技术领域
本发明涉及一种便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统。
背景技术
中国专利申请号 201210196498. 公开了一种帮助在火车硬座就座的旅客用胸部睡觉的 旅行睡眠支架, 但是由于只能用于长途旅行, 使用机会不多, 用途比较有限, 从而导致市场 有限, 推广也比较困难。 现在的常见的旅行箱分为非拉杆箱和拉杆箱。 拉杆箱在中国和全世 界比较普及, 但是附加功能几乎没有, 使用也不频繁, 大部分的拉杆箱在中国生产。 因为本 便携行李箱系统用途很广, 例如现在北上广大城市房价极高, 很多人上下班要花 4个小时在 路上, 每天都可用它放电脑和中途休息; 另外火车上, 飞机上都可以用; 学生也可把它作为 能靠着午睡的书包使用; 全世界也可用。 如果大部分的拉杆箱能够按照本专利升级, 那么将 对中国的意义非常重大, 至少意味着一个新的箱子种类产生。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 它可以帮助用户用胸部睡觉 并且和便携旅行箱结合起来, 这样用途更广, 目标客户也更多。
为了实现上述目的, 本发明采用以下技术方案:
一个可以放东西的容器;
容器下部有若干个轮子;
有长度可调的拉杆;
头部垫板, 上有软垫, 用于支撑头部; 头部垫板的高度可调。
它还包括座位垫板, 该座位垫板一端垫在座位下, 另一端与容器或其附件相连接, 而且 其高度可调节。
所述容器后部或后面有一根座位垫板杆, 用于连接座位垫板; 该座位垫板杆的表面花纹 为螺纹, 座位垫板上与座位垫板杆的连接处有匹配的螺纹。
所述座位垫板分为左右两个把手; 所述每个把手有一个半圆壁, 半圆壁上的螺纹和座位 垫板杆表面螺纹匹配;
所述左右两个把手合起来形成一个环或者有缺口的环, 包住座位垫板杆;
两个把手在靠近被包的座位垫板杆一端铰接;
在远离座位垫板杆的另一端, 一个把手侧面有一根半箭形尖头的柱子, 另一个把手的对 应侧面有一个洞, 洞后有一个 "L"形槽, 槽的一边里有个滑块;
所述滑块一头为半箭形尖头, 一根弹簧套在另一头的柱子上, 还有一个带洞的盖子盖住 "L"形槽, 该盖子固定在把手上; 滑块向上伸出一突起, 此突起穿过盖子上的洞;
把手侧面的半箭形尖头可以穿过上述另一个把手侧面的洞, 挤开上述滑块完全进入 "L"形槽, 然后滑块受弹簧压迫往前移并顶住把手侧面的半箭形尖头的柄部从而锁住此把 手;
按住滑块的突起往后推, 再把带半箭形尖头的把手往外拉, 可以解锁;
上述每个把手分成基座和后端把手; 基座不动, 后端把手通过一根轴与基座连接, 并可 以绕着轴向上转动; 后端把手平放时, 有部分压着基座。
还包括胸部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑胸部;
还包括胸部支架连接胸部垫板和容器或容器附件;
胸部支架通过轴与容器或其附件相连接。
上述胸部支架分为上下两部分, 它们的连接的长度可调; 调节方式可以通过用插销插接 上下两部分上的不同洞; 或者像螺丝螺母一样通过旋转来调节。
所述的插销连着一个杠杆的一端, 杠杆另一端压着一个弹簧; 弹簧顶着杠杆, 把插销插 入洞中; 手压着杠杆的弹簧端, 插销抬起离开洞, 连接中的一部分可以滑动。
所述容器壁或其附件设有至少带两个洞的突起;
胸部支架以轴连接的方式与突起相连;
所述两个洞一个为转轴洞, 另一个为插销洞, 插销洞使得胸部支架不能绕轴转动; 胸部 支架的对应部分也有两个洞, 一个对应转轴洞, 另一个对应插销洞。
所述突起为设有一个转轴洞和若干个插销洞的耳朵, 用插销插入耳朵的不同的插销洞可 以改变胸部垫板的连接部分与地面的角度, 或者使胸部支架处于使用或者收纳状态;
胸部支架前端有一个弹簧插销室, 左右两边各有一个插销, 可以插入左右两边的所述耳 朵的插销洞; 插销尾部变大, 还有斜面, 插销轴上套有压縮弹簧; 插销室中间还设有支撑 壁, 支撑壁中间有洞, 插销尾部在此洞中移动;
