Abstract
Das erfindungsgemässe Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Sekundärbatterie weist die folgenden Schritte auf: S1 Bereitstellen einer gebrauchten oder zu entsorgenden Sekundärbatterie, welche wenigstens eine gebrauchte Sekundärzelle aufweist, wobei die gebrauchte Sekundärzelle eine oder mehrere gebrauchte Sekundärzellen aufweist, S2 Entnehmen wenigstens einer der gebrauchten Sekundärzellen aus der gebrauchten Sekundärbatterie, S3 Erfassen wenigstens eines physikalischen Parameters, wobei dieser physikalische Parameter einen Rückschluss auf die Funktionsfähigkeit dieser gebrauchten Sekundärzelle ermöglicht, und/oder Lesen von Betriebsdaten betreffend die gebrauchte Sekundärzelle, wobei die Betriebsdaten einen Rückschluss auf die Funktionsfähigkeit der gebrauchten Sekundärzelle ermöglichen, S4 Klassifizieren der gebrauchten Sekundärzelle, S5 Instandsetzen der gebrauchten Sekundärzelle, wenn der physikalische Parameter und/oder die Betriebsdaten auf eine unzureichende Funktionsfähigkeit der gebrauchten Sekundärzelle schließen lassen, S6 Einsetzen der gebrauchten Sekundärzelle in einen Aufnahmeraum der herzustellenden Sekundärbatterie, S7 Übermitteln einer Betriebsvorschrift an eine Batteriesteuereinrichtung der herzustellenden Sekundärbatterie, wobei die Betriebsvorschrift abhängig von dem physikalischen Parameter und/oder abhängig von den Betriebsdaten gewählt ist.
