综上所述, 本发明在 V4信令接口单元的机框中增加一个 VSSP , 通过 与 SIU统一架构的 VSSP来实现固网 SSP的功能。 VSSP与 SIU在同一刀 片机框内, 可以由机框管理单元统一管理和维护, 大大提高了系统的兼容 性能, 由于 V4架构的 SIU具备高集成度, 高处理能力, 通过采用 VSSP, 也极大提高了系统的运行性能, 为主动起呼的智能网业务提供了实现的基 础平台。 附图说明

本发明的基本思想是:在进行智能网业务的过程中, VSSP收到 USSDC 发送的请求呼叫用户的消息后, 指示 CN对用户进行接续;
所述 VSSP 收到所述 CN反馈的用户已接续的通知消息后, 向所述 USSDC发送用户已接续的通知消息。
本实施方式通过 VSSP来实现基于 USSD的回呼业务和 Pay For Me业 务,本实施方式在 V4架构的 SIU机框中增加 VSSP,提高了系统的集成度, 并使整个系统在统一的架构中管理, 低了运营成本。
本实施方式中 VSSP只支持信令链路, 不支持话路。 VSSP通过指示核 心网, 进行来话链路和去话链路的链接工作, 将两个话路联通, 以达到主 叫用户和被叫用户通话的目的。 VSSP减少了话路的支持功能, 节约了成本 预算。
本实施方式中 V4架构的智能网环境^ ^于集成刀片机框的改进产品, 在一个刀片机框内, 包含机框管理单元、操作维护单元和 SIU。 在刀片机框 中增加 VSSP, 实现固网 SSP的功能。 每个刀片机框可以容纳 14块刀片, 每个刀片根据不同的部署实现不同的功能。
基于 USSD的 Pay For Me业务和基于 USSD的回呼业务的功能非常类 似, 在本实施方式中以 Pay For Me业务来进行介绍, 同时也涵盖了基于 USSD的回呼功能。
在被叫付费业务中, GSM网络中有两种触发方式, 一种是前缀方式, 一种是基于 USSD回呼方式。 实现基于 USSD回呼方式的 Pay For Me业务 的流程包括:
步骤一: 用户拨打 *接入码 *被叫号码 #到 CN的移动交换中心 ( MSC, Mobile Switching Center ) , 进行 USSD呼叫;
步骤二: MSC判断是 USSD呼叫格式, 将呼叫移交给 CN的归属位置 寄存器(HLR, Home Location Register ) , HLR根据接入码的签约信息, 向 SIU发送 USSD请求消息, 触发 USSDC的 G网引导业务单元, 此时传 输的信令是 MAP消息;
步骤三: USSDC的 G网引导业务单元通过多媒体消息触发负责呼叫起 呼的 USSDC的 P网处理业务单元;
步厥四: P网处理业务单元首先对主叫用户和被叫用户进行号码分析和 规整, 然后进行签权操作, 如果用户此时状态处于有效状态, 并且余额充 足, 通过 SIU发送请求呼叫被叫用户的消息到 VSSP; 这里, 所述请求呼叫
被叫用户的消息为固网 INAP协议的 ICA消息;
步驟五: VSSP 收到请求呼叫被叫用户的消息后, 发送 ISUP 消息到 MSC , 指示 MSC对被叫用户进行接续;
步骤六: 被叫用户接续后, MSC向 VSSP反馈被叫用户已接续的通知 消息, VSSP基于初始会话协议 ( SIP, Session Initial Protocol ) 向 USSDC 发送被叫用户已接续的通知消息, P网处理业务单元对被叫用户进行放提示 音;
步驟七: 被叫用户接受本次呼叫付费后, P 网处理业务单元通过 SIU 向 VSSP发送请求呼叫主叫用户的消息;这里,所述请求呼叫主叫用户的消 息为固网 I AP协议的 ICA消息;