两个插销尾部中间有个纵向移动的滑块, 滑块两侧有斜面和插销尾部斜面吻合, 滑块两 侧随斜面由上到下从宽变窄;
弹簧插销室还有一个盖子, 其中间有个洞, 洞中有个按钮, 按此按钮可驱动左右两边插 销做水平移动;
当纵向移动滑块处于稳定状态时, 其最宽处夹在两个插销尾部中间, 插销上的弹簧压 縮, 插销穿出胸部支架进入所述耳朵的插销洞中, 这样胸部支架被固定不能绕轴转动; 当按 下按钮, 驱动纵向移动滑块移动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变窄, 插销上的弹簧扩张, 把插 销往里縮, 退出耳朵的插销洞, 这样胸部支架可以围绕轴转动。
上述的按钮与纵向移动滑块像杠杆一样连接, 其连接中间有洞, 中间有一根轴穿过, 按 钮和滑块分别在轴的两侧; 按钮下面有一个弹簧顶着;
当按钮按下时其下面的弹簧压縮, 纵向移动滑块向上转动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变 窄; 当松开按钮时下面的弹簧扩张, 带动纵向滑块向下转动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变 宽。
所述拉杆及拉杆把手, 附着在容器或其附件上; 拉杆把手上有若干个洞;
头部垫板下面有若干个柱子;
头部垫板的柱子插入拉杆把手不同的洞使得头部垫板与地面形成不同的角度。
当容器竖放时, 轮子的最低点等于或高于容器的最低点; 但是当容器倾斜时, 轮子的最 低点低于容器的最低点。
容器的两轮子间的最靠近用户的长边倒角或倒圆角;
容器后面突出一槽, 其底部离地面有一定距离, 里面有座位垫板杆; 胸部垫板及其连接 部分折叠后可收纳于此; 座位垫板把手也可收纳与此;
槽上有一个柔软的挡板可以盖住槽, 其一端固定于槽的一边, 另一端通过磁吸或者粘扣 的方式固定于槽的另一边。
所述的容器向外伸出若干只带洞的耳朵;
还有另外一个设有带洞耳朵的容器, 有轴通过这两个容器耳朵中的洞把它们连接起来; 转动一个容器能把它翻到另外一个容器上面。
当一个容器翻在另外一个上面时, 它们通过磁吸或者撞锁的方式固定; 当上面的容器放 下后, 它们的接触面有一块缓冲物例如海绵。
容器的底部设有撑脚, 不用时隐藏在容器的底部, 用时伸出底部;
若干根撑脚用时都往前伸出; 或者若干根撑脚用时都往后伸出; 或者往前往后伸出的撑 脚都有。
容器的撑脚一端以轴连接可转动的方式固定在容器的底部, 另一端可以从容器的底部转 到容器的外面;
容器的侧面或者后面有脚踏, 把脚踏踩下去, 通过传动机构把撑脚从容器底部转出来往 前伸出容器。
容器的下半部有凹进去的洞, 脚可以放进去一部分。
容器附着在一个框架上, 可以从框架上拿下来;
容器通过撞锁的方式固定于框架上;
容器底部有若干个引导柱和若干个钩子;
框架上有一个弹簧插销洞, 弹簧插销洞中有一个带斜面的横向移动滑块, 若干根弹簧和 一个带斜面的纵向移动滑块, 还有一个盖子把上述零件封在洞中; 还有若干个小洞, 供容器 底部的钩子穿过; 还有一个洞供上述纵向移动滑块穿过;
框架上还有若干个引导洞供容器的引导柱穿入;
上述纵向移动滑块和横向移动滑块的斜面吻合;
当容器放于框架上时其引导柱进入引导洞, 同时其钩子把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞后 部挤入, 弹簧被压縮; 当钩子进入到一定深度后, 其宽度突然变窄, 横向移动滑块被后面弹 簧挤压前移, 从而锁住钩子, 这样容器被锁在框架上;
当要提出容器时, 用脚踩住纵向滑块, 纵向滑块下移把横向滑块往弹簧插销洞后部挤, 横向滑块离开容器的钩子, 就可以把容器提出框架。
脚踏的纵向移动或转动通过两个相互垂直相互咬合的锥形齿轮变成了横向转动, 再通过 其他横向转动的齿轮或者皮带驱动撑脚往前转出底部; 上述锥形齿轮, 一个纵向转动, 另一 个横向转动; 脚踏上或者还连有复位弹簧。
