- a dust collector filter is known in which paint particles are adsorbed by a precoat material by sucking paint mist to prevent clogging of the filter (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
- the filter for the dust collector as described above can remove the precoat material containing the paint particles from the surface of the filter by so-called back washing by blowing jet air from the direction opposite to the dust collecting direction.
- a precoat material containing paint particles can be reused as a resource mixed in concrete.
- Cylindrical filter elements are known as filter elements used in such industrial dust collectors.
- the cylindrical filter element is composed of a cylindrical retainer (support frame) with one end closed and the other end opened, and a filter cloth (pleated filter cloth) folded in a triangular wave shape covering the outer periphery of the retainer. is doing.
- the cylindrical filter element described above generates pre-coating material in the dust collector and sucks it, so that the pre-coating material is attached in advance to the surface of the pleated filter cloth, and the paint mist is sucked into the paint particles. Is adsorbed by the precoat material, thereby filtering the paint particles. And the dust adhering to the surface of a filter cloth can be wiped off by spraying jet air toward the inside from the opening surface of a retainer.
- a flat filter element As such a flat filter element, it is connected to a flat filter formed into a cylindrical shape by two sheet-like filter media facing each other and folded into a bowl shape, and connected to the upper end of the flat filter, and by a flat filter.

Description
The present invention relates to a filter element for a dust collector. In particular, the present invention relates to a structure of a filter element for a dust collector suitable for filtering dust supplied to a dust collector and collecting the dust.
For example, surplus paint mist is generated in a painting booth for painting the body of an automobile. In this painting booth, a dust collector is installed, and the paint mist is supplied to a dust collector having a filter disposed therein, and is filtered by collecting paint particles with the filter. Since these paint particles have strong adhesion, they were adsorbed on the precoat material and filtered.
As a dust collector filter for filtering paint mist, dry powder such as calcium carbonate is generated inside the dust collector and sucked, so that the dry powder as a precoat material is attached to the surface of the filter in advance. A dust collector filter is known in which paint particles are adsorbed by a precoat material by sucking paint mist to prevent clogging of the filter (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The filter for the dust collector as described above can remove the precoat material containing the paint particles from the surface of the filter by so-called back washing by blowing jet air from the direction opposite to the dust collecting direction. For example, a precoat material containing paint particles can be reused as a resource mixed in concrete.
Cylindrical filter elements are known as filter elements used in such industrial dust collectors. The cylindrical filter element is composed of a cylindrical retainer (support frame) with one end closed and the other end opened, and a filter cloth (pleated filter cloth) folded in a triangular wave shape covering the outer periphery of the retainer. is doing.
The cylindrical filter element described above generates pre-coating material in the dust collector and sucks it, so that the pre-coating material is attached in advance to the surface of the pleated filter cloth, and the paint mist is sucked into the paint particles. Is adsorbed by the precoat material, thereby filtering the paint particles. And the dust adhering to the surface of a filter cloth can be wiped off by spraying jet air toward the inside from the opening surface of a retainer.
Since such a cylindrical filter element causes the filter cloth to expand excessively during backwashing and shortens its life, the intermediate portion of the filter cloth is held by the ring member, and the inner peripheral surface of the ring member A cylindrical filter element having a cushion material attached thereto is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 2).
Further, as a filter element used in such an industrial dust collector, a flat filter element is known. As such a flat filter element, it is connected to a flat filter formed into a cylindrical shape by two sheet-like filter media facing each other and folded into a bowl shape, and connected to the upper end of the flat filter, and by a flat filter. The upper end member provided with the air outlet configured, a cap connected to the lower end of the planar filter, and a reinforcing member provided with a resin pipe or a round bar across the planar filter. A flat filter element is disclosed (for example, see Patent Document 3).
The flat filter element according to
The cylindrical filter element as shown in
However, the cylindrical filter element is disposed inside the dust collector so that the axial direction is substantially vertical so as to coincide with the direction in which the paint mist is sucked upward from below. For this reason, there exists a problem that it is difficult for the pre-coating material which generate | occur | produced dust to adhere toward the upper part of a pleated filter cloth. Further, since the cylindrical filter elements are arranged in the vertical direction, there is a problem that the precoat material is easily dropped from the surface of the pleated filter cloth at a location where the local wind speed is high. Furthermore, the cylindrical filter element has a problem that the paint particles easily adhere to the surface of the band.
On the other hand, the flat filter element as shown in
In addition, the flat filter element according to
However, the flat filter element according to
This invention is made in view of such a problem, and it aims at providing the filter element for dust collectors which can filter dust and was excellent in durability.
The inventor forms a side surface of a long retainer having a rounded rectangular cross section so as to allow ventilation, and attaches a pleated filter medium covering the side surface of the retainer to the side surface of the retainer with a predetermined interval. The inventors have found that this problem can be solved, and based on this, have come up with the following new filter element for a dust collector.
(1) The filter element for a dust collector according to the present invention is arranged such that the filtration surface is arranged in a substantially vertical state, and the direction in which the soot formed substantially parallel to the filtration surface extends substantially coincides with the horizontal direction. The first retainer is open at both ends. And these 1st frame members are surface-joined to the pleat filter material by fitting through an adhesive agent.
The filter element for a dust collector according to the present invention includes a plurality of first frame members formed on the outer wall of bellows-like ridges that can be fitted to the inner wall of the pleated filter medium, and the pleated filter medium by being fitted to the pleated filter medium via an adhesive.
