　本発明はマスカラ用の塗布具等、化粧料を収容しておきその化粧料をブラシに付着させて化粧用に塗布する化粧用塗布具に関し、貫通孔を有しその貫通孔の容器側前方部分にその雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジが形成されたキャップ部材と、キャップ部材の貫通孔に挿入された状態にそのキャップ部材に対しスライド自在に配置され、容器内部に延びて先端部分に化粧料塗布部が形成されたブラシ部材とを備え、上記キャップ部材が、化粧料塗布部をそのキャップ部材からさらに突出する突出方向にスライドさせた状態のブラシ部材を係止し、そのブラシ部材に突出方向とは逆向きの収納方向への力が加えられたときに係止を外す係止部を有し、上記ブラシ部材が、キャップ部材が容器に取り付けられたときにその容器の開口部に当接することにより、化粧料塗布部の、容器内部での位置の規制を受ける当接部を有する。

Description

化粧用塗布具
　本発明はマスカラ用の塗布具等、化粧料を収容しておきその化粧料をブラシに付着させて化粧用に塗布する化粧用塗布具に関する。
　従来より、様々な化粧用塗布具が広く使用されている。マスカラ用の塗布具を例に挙げると、そのマスカラ用塗布具は、マスカラ用の化粧料（マスカラ液）を収容した容器と、その容器の口を閉めたときにその容器内に延びるブラシが固定されたキャップとからなる。マスカラ液を睫毛に塗るには、その容器からキャップを取り外し、そのキャップを手に持ってブラシを睫毛に当ててマスカラ液を塗布する。このとき、キャップの手に持つ部分と睫毛に当てるブラシとの間が短か過ぎると使い勝手が悪く、適度な寸法が必要である。
　ここで、試供品用として、あるいは、携帯の便宜のために小型の容器を備えた塗布具が求められている。ところが、通常の寸法の塗布具を単純に小型化すると、キャップの手に持つ部分と睫毛に当てるブラシとの間の寸法が短か過ぎて使い勝手の悪い塗布具となってしまい、例えば試供品用として提供した場合にマスカラ液自体はそのユーザの好みに合致していたとしても使い勝手の悪さの点で悪い印象を与え、拡販に結びつかないおそれがある。
　ここで、通常は、容器の口が雄ねじキャップが雌ねじに形成されるが、これを逆にして、容器の口を雌ねじ、キャップを雄ねじとすることが提案されている（特許文献１）。

　上記の、特許文献１の構造の場合、容器の小型化を図りつつキャップの手に持つ部分とブラシとの間の距離を確保することができる。
　しかしながら、キャップを容器に着脱する際にブラシが容器の口の雌ねじに触れてその雌ねじにマスカラ液が付着し、雌ねじに付着したマスカラ液がキャップの雄ねじに付着するおそれがある。マスカラ液がキャップの雄ねじに付着しただけでも汚れた印象を与えて好ましくなく、さらにそのキャップの雄ねじに付着したマスカラ液が手指や、場合によっては衣服等に触れてその触れた手指や衣服などを汚すおそれもある。
　このような事情は、マスカラ用塗布具に限らず、化粧料を収容しておきその化粧料をブラシに付着させて化粧用に塗布する化粧用塗布具全般に共通している。
　本発明は、上記事情に鑑み、通常通り雄ねじが形成された容器を採用し、容器の小型化を図りつつ使い勝手の良い化粧用塗布具を提供することを目的とする。
　上記目的を達成する本発明の化粧用塗布具は、
　内部に通じる開口が設けられ外周面に雄ネジが形成された開口部を有し、内部に化粧料が収容される容器と、
　貫通孔を有しその貫通孔の容器側前方部分にその雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジが形成されたキャップ部材と、
　キャップ部材の貫通孔に挿入された状態にそのキャップ部材に対しスライド自在に配置され、容器内部に延びて先端部分に化粧料塗布部が形成されたブラシ部材とを備え、
　上記キャップ部材が、化粧料塗布部をそのキャップ部材からさらに突出する突出方向にスライドさせた状態のブラシ部材を係止し、そのブラシ部材に突出方向とは逆向きの収納方向への力が加えられたときに係止を外す係止部を有し、
　上記ブラシ部材が、キャップ部材が容器に取り付けられたときにその容器の開口部に当接することにより、化粧料塗布部の、容器内部での位置の規制を受ける当接部を有することを特徴とする。