框架后部有个脚踏, 和一个锥形齿轮共轴转动, 或者还有一个扭簧套在脚踏的轴上, 一 端卡在脚踏上, 另一端卡在框架上;
脚踏旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有压縮弹簧, 一个横向移动带斜面的滑 块, 一个纵向移动带斜面的滑块, 还有一个带洞的盖子把滑块及弹簧封在弹簧插销洞里; 两个滑块的斜面互相吻合;
当脚踏被踩下时, 扭簧的扭转角变小, 弹簧插销洞里的弹簧把横向移动滑块挤出位于脚 踏柄的上方, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块上升, 另外脚踏向下转动通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把 撑脚转出底部;
用脚踩纵向移动滑块使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞里挤压并离开脚 踏柄, 压縮弹簧压縮; 脚踏柄上面没有障碍物了, 扭簧扭转臂复位扩张, 无扭簧可用脚顶, 驱动脚踏向上转, 通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把前面的撑脚转入底部;
框架后部有个脚踏, 绕轴转动, 有一卡口, 卡口内有传动杆, 或者还有一个扭簧套在脚 踏的轴上, 一端卡在脚踏上, 另一端卡在框架上;
传动杆的另一端在撑脚的洞中, 撑脚可以绕轴转动;
脚踏旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有压縮弹簧, 一个横向移动带斜面的滑 块, 一个纵向移动带斜面的滑块, 还有一个带洞的盖子把滑块弹簧封在弹簧插销洞里;
两个滑块的斜面互相吻合;
当脚踏被踩下时, 扭簧的扭转角变小, 弹簧插销洞里的弹簧把横向移动滑块挤出位于脚 踏柄的上方, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块上升, 另外脚踏向下转动推动传动杆往前移动, 传动 杆再推动撑脚往前转动转出底部;
用脚踩纵向移动滑块使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞里挤压并离开脚 踏柄, 压縮弹簧压縮; 脚踏柄上面没有障碍物了, 扭簧扭转臂复位扩张, 无扭簧可用脚顶, 驱动脚踏向上转, 从而往后拉传动杆, 带动撑脚往后转转入底部;
所述头部垫板上设有软垫, 所述软垫与所述头部垫板上表面形成能够容纳人脸的凹陷; 所述凹陷包括洞, 坑及带若干个开口的凹陷;
上述头部垫板设有两端开口的凹陷, 形成凹陷的两软垫的间距可调。
一个软垫固定于上述头部垫板基座不动;
另一个软垫放于槽上, 可以移动; 槽下部设有一个带轴洞的方柱;
上述头部垫板的基座上有洞; 洞一边还设有带牙的突起;
方柱在洞里滑动;
柱子穿过洞后依次套有弹簧, 带牙滑块和把手;
弹簧压着基座; 轴穿过把手和方柱的轴洞;
把手能绕着轴洞转动, 转动时把手和带牙滑块接触的各个边和轴洞的
距离不一致;
带牙滑块的牙和突起的牙互补。
所述的座位垫板的后端设有挡柱弹簧腔, 挡柱弹簧腔内沿竖直方向设有挡柱压簧, 挡柱 压簧内穿插有挡柱, 挡柱的外侧壁上设有凸环, 左半垫板上通过挡柱盖板螺钉固定有挡柱盖 板, 挡柱盖板盖在凸环上, 挡柱向上伸出挡柱盖板。
所述容器或其附件的侧面有一个可折叠的脚踏, 脚踏上设有一弹簧, 和容器或其附件的 侧面相连。
所述容器或其附件的侧面或后面设有一个可转动的脚踏, 脚踏上远离转轴的一端往上 翘, 脚踏被踩平时靠近容器或其附件的面嵌有磁铁, 在容器或其附件的对应面也嵌有磁铁, 这两个磁铁在脚踏被踩平时互吸; 脚踏和纵向移动的锥形齿轮共轴转动。
所述脚踏带有很多纵向排列的齿, 还有一个带斜面的突出; 脚踏的齿和锥形齿轮或它附 带的齿轮咬合; 脚踏下面或有压縮弹簧;