步骤八: VSSP 收到请求呼叫主叫用户的消息后, 发送 ISUP 消息到 MSC , 指示 CN对主叫用户进行接续, MSC接通双方通话, 向 VSSP反馈 主叫用户已接续的通知消息, VSSP通过 SIU向 USSDC发送主叫用户已接 续的通知消息。
本实施方式通过引入 V4架构的 VSSP, 来替代目前使用的 V2版本的 固网 SSP, 实现 Pay For Me业务和 USSD回呼业务等智能网业务。 从架构 上看, VSSP使用同 SIU统一的 V4架构, 可以在硬件上进行兼容, 且可以 进行统一的管理和维护, 大大提高了系统的集成度和稳定性。 相比现有 V2 版本的固网 SSP, 固网 SSP是一个整体机架, 占用资源和机房面积非常大, 而 VSSP只采用一块刀片就可以实现现有固网 SSP的功能, 大大节约了成 本。 由于釆用 4C8核的高性能处理器, 在业务处理能力上, 一块刀片的处 理能力胜过整个固网 SSP的业务处理能力, 极大的提高了系统的性能。 另 外, VSSP只支持信令链路, 不支持话路, 降低了产品成本, 从未来的发展 趋势看, VSSP代替现有的固网 SSP是一种不可逆转的趋势,其优越性是现 有技术无法比拟的, 有着很广阔的应用和发展前景。
下面结合附图对本实施方式通过虚拟 SSP实现智能网业务的方法进行 说明。
图 1为本实施方式的智能网系统的硬件架构示意图, VSSP和 SIU都是 基于 V4架构的应用单元, 该智能网系统包括:
机框管理单元 101 : 主要是负责整个机框的硬件管理工作。
SIU 102: 主要是负责和外界进行信令交互, 完成信令收发的功能。 在 进行智能网业务的过程中,接收 USSDC发送的请求呼叫用户的消息,将请 求呼叫用户的消息发送给 VSSP 103, 并接收 VSSP 103反馈的用户已接续 的通知消息, 将用户已接续的通知消息发送给 USSDC。
VSSP 103: 主要是负责固网 SSP的功能, 在本实施方式中替代 V2版 本的固网 SSP, 实现智能网业务的应用。在从 SIU 102收到请求呼叫用户的 消息后, 指示核心网对用户进行接续; 并在收到核心网反馈的用户已接续 的通知消息后, 通过 SIU 102向 USSDC发送用户已接续的通知消息。
网络交换单元 104:主要是实现机框各单元之间或单元和外部网元进行 数据交换的功能。
时钟同步单元 105: 保证系统的时间和外界时间进行同步。
操作维护单元 106: 对整个系统软件进行操作维护、 管理、 跟踪、 统计 等功能。
如图 2所示, 本实施方式通过使用 VSSP, 实现智能网业务 Pay For Me 和 USSD回呼业务。 本实施方式实现智能网业务的网络, 包括: CN 201、 智能网中的 VSSP 103和 SIU 102、以及 USSDC中的第一消息收发模块 204、 第二消息收发模块 205、 接入码处理模块 206、 多媒体触发模块 207、 业务 功能订购和取消模块 208、触发接收模块 209、起呼模块 210、放音模块 211、 计费模块 212和号码分析模块 213。
核心网 CN 201,是整个 G网 CN的总称,包括: MSC、移动网关( MGW )
和 HLR等核心网设备。 负责整个呼叫的接续和控制功能, 支持多种应用协 议, 如 MAP、 CAMEL协议和 ISUP等。
如图 2和图 3所示, VSSP 103包括消息收发和处理模块 202、 操作维 护模块 214和信令跟踪和统计模块 215; 其中, 消息收发和处理模块 202主 要负责固网 SSP的功能, 与 SIU 102之间采用 INAP协议, 与 CN 201中的 MSC之间采用 ISUP协议交互, 实现对用户起呼和呼叫的控制功能。 在进 行智能网业务的过程中, 接收 USSDC 发送的请求呼叫用户的消息, 指示 CN 201对用户进行接续; 并接收 CN 201反馈的用户已接续的通知消息, 向 USSDC发送用户已接续的通知消息。
