 검색결과에 매칭된 링데이터(12,14)를 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 추출하여 해당 유저 단말기(2)로 전송한다.
링데이터를 서로 다른 참조부호로 부여한 것은 그 링데이터내에 ARS 연동화면 데이터를 포함한 경우와, 그렇지 않은 경우로 구분한 것이며, ARS 연동화면데이터가 포함되지 않는 일반 자영업자 링데이터(14)의 경우에는 업체 정보나 판매 상품정보 등이 포함되어져 있다.
각 링데이터(12,14)는 다수의 화면데이터(12a,12b,12c...14a,14b,14c...)로 이루어지고, 각 화면 데이터는 화면식별코드가 부여되어 유저가 선택한 버튼번호에 연동하여 선택적으로 출력된다.
즉, 현재 화면에 노출되는 화면데이터에 게재된 키선택정보에 따라 각각 추종되어 출력될 수 있는 화면데이터들은 각각 고유한 식별부호가 부여된다.
특히, 상기 링데이터는 각 업체의 ARS 전화번호에 접속된 상태에서 키선택에 추종되어 화면 출력될 수 있는 다수의 ARS 화면데이터 패킷이 포함될 수 있으며, 상기 링데이터는 업체 상품정보나 광고정보가 포함될 수도 있다.
한편, 상기 링데이터에 포함된 전화번호 선택시 콜신호가 발생될 수 있게 하이퍼링크되어져 있다.
또한, 상기 링데이터는 해당 업체 정보나 ARS 서비스 또는 특정 부서 담당자의 전화번호에 대한 정보가 적어도 하나 이상 포함된다.
또, 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템에는 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)로 링데이터를 전송하기 위한 판매자 단말기(30)가 더 포함되어져 있다.

이를 참조하면, 상기 판매자 단말기(30)는 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)로 자사의 링데이터를 전송하여 등록시킨다.

그 상태에서, 유저는 상기 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 구동시켜 유저단말기(2)에 특정 업체의 검색어를 입력시킨다.
그러면, 그 검색어는 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)로 전송되고, 해당 링데이터 관리서버(40)는 해당 업체의 링데이터를 추출하고, 해당 유저 단말기(2)로 전송한다.
그로인해, 유저는 해당 링데이터를 열람하고 어느 한 전화번호를 선택할 수 있는 바, 직접 해당 검색어에 관련된 업체에 전화를 걸 수도 있으며, 해당 업체의 ARS 서버(20)에 전화를 걸 수도 있다.
유저단말기(2)로 다운받은 링데이터(12)에는 ARS와 연동된 화면데이터도 포함되어져 있으므로 유저의 버튼 조작신호(50a,50b...50n)에 대응하여 선택적으로 ARS 관련 화면데이터가 출력된다.
도 5는 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템에 포함된 유저 단말기의 구성을 도시한 블록구성도이다.
이를 참조하면, 상기 유저 단말기(2)는 그 내부에 음성 통화망이나 데이터 통신망에 접속하여 통신을 수행하는 통신모듈(50)과; 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션의 구동을 관리하는 링데이터 출력 어플 관리부(52)와; 검색 업체의 링데이터를 수신하는 링데이터 수신부(54)와; 유저가 입력한 검색어를 링데이터 관리서버로 전송하는 검색어 전송부(56)와; 유저가 입력한 버튼신호를 분석하기 위한 버튼조작 신호분석부(58)와; 유저가 입력한 버튼신호에 매칭된 화면데이터를 추출하는 매칭 화면 추출부(60)가 포함된다.
또한, 상기 유저 단말기(2)는 전화번호에 호접속되어 출력되는 음성데이터를 출력하는 음성데이터 출력부(62)와; 버튼선택에 따라 기매칭된 화면데이터를 화면 출력하는 화면데이터 출력부(64)와; 화면데이터 패킷으로 이루어진 링데이터를 저장하고, 각 화면데이터가 출력될 수 있게 매칭된 키조작정보와, 화면데이터별 식별코드를 저장하는 데이터 저장부(66)와; 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 구동하여 입력한 검색어를 링데이터 관리서버(40)로 전송하고, 그 결과에 해당하는 링데이터를 수신하여 해당 링데이터를 구성하는 다수의 화면데이터가 유저가 입력한 키조작신호에 대응하여 선택적으로 화면 출력되도록 제어하는 제어부(68)를 포함한다.
이때, 상기 제어부(68)는 링데이터중 ARS 전화번호를 선택한 경우, ARS 음성통화시 유저의 버튼선택에 매칭되어 화면데이터가 추출되고 화면 출력되게 제어하는 것이다.