脚踏旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有一个横向移动带两个斜面的滑块, 一个 纵向移动带斜面的滑块, 纵向移动滑块后有压縮弹簧, 还有一个带洞的盖子把滑块及弹簧封 在弹簧插销洞里;
两个滑块的对应斜面互相吻合; 脚踏的斜面和横向移动滑块的另一个斜面吻合; 脚踏的柄在底座上或其附件的一个洞中上下移动;
当脚踏被踩下时, 其下的弹簧压縮, 弹簧插销洞里的横向移动滑块受挤压往洞里縮, 其 后的弹簧压縮, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块上升, 不过踩下一定程度, 与横向移动滑块接触的 脚踏头部突变縮小至颈部, 横向移动滑块受其后弹簧向外推, 卡住脚踏; 另外脚踏上的齿轮 驱动锥形齿轮转动, 向下转动通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把撑脚转出底部;
用脚踩纵向移动滑块使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞里挤压并离开脚 踏柄, 横向移动滑块后的弹簧压縮; 脚踏柄上面没有障碍物了, 下面的弹簧扩张, 无弹簧可 用脚顶, 驱动脚踏上移, 脚踏上的齿轮驱动锥形齿轮转动, 通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把前面 的撑脚转入回底部。
本发明的优点是: 因为附着在便携旅行箱这一常用物品上, 使得本发明用途更广, 目标 客户从而更多, 推广比旅行睡眠支架容易一点, 大量使用弹簧插销, 易于操作, 可以达到全 折叠, 头部垫板和人脸形状互补, 睡觉舒服。

所述滑块按钮 22—头为半箭形尖头, 一根弹簧 49套在另一头的柱子上, 还有一个带洞 的盖子 23盖住 " L"形槽, 该盖子固定在右把手上; 滑块按钮 22向上伸出一突起, 此突起 穿过盖子上的洞;
左把手侧面的半箭形尖头 24可以穿过上述右把手侧面的洞, 挤开上述滑块按钮 22完全 进入 "L"形槽, 然后滑块按钮 22受弹簧 49压迫往前移并顶住把手侧面的半箭形尖头 24的 柄部从而锁住左把手;
按住滑块按钮 22的突起往后推, 再把带半箭形尖头 24的左把手往外拉, 可以解锁; 上述每个把手分成基座和后端把手; 基座不动, 后端把手通过一根轴与基座连接, 并可 以绕着轴向上转动; 后端把手平放时, 有部分压着基座。
另外一种尾部带钩子的座位垫板的实施方案如下:
参见图 52-54, 座位垫板的左把手 139后端设有挡柱弹簧腔 142, 挡柱弹簧腔内沿竖直 方向设有挡柱压簧 135, 挡柱压簧 135内穿插有挡柱 141, 挡柱的外侧壁上设有凸环, 左把
手 139通过挡柱盖板螺钉 136固定有挡柱盖板 134, 挡柱盖板 134盖在凸环上, 挡柱 141向 上伸出挡柱盖板 134。
当挡柱上方没有物体时, 弹簧把挡柱往上伸出, 这样可以勾住椅子内壁, 可以防止使用 时整个系统往前倒。 如果挡柱上方有物体, 挡柱被压下去。
参见图 1, 图 2, 图 4和图 5所示:
还包括胸部垫板 9, 上面覆盖有柔软物质, 为一板体, 支撑胸部; 另一端与容器 5或其 附件相连接。
胸部垫板 9和容器 5间的连接 (或胸部支管) 分为上管 10和下管 11两部分, 通过用插 销 17插接上管 10和下管 11上的不同洞来调节连接的长度。
所述的的插销 17连着一个杠杆的一端, 杠杆另一端压着一个弹簧 19; 弹簧 19顶着杠 杆, 把插销 17插入洞中; 手压着杠杆的弹簧端, 插销 17抬起离开洞, 连接中的上管 10可 以滑动。
参见图 4, 图 11和图 12所示:
容器壁或容器附件设有带轴洞 34的突起 13 (胸部支管连接环) ; 胸部支管以轴 31连 接的方式与突起 13相连。
所述突起 13除了上述用于轴 31连接的洞 34外还有若干其他的洞 33, 胸部支管的下管 11也有一个相应的洞 50, 用插销 32插入上述两个洞 33和 50可以固定胸部支管; 用插销 32 插入突起的不同的洞 33可以改变胸部支管与地面的角度。