　本発明の化粧用塗布具は、通常は一体化されているブラシ付きキャップをキャップ部材とブラシ部材とに分け、ブラシ部材をキャップ部材に対しスライド自在とするとともに、ブラシ部材を突出方向にスライドさせたときにブラシ部材をキャップ部材に係止させる構造としたため、手で摘むキャップ部材と、ブラシ部材の化粧料塗布部との間に適度な距離を確保することができる。
　また、キャップ部材を容器に取り付けるとブラシ部材の当接部がその容器の開口部に当接して、化粧料塗布部の、容器内部での位置に規制を受けて、ブラシ部材がキャップ部材に係止されていたときはその係止が外れるため、容器の小型化が実現する。
　ここで本発明の化粧用塗布具において、キャップ部材に設けられた上記係止部が、キャップ部材の後端に向かって片持ち梁状に延びたばね部と、そのばね部の先端において内向きに屈曲した鉤部を有し、ブラシ部材が、突出方向にスライドした状態における、鉤部に対応する部分に、その鉤部が入り込む溝を有することが好ましい。
　このように、係止部に片持ち梁状のばね部を設け、そのばね部先端の鉤部をブラシ部材の溝に入り込ませることによりブラシ部材を係止する構造を備えると、そのばね部の弾性力の調整により、ブラシ部材を適度な強さで係止させ、容器にキャップ部材を取り付けたときにその係止を適度な強さで外すことができる。また、キャップ部材自体にばね部を設けることにより、この係止、係止解除を実現するにあたり別部品は不要であり、部品点数の削減につながる。
　また、本発明の化粧用塗布具において、ブラシ部材が、多角柱形状の部分を有し、キャップ部材が、ブラシ部材の多角柱形状の部分に対面してそのブラシ部材の回転を阻止する、上記貫通孔の一部を形成する多角形の内面を有することが好ましい。
　キャップ部材を手で摘んで使用するときにブラシ部材が回転すると使い勝手が悪い。上記のように多角柱形状と多角形の内面との組合せとすることにより、回り止め用の別部品を設けることなく回り止めを実現し、かつブラシ部材をキャップ部材に対しスライド自在に保つことができる。　
　以上の本発明によれば、雄ねじが形成された容器を採用し、容器の小型化を図りつつ使い勝手の良い化粧用塗布具を提供することができる。

　以下、本発明に対する比較例として、通常のマスカラ用塗布具をそのまま小型化した構造について説明し、その後、本発明の一実施形態としてのマスカラ用塗布具について説明する。
　図１は、比較例としてのマスカラ用塗布具の部分断面図である。この図１には、容器にキャップを取り付けた状態における、左側半分には外形、右側半分には断面が示されている。
　また、図２は、図１に示す比較例としてのマスカラ用塗布具を、キャップ（Ａ）と容器（Ｂ）に分けて示した部分断面図である。この図２にも、図１と同様、左側半分には外形、右側半分には断面が示されている。
　このマスカラ用塗布具１Ａは、図２に示すようにキャップ２と容器３とからなる。ここでは容器３について先に説明する。
　この容器３は、例えばプラスチック製の容器本体３１とゴム製のしごき部材３２とから構成されている。
　容器本体３１は、図２（Ｂ）に示すように、その容器本体３１の内部に通じる開口３１１ａが設けられた開口部３１１を有する。この開口部３１１の外周面には雄ねじ３１１ｂが形成されている。この開口部３１１には、しごき部材３２が図示のように嵌め込まれている。このしごき部材３２は、ほぼ円筒形であって、下端部が窄まっている。また、このしごき部材３２の上端部は少し外向に張り出ていて、このしごき部材３２を容器本体３１の開口部３１１ａに嵌め込んだときに容器本体３１の開口部３１１の上端縁の上に乗るようになっている。
　このしごき部材３２は、ほぼ円筒形であって貫通孔が形成されているため、容器本体３１としごき部材３２とを合わせた容器３としても開口３１１ａを有している。
　図２（Ａ）に示すキャップ２は、プラスチック製のキャップ本体２０と、容器３の内部に延びる軸２１と、その軸２１の先端に固定されたブラシ２２を有する。このキャップ２は、容器３の雄ねじ３１１ｂに螺合する雌ねじ２３を有し、軸２１はその雌ねじ２３よりも奥でキャップ本体２０に支持されている。