消息收发和处理模块 202具体用于接收 USSDC发送的请求呼叫被叫用 户的起呼消息, 根据请求呼叫被叫用户的起呼消息, 指示 CN 201对被叫用 户进行接续; 并且, 在被叫用户接续后, 接收 USSDC发送的请求呼叫主叫 用户的起呼消息, 根据请求呼叫主叫用户的起呼消息, 指示 CN 201对主叫 用户进行接续。
在指示 CN 201对被叫用户进行接续后, 接收 CN 201反馈的被叫用户 已接续的通知消息, 并在收到被叫用户已接续的通知消息后, 向 USSDC发 送被叫用户已接续的通知消息; 在指示 CN 201对主叫用户进行接续后, 接 收 CN 201反馈的主叫用户已接续的通知消息,并在收到主叫用户已接续的 通知消息后, 向 USSDC发送主叫用户已接续的通知消息。
操作维护模块 214 实现数据配置和操作维护的功能; 信令跟踪和统计 模块 215用于定位和排查问题, 以及消息的统计处理功能。
SIU 102, 主要负责协议转换, 将 CAMEL、 MAP, INAP等应用协议转 换成 USSD中心内部的使用的 CAMEL、 MAP, INAP协议, 供智能网系统 使用。
笫一消息收发模块 204: 对于 USSD的应用,用户拨打 *接入码 *被叫号
码#后, 消息首先通过用户终端到达 MSC, MSC分析是 USSD应用后, 通 过内部消息发给 HLR, HLR上保存有 USSD接入码的签约信息, 通过签约 信息采用 MAP协议向 SIU 102发送 USSD请求消息 D SIU 102经过协议转 换后发送给第一消息收发处理模块 204, 转换成内部可识别的消息,再发送 给接入码处理模块 206。
接入码处理模块 206: USSDC是 USSD业务的处理中心, 需要处理很 多业务, 不同的业务有不同的接入码, 接入码处理模块 206用于进行业务 区分, 根据预先设置, 不同的接入码进入不同的功能模块处理。 如果是订 购或取消 Pay For Me业务的接入码, 接入码处理模块 206将消息送到业务 功能订购和取消模块 208。
多媒体触发模块 207: 在智能网的运行平台上, 不同的业务之间需要信 息交互, 不同业务间通过多媒体触发模块 207进行消息的发送和接收功能。
业务功能订购和取消模块 208: 负责用户的业务订购和取消。
起呼模块 210: 当消息通过触发接收模块 209后, P网处理业务单元的 起呼模块 210首先通过号码分析模块 213对主叫和被叫的号码进行分析, 然后送到计费模块 212进行计费签权, 对于 OCS架构业务, 需要通过计费 接口模块到 OCS进行计费。 用户状态和金额正常的情况下起呼模块 210通 过第二消息收发模块 205发送消息到 VSSP进行呼叫处理。
笫二消息收发模块 205 , 在智能网业务进行起呼时, 向 SIU 102发送固 网 INAP协议的 ICA消息。
图 4是本实施方式实现 Pay For Me业务的流程, 包括:
步樣 401 : 用户拨打 *被叫付费接入码 *被叫号码#, CN根据 USSD接 入码签约信息到相应的 USSDC触发业务;
步骤 402: USSDC的 G网引导业务单元在判断 USSD接入码是被叫付 费功能后, 触发 P网处理业务单元, 同时给用户发送一个 USSD消息, 请
用户稍后;
具体地, 由 G网引导业务单元的多媒体触发模块触发 P网处理业务单 元。
步骤 403: P网处理业务单元对主叫和被叫号码进行号码分析, 并进行 主叫用户和被叫用户的签权, 判断用户是否处于正常状态, 是否有充足的 余额, 主叫用户是否开通了被叫付费业务等;
