【技术领域】

【背景技术】
众所周知, 市场上早已出现了电子香烟来代替传统香烟, 并且电子香烟 也越来越得到了消费者的青睐。
然而, 现有的电子香烟存在诸多缺点。 比如, 现有的电子香烟的外形不 够美观, 因此不容易吸引消费者的注意力。
此外, 现有的电子香烟的电池容量具有一定的局限性, 因此使用的次数 受到限制, 导致电子香烟的使用不方便。
而且, 现有的电子烟一般设计为仅供一个人使用, 不可以让两个人同时 使用, 因此一定程度上限制了其使用的广泛性。
同时, 现有的电子香烟无法模拟传统水烟的声响效果。 而传统的水烟使 用时常常产生明火, 容易导致脏污, 需要消费者自己清理才行; 而且传统的 水烟无法更换口味。
因此,有必要提供一种电子水烟, 以便克服上述现有技术的缺点与不足。
【实用新型内容】
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种电子水烟, 其外形美观, 电池容量大, 可 同时供两个人使用, 而且在使用时不会产生明火, 不会导致脏污, 并且更换口 味方便, 组装容易。 为实现该目的, 本实用新型采用如下技术方案:
一种电子水烟, 包括: 水烟组件、 安装在所述水烟组件顶部的电池组件 及安装在所述水烟组件两侧的雾化器组件。 所述电池组件包括底壳及与底壳 扣合的顶盖, 所述底壳内设置有电池、 由电池供电的第一印刷电路板; 所述 底壳的底部形成中空的内导体, 所述内导体内形成内螺紋 3; 所述底壳的底 部设置有第一弹片及第二弹片。
与现有技术相比, 本实用新型具备如下优点:
其外形美观, 电池容量大, 可同时供两个人使用, 而且在使用时不会产生 明火, 不会导致脏污, 并且更换口味方便, 组装容易。

【具体实施方式】
本实用新型提供的电子水烟外形美观,电池容量大,可同时供两个人使用, 而且在使用时不会产生明火, 不会导致脏污, 并且更换口味方便, 组装容易。 下面参考附图对电子水烟的结构及工作原理进行描述。
参考图 l—4b, 根据本实用新型的一个实施例, 一种电子水烟 100包括水 烟组件 20、安装在所述水烟组件 20顶部的电池组件 10及安装在所述水烟组 件 20两侧的雾化器组件 30。
所述电池组件 10用于对整个电子水烟 100提供电力,以便驱动整个电子 水烟 100正常工作。所述电池组件 10包括底壳 102及与底壳 102扣合起来的 顶盖 104。
所述底壳 102内设置有电池 1024、 由电池 1024供电的第一印刷电路板 1026。 此外, 所述底壳 102的底部形成中空的内导体 1023 , 所述内导体 1023 内形成内螺纹 10233。 此外, 所述底壳 102的底部设置有第一弹片 1025及第 二弹片 1027。

所述空心螺杆 203伸入托盘 201 内的部分形成外螺纹 2032 , 通过螺母 2031与外螺纹 2032的配合将托盘 201锁固在装饰杆 208的顶部。 此外, 所 述空心螺杆 203的顶部伸入电池组件 10的内导体 1023的内部, 并且通过外 螺纹 2032与内螺纹 10233之间的配合而将电池组件 10 固定在水烟组件 20 的托盘 201上。
所述空心螺杆 203具有将外界气体导入储液瓶 202内的作用, 从而让消 费者在吸烟时产生水声, 同时, 螺杆 203具有固定电池组件 10的作用。
此外,所述托盘 201内设置有接线盒 2014,其内设置由和第一弹片 1025 电性导通的内导线 2069及与第二弹片 1027电性导通的外导线 2067。所述托 盘 201起托住接线盒 2014的作用, 同时有装饰作用。

所述第二胶接头 34的末端套设胶管 33。 所述胶管 33内设置密封塞 35、 第二印刷电路板 39及用于触发第二印刷电路板 39的按键 37。所述密封塞 35 使气体密封在导管 36内, 不接触到按键 37 , 从而提高了产品的使用寿命。
另外,所述胶管 33的右端套接雾化器单元。所述雾化器单元包括烟嘴座 31及套接在烟嘴座 31右端的烟嘴 303。
所述烟嘴座 31内形成内导件 304及通过绝缘套 306与内导件 304隔绝的 第三接触帽 302。 所述雾化器单元使烟液雾化为水蒸气。
其中, 烟嘴 303用于将气体导入消费者口中。
当电子水烟 100的电池组件 10运行时, 电流导通, 通过第一、 第二弹片 1025、 1027及内外导线 2069、 2067将电流传送至发热丝(图未示), 发热丝 将电能转化成温度高达约 300度的热能。 当使用者吸烟时, 气流经过纤维绳 (图未示), 将纤维绳中的烟液(图未示)送到发热丝与发热丝接触, 从而使 烟液在发热丝高温下雾化产生一定量烟雾而达到工作效果。

优选地, 所述储液瓶 202的顶部形成瓶口 2022 , 所述管座 204插入瓶口 2022内, 并且所述瓶口 2022与管座 204之间设置密封套 2024 , 从而使储液 瓶 202里的水无法外溢, 同时外界的气体无法进入储液瓶 202。

1、 一种电子水烟, 包括: 水烟组件、 安装在所述水烟组件顶部的电池组 件及安装在所述水烟组件两侧的雾化器组件, 其特征在于: 所述电池组件包 括底壳及与底壳扣合的顶盖, 所述底壳内设置有电池、 由电池供电的第一印 刷电路板; 所述底壳的底部形成中空的内导体, 所述内导体内形成内螺纹; 所述底壳的底部设置有第一弹片及第二弹片。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的电子水烟, 其特征在于: 所述第一印刷电路板 上设置用于和外部电源连接以便对电池充电的插头。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的电子水烟, 其特征在于: 所述水烟组件包括储 液瓶、 插入储液瓶顶部并且与其密封起来的管座、 安装在管座两侧的烟管接 头、 安装在管座顶部的装饰杆、 固定在装饰杆顶部的托盘及贯通所述托盘、 装饰杆、 管座并且最后伸入所述储液瓶内的空心螺杆。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的电子水烟, 其特征在于: 所述空心螺杆伸入托 盘内的部分形成外螺纹, 通过螺母与外螺纹的配合将托盘锁固在装饰杆的顶 部; 所述空心螺杆的顶部伸入电池组件的内导体的内部, 并且通过外螺纹与 内螺纹 3之间的配合而将电池组件固定在水烟组件的托盘上。

7、 根据权利要求 6所述的电子水烟, 其特征在于: 所述每个雾化器组件 包括导管及套设在导管两端的第一胶接头及第二胶接头; 所述第一胶接头的 末端设固定管, 所述固定管的末端外侧形成内导柱及通过绝缘环与内导柱隔 开的第二接触帽; 所述水烟组件的外导体插入所述内导柱内, 并且两者电性 接触; 而第一接触帽则与第二接触帽电性抵靠在一起, 从而将内导线与两个 接触帽电连接, 而外导线则与外导体及内导柱电性导通。