参见图 8, 图 9所示:
拉杆 3及拉杆把手 2, 附着在容器 5或其附件上; 拉杆把手 2上有若干个洞; 拉杆 3长 度可以通过弹簧把插销插入拉杆的不同的洞来调节。
头部垫板 1下面有若干个柱子 27;
头部垫板的柱子 27插入拉杆把手 2不同的洞 28使得头部垫板与地面形成不同的角度。 所述的容器顶部 4有若干个洞 29, 头部垫板 1的柱子 27可以插入洞 29中; 头部垫板通 过磁吸, 粘扣或者撞锁的方式固定于容器顶部 4。

当容器 5竖放时, 轮子 7的最低点等于或高于容器的最低点; 但是当容器 5倾斜时, 轮 子 7的最低点低于容器的最低点。
容器 5的两轮子 7间的最靠近用户的长边 44倒角或倒圆角;
参见图 3和图 10所示:
容器后面突出一槽 16, 其底部离地面有一定距离, 里面有座位垫板杆 14; 胸部垫板 9 及其连接部分 (10, 1 1等) 折叠后可收纳于此; 座位垫板把手 (8和 15等)也可收纳与此; 槽 16上有一个柔软的挡板 30可以盖住槽 16, 其一端固定于槽 16的一边, 另一端通过 磁吸或者粘扣的方式固定于槽 16的另一边。

所述的容器 5向外伸出若干只带洞的耳朵 36;
还有另外一个设有带洞耳朵 38的容器 35, 有轴通过这两个容器耳朵 36和 38中的洞把 它们连接起来; 转动容器 35能翻到容器 5上面。
当容器 35翻在另外一个 5上面时, 它们通过磁吸或者撞锁的方式固定; 当上面的容器 35放下后, 它们的接触面有一块缓冲物例如海绵。
参见图 1, 图 15和图 16所示:
容器 5的底部设有撑脚 6等, 不用时隐藏在容器的底部, 用时伸出底部;
若干根撑脚 6用时都往前伸出; 或者若干根撑脚 45用时都往后伸出; 或者往前往后伸 出的撑脚都有 (如 6, 45 ) 。
容器的撑脚 6—端以轴连接可转动的方式固定在容器的底部, 另一端可以从容器的底部 转到容器的外面;
容器的底部还设有若干个挡块 41和 42, 限制上述撑脚 6等的转动范围;
容器的底部还设有摩擦力大的物质例如橡胶垫 40。
撑脚 6和有的挡块 41接触时以磁吸式固定。
容器的下半部有凹进去的脚洞 46, 脚可以放进去一部分。

可分离的容器 47附着在一个框架 48上, 可以从框架 48上拿下来;
当用户靠着框架 48休息时, 头部垫板 1插在框架 48上。
可分离的容器 47依靠磁吸或者撞锁的方式固定于框架 48上。
还有一种新型的可供用户睡觉的行李箱系统, 比上面的实施方式要更舒服, 更易于使 用, 更接近于产品。 其实施方式见图 18到图 53, 为:
1 ) 行李箱以撞锁的方式和底座结合
考虑到火车公共汽车每个人的空间不是很大, 但是都提供了行李架, 所以把行李箱系统 设计成可拆卸的, 行李箱可以卸下放在行李架上, 框架不是很占地方。
此系统分为行李箱 74和底座 (或框架) 77 (见图 18 ) 。 行李箱 74以撞锁的方式和底 座 77结合, 当然也可以以锁扣, 磁吸及粘扣等方式和底座结合。
见图 25-30, 行李箱 55 (或 74) 底部有 3个引导柱 51和 2个钩子 52; 钩子 52上有斜 面和横向移动滑块 57的斜面吻合, 还有颈部和钩头;
框架 54 (或 77) 底部中间有一个弹簧插销洞, 弹簧插销洞中有一个带斜面的横向移动 滑块 57, 若干根弹簧 58和一个带斜面的纵向移动滑块 56, 还有一个盖子 53把上述零件封 在洞中; 还有若干个小洞 69, 供容器底部的钩子 52穿过; 还有一个洞 60供上述纵向移动 滑块 56穿过;
框架 54 (或 77) 上还有若干个引导洞供容器的引导柱 51穿入;
上述纵向移动滑块 56和横向移动滑块 57的斜面吻合;
横向移动滑块 57的后面有两个洞, 弹簧 58的部分埋在洞里, 不会跳出来;