具体地, 由 P网处理业务单元的号码分析模块对主叫和被叫号码进行 号码分析, 再由 P网处理业务单元的计费模块进行主叫用户和被叫用户的 签权, 判断用户是否处于正常状态, 是否有充足的余额, 主叫用户是否开 通了被叫付费业务等
步骤 404: 如果签权成功, P网处理业务单元通过 SIU向 VSSP发送请 求呼叫被叫用户的消息, 起呼被叫用户;
具体地, 由 P网处理业务单元的第二消息收发模块通过 SIU向 VSSP 发送请求呼叫被叫用户的消息, 起呼被叫用户。
这里, 所述请求呼叫被叫用户的消息为 INAP协议的起呼消息 ICA消 息。
步骤 405: VSSP收到 ICA消息后, 基于 ISUP协议指示 CN对被叫用 户进行接续;
步驟 406: 被叫用户接续后, CN将被叫用户已接续的通知消息反馈给 VSSP;
步骤 407: VSSP通过 INAP消息向 P网处理业务单元发送被叫已接续 的通知消息, 可以给用户进行放音了;
步骤 408: P网处理业务单元对被叫用户进行放音, 此时用户听到提示 的此次通话由被叫用户付费, 并选择接受或拒绝;
具体地, 由 P网处理业务单元的放音模块对被叫用户进行放音。
步骤 409: 如果被叫用户接受, P网处理业务单元向 VSSP发送请求呼 叫主叫用户的消息, 指示 VSSP对主叫用户进行接续;
具体地,由所述第二消息收发模块向 VSSP发送请求呼叫主叫用户的消 息, 指示 VSSP对主叫用户进行接续。
这里, 所述请求呼叫主叫用户的消息为 INAP协议的起呼消息 ICA消 步骤 410: VSSP通过 ISUP消息指示 CN对主叫用户进行接续; 步驟 411: 主叫用户接续后, CN将主叫用户已接续的通知消息反馈给
VSSP, 并将主叫用户和被叫用户的话路连接到一起进行通话;
步骤 412: VSSP向 P网处理业务单元发送主叫用户已接续的通知消息, 如果有一方挂断电话后, 此次呼叫结束, P网处理业务单元在计费中心对被 叫用户进行计费。
USSD回呼业务是 Pay For Me业务的延伸应用, 在上述流程中除了对 被叫用户放音环节省略外, 其他的处理流程均相同, 在此不再进行详述。
显然, 本领域的技术人员应该明白, 上述的本发明的各模块或各步骤 可以用通用的计算装置来实现, 它们可以集中在单个的计算装置上, 或者 分布在多个计算装置所组成的网络上, 可选地, 它们可以用计算装置可执 行的程序代码来实现, 从而可以将它们存储在存储装置中由计算装置来执 行, 或者将它们分别制作成各个集成电路模块, 或者将它们中的多个模块 或步驟制作成单个集成电路模块来实现。 这样, 本发明不限制于任何特定 的硬件和软件结合。
以上仅为本发明的优选实施例而已, 并不用于限制本发明, 对于本领 域的技术人员来说, 本发明可以有各种更改和变化。 凡在本发明的精神和 原则之内, 所作的任何修改、 等同替换、 改进等, 均应包含在本发明的保 护范围之内。
Claims
1、 一种实现智能网业务的方法, 其中, 所述方法包括:
在进行智能网业务的过程中, 虚拟业务交换点收到非结构化补充数据 业务中心( USSDC)发送的请求呼叫用户的消息后, 指示核心网对用户进行 接续;
所述虚拟业务交换点收到所述核心网反馈的用户已接续的通知消息 后, 向所述 USSDC发送用户已接续的通知消息。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的方法,其中,所述虚拟业务交换点收到 USSDC 发送的请求呼叫用户的消息后, 指示核心网对用户进行接续, 包括:
所述虛拟业务交换点收到所述 USSDC发送的请求呼叫被叫用户的起 呼消息后, 根据所述请求呼叫被叫用户的起呼消息, 指示所述核心网对被 叫用户进行接续;