상기한 구성의 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템의 기능과 작용을 첨부된 도면을 참조하여 상세하게 설명한다.
도 6은 본 발명의 일실시예에 따른 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템의 신호흐름을 도시한 플로우챠트이다.
먼저, 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 다수의 업체로부터 업체정보 및 전화번호 정보로 이루어진 링데이터를 수신받고 등록 요청신호를 수신한다.
그러면, 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)는 해당 링데이터를 검색 가능한 검색어 팁과 매칭시키고 저장한다.
그 상태에서, 유저가 상기 유저 단말기(2)에 탑재된 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 구동시키고, 해당 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션의 검색어 입력창에 검색어를 입력한다.
그러면, 유저 단말기(2)의 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션은 해당 검색어를 링데이터 관리서버(40)로 전송한다.
다음으로, 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 해당 검색어를 데이터베이스에서 검색하고, 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 해당 검색어에 매칭된 링데이터를 추출하여 해당 유저 단말기(2)로 전송하고 세션 설정을 해제한다.
이때, 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)는 해당 검색어를 데이터베이스에 존재하는 지를 검색하는 바, 해당 검색어가 존재하지 않는 경우라면 상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)는 검색 불가 정보를 해당 유저 단말기(2)로 전송한다.
반면, 해당 유저 단말기(2)가 다수의 화면데이터로 이루어진 링데이터를 수신한 경우라면, 해당 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션이 키선택신호의 입력이 있는 지를 판단한다.
특정 키선택신호가 입력된 경우라면, 상기 유저 단말기(2)는 상기 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 통해 해당 키선택신호에 매칭된 화면데이터를 추출하여 출력한다. 따라서, 각 화면데이터를 어떤 키선택신호에 대응하여 출력되는 지에 대한 식별부호가 부여되어져 있다.
이때, 상기 유저 단말기(2)는 화면데이터에 포함된 전화번호 선택신호가 인가되는 지를 판단하는 바, 전화번호 선택신호가 인가된 경우라면 해당 전화번호가 ARS 번호인지를 판단하고, ARS 번호가 아닌 경우라면 해당 전화번호로의 호접속을 요청한다.
이때, 상기 전화번호는 업체 대표 전화번호 또는 업체 ARS 전화번호 또는 부서 전화번호 또는 부서별 담당자들 전화번호일 수 있다.
만약, 해당 전화번호가 ARS 번호인 경우라면, 상기 유저단말기(2)는 해당 ARS 번호에 호접속을 실행함과 동시에, 해당 ARS 음성내용과 같은 내용의 화면데이터를 출력한다.
그리고, 키선택신호가 인가되는 지에 따라 매칭된 화면데이터를 추출하여 출력한다. 통화 종료신호가 인가되면 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션의 구동을 정지하고, 지속적으로 키선택신호가 인가된 경우라면 매칭된 화면데이터를 출력하는 동작을 반복한다.
한편, 본 발명의 실시예에 따른 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템 및 그 방법은 단지 상기한 실시예에 한정되는 것이 아니라 그 기술적 요지를 이탈하지 않는 범위 내에서 다양한 변경이 가능하다.

Claims (15)

  1. 링데이터 검색기능이 구비되어 업체 정보나 ARS 서비스 또는 특정 부서 담당자의 전화번호에 대한 정보가 포함된 링데이터를 수신받아 데이터통신망에 대한 세션이 해제되고, 세션 해제상태에서 유저의 키조작신호에 대응한 화면데이터가 추출되어 출력되는 유저 단말기와;
    판매자로부터 업체 정보나 ARS 서비스 또는 특정 부서 담당자의 전화번호에 대한 정보가 포함된 링데이터를 수신받아 검색 가능하게 업로드시키고, 유저 단말기로부터 전송된 검색어에 대응된 링데이터를 추출하여 유저 단말기로 전송 처리하는 링데이터 관리서버로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 유저 단말기에는 유저가 입력한 특정 키신호에 대응하여 미리 지정된 화면데이터를 추출하여 화면 출력하는 어플리케이션이 탑재된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    현재 화면에 노출되는 화면데이터에 게재된 키선택정보에 따라 각각 추종되어 출력될 수 있는 화면데이터들은 각각 고유한 식별부호가 부여된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  4. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 링데이터는 각 업체의 ARS 전화번호에 접속된 상태에서 키선택에 추종되어 화면 출력될 수 있는 다수의 ARS 화면데이터 패킷이 포함될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  5. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 링데이터는 업체 상품정보나 광고정보가 포함될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 링데이터에 포함된 전화번호 선택시 콜신호가 발생될 수 있게 하이퍼링크된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  7. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 링데이터는 해당 업체 정보나 ARS 서비스 또는 특정 부서 담당자의 전화번호에 대한 정보가 적어도 하나 이상 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  8. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 유저 단말기는 그 내부에 음성 통화망이나 데이터 통신망에 접속하여 통신을 수행하는 통신모듈과;