　このキャップ２を容器３に取り付けると、図１に示すようにブラシ２２は容器３の内部の、しごき部材３２よりも奥側に収容される。この容器３内にはマスカラ液が入っており、その容器３内のマスカラ液がブラシ２２に付着する。容器３からキャップ２を取り外すと、ブラシ２２がしごき部材３２の下端部の窄まった部分と擦れてブラシ２２に付着したマスカラ液の一部が容器３に戻され、適量のマスカラ液が付着した状態のブラシ２２が容器３から取り出される。そこでキャップ本体２０を摘んだままブラシ２２を睫毛に当てることによりブラシ２２に付着したマスカラ液が睫毛に塗布される。
　ここで、この容器３は、図２（Ｂ）に示す高さ寸法ｄ１が４０ｍｍ程度の容器であり、この容器３の寸法から各部の寸法を割り出すと、図２（Ａ）に示す、キャップ本体２０の下端とブラシ２２の上端との間の寸法ｄ２は、８～９ｍｍ程度しか確保することができないことになる。この場合、キャップ本体２０を手で摘んでブラシ２２を睫毛に当てるにはその寸法ｄ２が短か過ぎて使い勝手が悪く、このままでは実用には適さない。
　次に上記の図１，図２に示す比較例を踏まえ、本発明の実施の形態を説明する。
　図３は、本発明の化粧用塗布具の一実施形態としてのマスカラ用塗布具の外観斜視図である。また、図４は、図３に示すマスカラ用塗布具の縦断面斜視図、図５は、同じく図３に示すマスカラ用塗布具の分解斜視図である。
　さらに、図６は、本実施形態のマスカラ用塗布具の、容器にキャップ部材を取り付けた状態の、左半分に外観、右半分に断面を示した部分断面図、図７は、容器から取り外した状態のキャップ部材およびブラシ部材の同様な図である。
　このマスカラ用塗布具１Ｂは、容器３と、キャップ部材４と、ブラシ部材５とを有する。容器３は、図１，図２に示す比較例の容器３と同一構造、同一寸法のものであり、容器本体３１としごき部材３２とから構成されている。容器３については、図１，図２に示す比較例を参照しながら説明済であり、ここでの重複説明は省略する。
　本実施形態のマスカラ用塗布具１Ｂは、図１，図２に示す比較例との対比でいうと、その比較例における、ブラシ付きのキャップ２が、キャップ部材４とブラシ部材５とに分かれている点が異なっている。
　キャップ部材４は、貫通孔４１を有し、容器側前方部分に、容器３の雄ねじ３１１ｂに螺合する雌ねじ４２（図７参照）が形成されている。
　また、このキャップ部材４には、その後方部分に、後述するブラシ部材５を係止する係止部４３が設けられている。この係止部４３は、キャップ部材４の後方に向かって片持ち梁状に延びるばね部４３１と、そのばね部４３１の先端において内向きに屈曲した鉤部４３２とを有する。ばね部４３１は、鉤部４３２の部分の開口寸法を変化させるように弾性的に変形する。このキャップ部材４の貫通孔４１の、係止部４３が設けられた後方部分は略４角形の内面を有し、ばね部４３１および鉤部４３２からなる係止部４３は、その４角形内面の各面を形成するように、その貫通孔４１を取り巻く４箇所に形成されている。
　ブラシ部材５は、キャップ部材４の貫通孔４１内を貫通するように配置されて、キャップ部材４に対しスライドする部材であり、大まかには略四角柱形状を有する基部５１と、その基部５１から容器３側に延びる軸５２と、その軸５２の先端に固定されたブラシ５３とを有する。
　このブラシ部材５の基部５１は、その下端に、図４，図６に示すように容器３に取り付けられたときに、その容器３の上端縁に当接する円盤部５１１が設けられている。また、この基部５１の、円盤部５１１の上部には、キャップ部材４３のばね部４３１の内面に接してその内面に案内される。角部が面取りされたほぼ４角柱形状の被案内部５１２と、さらにその上部には、鉤部４３２の先端が接する、角部が面取りされたほぼ４角柱であって、被案内部５１２よりも窪んだ窪み部５１３が形成されている。
　さらに、そのブラシ部材５の、窪み部５１３の直ぐ上部には、鉤部４３２が入り込む溝５１４が形成されている。このブラシ部材５は、被案内部５１２が略４角柱に形成されており、また、キャップ部材４の貫通孔４１の、ばね部４３１で区画される部分が、その被案内部５１２の４角柱の各面に接する４角形の内面に形成されている。これにより、ブラシ部材５はキャップ部材４に対し回り止めされた状態で上下方面にはスライドする。
