Claims (17)
- 기재시트를 준비하는 단계;상기 기재시트의 하단에 표면에 요철이 형성된 자외선경화성 수지층을 형성시키는 단계;상기 자외선경화성 수지층의 하단에 금속층을 형성시키는 단계;상기 금속층의 하단에 프라이머층을 형성시키는 단계;및상기 프라이머층의 하단에 접착층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 필름의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기재시트의 두께는 20 ~ 50 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 기재시트는 폴리에스테르계 수지, 아크릴계 수지, 우레탄계 수지 또는 올레핀계 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자외선 경화성수지층의 두께는 10 ~ 30 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자외선경화성 수지층은 탄소수 1~12의 알킬기를 가지는 아크릴레이트 또는 우레탄아크릴레이트를 이용하여 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자외선경화성 수지층의 요철은 기재시트의 반대 방향에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 프라이머층의 하단에 접착층을 형성시키는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자외선경화성 수지층의 표면에는 하기 식 1을 만족시키는 오목부가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법:<식 1>a > ba: 오목부의 긴 방향(l)의 상기 필름의 길이 방향에 대한 각도b: 오목부의 긴 방향(l)의 상기 필름의 폭 방향에 대한 각도.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 필름은 기재시트의 상단에 보호층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 9항에 있어서,상기 보호층의 두께는 10~30 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 자외선경화성 수지층의 형성 단계는,상기 기재시트가 표면에 위치하는 제1롤을 준비하는 단계;상기 제1롤을 표면에 요철이 형성된 제2롤과 접하지 않는 위치에 배치하고, 인접한 위치에 경화 램프를 배치하는 단계;상기 제1롤 및 상기 제2롤의 사이에 자외선경화성 수지를 공급하고, 상기 제1롤 및 제2롤 중 하나 이상이 회전하면서, 상기 자외선경화성 수지에 제2롤의 요철을 전사시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제1롤의 표면 전체 또는 일부에 기재시트가 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제1롤 또는 제2롤을 기준으로 상기 자외선경화성 수지가 공급되는 방향과 반대 방향에 상기 상기 경화 램프를 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 자외선경화성 수지에 제2롤의 요철이 전사되는 것과 동시에 기재시트의 하단에 자외선경화성 수지층이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제2롤의 요철의 볼록부의 높이는 0.3 ~ 0.7 μm인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 제2롤의 표면은 볼록부의 면적이 오목부의 면적보다 좁은 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 보호층;기재시트;표면에 요철이 형성된 자외선경화성 수지층;금속층;프라이머층;및접착층이 순서대로 적층된 필름.