    링데이터 출력 어플리케이션의 구동을 관리하는 링데이터 출력 어플 관리부와;
    검색 업체의 링데이터를 수신하는 링데이터 수신부와;
    유저가 입력한 검색어를 링데이터 관리서버로 전송하는 검색어 전송부와;
    유저가 입력한 버튼신호를 분석하기 위한 버튼조작 신호분석부와;
    유저가 입력한 버튼신호에 매칭된 화면데이터를 추출하는 매칭 화면 추출부와;
    전화번호에 호접속되어 출력되는 음성데이터를 출력하는 음성데이터 출력부와;
    버튼선택에 따라 기매칭된 화면데이터를 화면 출력하는 화면데이터 출력부와;
    화면데이터 패킷으로 이루어진 링데이터를 저장하고, 각 화면데이터가 출력될 수 있게 매칭된 키조작정보와, 화면데이터별 식별코드를 저장하는 데이터 저장부와;
    링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 구동하여 입력한 검색어를 링데이터 관리서버로 전송하고, 그 결과에 해당하는 링데이터를 수신하여 해당 링데이터를 구성하는 다수의 화면데이터가 유저가 입력한 키조작신호에 대응하여 선택적으로 화면 출력되도록 제어하는 제어부로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  9. 제 8항에 있어서,
    상기 제어부는 링데이터중 ARS 전화번호를 선택한 경우, ARS 음성통화시 유저의 버튼선택에 매칭되어 화면데이터가 추출되고 화면 출력되게 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공시스템.
  10. 유저 단말기에 탑재된 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션이 구동되는 제 1과정과;
    해당 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션의 검색어 입력창에 검색어가 입력되는 지를 판단하는 제 2과정과;
    유저 단말기(2)의 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션은 해당 검색어를 링데이터 관리서버(40)로 전송하는 제 3과정과;
    상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 해당 검색어를 데이터베이스에서 검색하는 제 4과정과;
    상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 해당 검색어에 매칭된 링데이터를 추출하여 해당 유저 단말기(2)로 전송하는 제 5과정과;
    상기 링데이터 관리서버(40)가 세션 설정을 해제하는 제 6과정과;
    해당 유저 단말기(2)의 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션이 키선택신호의 입력이 있는 지를 판단하는 제 7과정과;
    특정 키선택신호가 입력된 경우라면, 상기 링데이터 출력 어플리케이션을 통해 해당 키선택신호에 매칭된 화면데이터를 추출하여 출력하는 제 8과정과;
    상기 유저 단말기(2)가 화면데이터에 포함된 전화번호 선택신호가 인가되는 지를 판단하는 제 9과정과;
    해당 전화번호로 콜신호를 발생하는 제 10과정으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공방법.
  11. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 링데이터는 다수의 화면데이터로 이루어진 패킷인 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공방법.
  12. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 링데이터를 구성하는 각 화면데이터는 유저가 선택할 키조작신호에 대응하여 출력될 수 있도록 각 키신호에 대한 식별부호가 부여된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공방법.
  13. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 제 1과정의 이전에 링데이터 관리서버가 다수의 업체로부터 업체정보 및 전화번호 정보로 이루어진 링데이터를 수신받는 과정과;
    해당 링데이터를 검색 가능한 검색어 팁과 매칭시키는 과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공방법.
  14. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 전화번호는 업체 대표 전화번호 또는 업체 ARS 전화번호 또는 부서 전화번호 또는 부서별 담당자들 전화번호인 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공방법.
  15. 제 10항에 있어서,
    상기 제 10과정의 전화번호가 ARS 전화번호인 경우라면, 10과정 다음으로 상기 유저단말기가 해당 ARS 번호에 호접속을 실행하는 제 11과정과;
    해당 ARS 음성내용과 같은 내용의 화면데이터를 출력하는 제 12과정과;
    키선택신호가 인가되는 지를 판단하는 제 13과정과;
    해당 키선택신호에 매칭된 화면데이터를 추출하여 출력하는 제 14과정과;
    통화 종료신호가 인가되는 지를 판단하는 제 15과정이 더 포함된 것을 특징으로 하는 검색 기능이 부여된 대표전화 정보제공방법.