　このブラシ部材５は、キャップ部材４に対し、図７（Ａ）に示す姿勢と、その図７（Ａ）に示す姿勢と比べ、ブラシ５３がキャップ部材５からさらに突出する突出方向（矢印Ａ方向）にスライドさせた図７（Ｂ）に示す姿勢とを有する。
　図７（Ａ）は、キャップ部材４およびブラシ部材５を容器３から取り外したままの状態を示しており、ブラシ部材５は、その頭部５１５が矢印Ｂ方向に大きく飛び出た姿勢にある。このときの、図７（Ａ）に示す、キャップ部材４の下端とブラシ部材５のブラシ５３の上端との距離ｄ３は、前述した比較例における距離ｄ２（図２（Ａ）参照）と同じく８～９ｍｍ程度である。次に、キャップ部材４を摘んだままこの図７（Ａ）の姿勢にあるブラシ部材５の頭部５１５を押し下げると、ブラシ部材５は、キャップ部材４に対し矢印Ａ方向にスライドし、図７（Ｂ）に示すように、ばね部４３１の先端に形成された鉤部４３２が溝５１４に入り込んで、ブラシ部材５がキャップ部材４に係止される。
　ブラシ部材５がこの図７（Ｂ）の姿勢にあるときの、キャップ部材４の下端とブラシ部材５のブラシ５３の上端との間の距離ｄ４は、２１ｍｍ程度となる。手で摘むキャップ部材４とブラシ５３とがこの程度離れていれば、ほぼ十分な使い勝手が得られる。
　キャップ部材４およびブラシ部材５を容器３に取り付けるにあたっては、ブラシ部材５を図７（Ａ）に示す姿勢に戻してから容器３に取り付けるという操作は不要であり、ブラシ部材５が図７（Ｂ）の姿勢にあるまま容器３に取り付けてもよい。このキャップ部材４およびブラシ部材５を容器３に取り付けると、ブラシ部材５の円盤部５１１が容器３の上端縁に当接してそれ以上は容器３の内部奥には入らず、ブラシ部材５は、容器３に押されて図７（Ａ）に示す矢印Ｂ方向にスライドし、図６および図７（Ａ）に示す姿勢となる。
　ここでは、ばね部４３１のばね強度や、鉤部４３２の寸法および溝５１４の深さ寸法を最適に設計することにより、図７（Ｂ）に示す、ブラシ部材５をキャップ部材４に係止させたときの係止の強さ、および、キャップ部材４およびブラシ部材５を容器３に取り付ける際の、ブラシ部材５の係止解除に要する力を適切に調整することができる。
　また、本実施形態では、キャップ部材４とブラシ部材５との２つの部品を必要とするが、それ以外には、係止のため、あるいはブラシ部材５を突出させるためのスプリング等の別部品は不要であり、かなりシンプルな構造で容器の小型化と使用時の軸の十分な長さ（図７（Ｂ）に示す距離ｄ４）を確保している。
　尚、ここでは、マスカラ用塗布具を挙げて説明したが、本発明はマスカラ用に限定されず、化粧用塗布具に広く適用することができるものである。

Claims (3)

  1. 　内部に通じる開口が設けられ外周面に雄ネジが形成された開口部を有し、内部に化粧料が収容される容器と、
    　貫通孔を有し該貫通孔の前記容器側前方部分に前記雄ネジに螺合する雌ネジが形成されたキャップ部材と、
    　前記キャップ部材の前記貫通孔に挿入された状態に該キャップ部材に対しスライド自在に配置され、前記容器内部に延びて先端部分に化粧料塗布部が形成されたブラシ部材とを備え、
    　前記キャップ部材が、前記化粧料塗布部が該キャップ部材からさらに突出する突出方向にスライドさせた状態の前記ブラシ部材を係止し、該ブラシ部材に該突出方向とは逆向きの収納方向への力が加えられたときに係止を外す係止部を有し、
    　前記ブラシ部材が、前記キャップ部材が前記容器に取り付けられたときに該容器の前記開口部に当接することにより、前記化粧料塗布部の、前記容器内部での位置の規制を受ける当接部を有することを特徴とする化粧用塗布具。
  2. 　前記係止部が、前記キャップ部材の後方に向かって片持ち梁状に延びたばね部と、該ばね部の先端において内向きに屈曲した鉤部を有し、
    　前記ブラシ部材が、前記突出方向にスライドした状態における、前記鉤部に対応する部分に、該鉤部が入り込む溝を有することを特徴とする請求項１記載の化粧用塗布具。
  3. 　前記ブラシ部材が、多角柱形状の部分を有し、
    　前記キャップ部材が、前記ブラシ部材の多角柱形状の部分に対面して該ブラシ部材の回転を阻止する、前記貫通孔の一部を形成する多角形の内面を有することを特徴とする請求項１又は２記載の化粧用塗布具。
