  • Pack components to which the fms are joined can be formed into plates, which - in the space for the medium flow - are interconnected with fins arranged, as a rule, perpendicularly to such plates and in such a manner that the open passages between the fins, attached to one side of the plate, are oriented perpendicularly to the passages between the fms attached at the other side of the plate.

Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé, qui est conçu pour augmenter la surface d'échange de chaleur dans un échangeur de chaleur, et qui consiste à prendre des ailettes faites de bandes de métal de n'importe quel profil de surface, et à les relier à la surface des éléments de l'échangeur entre lesquels est ménagé un espace permettant l'écoulement du fluide caloporteur. Les ailettes sont réunies à la surface de l'élément d'échangeur selon un angle de préférence de 90 degrés d'angle de façon que, le long des côtés des ailettes, la surface forme des passages ouverts entre les ailettes pour l'écoulement du fluide caloporteur. Dans le module d'échangeur de chaleur à surface d'échange de chaleur accrue, les ailettes sont avantageusement montées entre des tubes plats (4) ou des plaques (8) dans l'espace d'écoulement du fluide, formant ainsi des passages ouverts destinés à l'écoulement dudit fluide.
