Abstract

L'invention concerne les composés de formule I et de formule II ou leurs solvates et hydrates pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Les compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant une quantité efficace de composés de formule I et de formule II, un sel d'un acide gras polyinsaturé comportant au moins une base HR et des méthodes pour le traitement de maladies cardio-vasculaires et de troubles lipidiques peuvent être formulées pour l'administration orale, buccale, rectale, topique, transdermique, transmucosale, intraveineuse, pour une administration parentérale, dans un sirop, ou une injection. De telles compositions peuvent être utilisées pour le traitement de l'hypertriglycéridémie, de la dyslipidémie, de la stéatose hépatique et des maladies vasculaires.
