Abstract

A handle (10) for a pneumatic power tool comprising a tool attachment portion (11, 11') to which a tool part is to be attached; an air inlet portion (12) for connection to an air supply,an elongate grip portion (13) made of an aluminium based metal and arranged between the tool attachment portion (11) and the elongate grip portion (13), the elongate grip portion (13) being adapted to be held by at least one hand of an operator;a lever (14), which is pivotally mounted along said grip portion (13), and which is arranged to control the opening of a valve (16) inside the handle. The lever (14) is pivotally attached to the handle (10) around two steel dowels (17, 17'), which are arranged through holes on opposite sides of the handle (10), wherein each dowel (17, 17') includes a foot portion (18, 18') with a diameter that exceeds the diameter of the holes, the foot portion (18, 18') being located on the inside of the holes so as to prevent the steel dowels to pass through the holes.