在被叫用户接续,且收到所述 USSDC发送的请求呼叫主叫用户的起呼 消息后, 根据所述请求呼叫主叫用户的起呼消息, 指示所述核心网对主叫 用户进行接续。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的方法, 其中, 所述虚拟业务交换点收到所述 核心网反馈的用户已接续的通知消息后,向所述 USSDC发送用户已接续的 通知消息, 包括:
所述虚拟业务交换点指示所述核心网对所述被叫用户进行接续, 且收 到所述核心网反馈的被叫用户已接续的通知消息后,向所述 USSDC发送被 叫用户已接续的通知消息;
所述虚拟业务交换点指示所述核心网对所述主叫用户进行接续, 且收 到所述核心网反馈的主叫用户已接续的通知消息后,向所述 USSDC发送主 叫用户已接续的通知消息。
4、 根据权利要求 1、 2或 3所述的方法, 其中, 所述虚拟业务交换点
通过信令接口单元与 USSDC进行交互;所述虚拟业务交换点和所述信令接 口单元设置在同一刀片机框中, 采用刀片实现。
5、 根据权利要求 1所述的方法, 其中, 在所迷虛拟业务交换点收到所 述 USSDC发送的请求呼叫用户的消息之前, 所述方法还包括:
在进行智能业务的过程中,所述 USSDC收到所述核心网发送的非结构 化补充数据业务( USSD )请求消息后, 根据所述 USSD请求消息包含的接 入码触发业务, 进行号码分析及鉴权;
鉴权成功后, 向所述虛拟业务交换点发送请求呼叫用户的消息。
6、 一种智能网系统, 其中, 所述系统包括: 信令接口单元和虛拟业务 交换点; 其中,
所述信令接口单元, 设置为进行信令交互, 在进行智能网业务的过程 中, 收到非结构化补充数据业务中心 (USSDC )发送的请求呼叫用户的消 息后, 将请求呼叫用户的消息发送给所述虛拟业务交换点, 并在收到所述 虚拟业务交换点反馈的用户已接续的通知消息后, 将用户已接续的通知消 息发送给所述 USSDC;
所述虚拟业务交换点, 设置为收到所述信令接口单元发送的请求呼叫 用户的消息后, 指示核心网对用户进行接续; 并在收到所述核心网反馈的 用户已接续的通知消息后, 将用户已接续的通知消息发送给所述信令接口 单元。
7、 根据权利要求 6所述的系统, 其中, 所述虛拟业务交换点与所述信 令接口单元设置在同一刀片机框中, 釆用刀片实现。
8、 一种虚拟业务交换点, 其中, 包括: 消息收发和处理模块, 设置为 在进行智能网业务的过程中, 收到非结构化补充数据业务中心 ( USSDC ) 发送的请求呼叫用户的消息后, 指示核心网对用户进行接续; 并在收到所 述核心网反馈的用户已接续的通知消息后,向所述 USSDC发送用户已接续
的通知消息。
9、 根据权利要求 8所述的虛拟业务交换点, 其中,
所述消息收发和处理模块,在收到 USSDC发送的请求呼叫用户的消息 后, 指示核心网对用户进行接续时,设置为收到所述 USSDC发送的请求呼 叫被叫用户的起呼消息后, 根据所述请求呼叫被叫用户的起呼消息, 指示 所述核心网对被叫用户进行接续; 并在所述被叫用户接续, 且收到所述 USSDC发送的请求呼叫主叫用户的起呼消息后, 根据所述请求呼叫主叫用 户的起呼消息, 指示所述核心网对主叫用户进行接续。
10、 根据权利要求 9所述的虛拟业务交换点, 其中,
所述消息收发和处理模块, 在收到所述核心网反馈的用户已接续的通 知消息后, 向所述 USSDC发送用户已接续的通知消息时,设置为指示所述 核心网对所述被叫用户进行接续, 且收到所述核心网反馈的被叫用户已接 续的通知消息后, 向所述 USSDC发送被叫用户已接续的通知消息; 并在指 示所述核心网对所述主叫用户进行接续, 且收到所述核心网反馈的主叫用 户已接续的通知消息后, 向所述 USSDC发送主叫用户已接续的通知消息。
