Abstract

Transparente Elektrode für optoelektronische Bauelemente Die Erfindung betrifft ein optoelektronisches Bauelement auf einem Substrat umfassend eine erste und eine zweite Elektrode, wobei die erste Elektrode auf dem Substrat angeordnet ist und die zweite Elektrode eine Gegenelektrode bildet. Zwischen diesen Elektroden ist zumindest ein photoaktives Schichtsystem angeordnet, welches zumindest ein Donor-Akzeptorsystem mit organischen Materialien umfasst. Die Gegenelektrode hat zumindest eine 1. Schicht (2), umfassend ein Metall oder eine Metalllegierung, auf einer Zwischenschicht (3), umfassend ein (Erd-)Alkalimetall oder ein Metalloxid, und eine 2. Schicht (4), 10 bis 100 nm dick, auf der 1.