当用户把行李箱 55放在框架 54上时, 由于重力其引导柱 51进入框架 54 (或底座) 的 引导洞, 同时箱子重力驱使钩子 52把横向移动滑块 57往弹簧插销洞后部挤入, 弹簧 58被 压縮; 当钩子 52进入到一定深度后, 其颈部宽度突然变窄, 横向移动 57滑块被后面的压縮 弹簧 58挤压前移, 从而锁住钩子 52, 这样行李箱 55被锁在框架 54上;
当用户要提出容器时, 用脚踩住纵向滑块 56, 纵向滑块顺着洞 60下移把横向滑块 57 往弹簧插销洞后部挤, 横向滑块 57离开容器的钩子而解锁, 就可以把行李箱 55提出框架 54。
2) 头部垫板有能够容纳人脸的凹陷
见图 18, 图 47-51
头部垫板 86中间有个洞, 可以容纳人的脸。 如果头部垫板是平的, 那么头放上去后, 脖子会扭曲太大, 难受; 如果有个凹陷, 那么脖子不用扭曲脸就能舒服的放进凹陷, 靠着很 舒服。
头部垫板 86固定在把手上, 把手中间比旁边低一点, 因为手要握住把手提拉把手或者 提行李箱。
头部垫板还有其他的实施方案。 例如图 47的 71, 中间后部有一开口; 又如图 48-51的 头部垫板中间凹陷宽度可调的方案。
头部垫板上有两个软垫, 一个 120可以移动, 另一个 121固定于基座 122不动; 这两个 软垫形成一个开两口的有底凹陷 119; 改变 120的位置就看改变 120和 121形成的凹陷的宽 度, 可以适应不同脸型; 凹陷的两长边可以为直线, 也可以两长边为外凸的弧形, 这样更好 的与头脸的轮廓匹配。
软垫 120固定在槽 133上, 槽 133下部有一个带轴洞的方柱 132; 上述头部垫板的基座 122上有洞 123 ; 洞 123—边还设有带牙的突起 130; 移动方柱 132在洞 123里滑动就可移动 槽 133和软垫 120;
方柱 (132) 穿过洞 (123 ) 后依次套有弹簧 (125 ) , 带牙滑块 (126) 和把手
( 127) ; 带牙滑块 126中间有个洞; 弹簧 125压着基座 (122) , 带牙滑块 126压着弹簧 125, 把手 127压着带牙滑块 126; 轴 ( 131 ) 穿过把手 ( 127 ) 和方柱 ( 132) 的轴洞把把手 固定在方柱上; 把手 (127) 能绕着轴 131转动; 把手 127转动时其和带牙滑块 (126) 接触 的各个边和轴 131的距离不一致; 图 49所示的把手 127位置为压下弹簧 125, 带牙滑块 126 下降, 其牙与突起 130的牙吻合, 滑块 126不能移动被牙锁住; 把把手向另一边转动, 把手 127的轴离其与滑块 126的接触边越来越近, 弹簧 125把滑块 126顶上去, 这样滑块 126的 牙因为上升脱离了与突起 130的牙接触, 这样移动把手 127就可以移动软垫 120; 把把手再 向另一边转动, 把手 127的轴离其与滑块 126的接触边越来越远, 把手 127把滑块 126压下 去, 弹簧 125压縮, 滑块 126的牙与突起 130的牙吻合, 滑块 126不能移动被牙锁住。 突起 130的牙和滑块 126的牙要接触的边都倒圆角, 这样当带牙滑块 (126) 下压时其牙容易进 入突起 (130) 的牙。
这个凹陷宽度可调的头部垫板可以固定在拉杆把手上。 这样的头部垫板有个优点就是宽 度调节机构是用手是拆不下来的, 不会丢掉。
3 ) 胸部支架无需用手来插插销调节胸部支架与地面的角度
见图 18-24, 胸部支架 84分为上下两个支架, 两个支架的长度调节如图 4有个杠杆式的 按钮, 又参加权利要求 7和 8。 胸部下支架和两个框架附件耳朵 85通过轴 89和插销 95和 100连接。 耳朵上有一个转轴洞和若干个插销洞, 用插销 95和 100插入耳朵的不同的插销洞 88可以改变胸部垫板的连接部分与地面的角度或者使胸部支架处于使用或者收纳状态; 轴 89穿过耳朵上的轴洞和胸部下支架 842上的轴洞 93。 胸部下支架 842在两个耳朵 85 中间转动。
胸部下支架 842下端有个弹簧插销洞 103, 洞中有左右两个插销, 分别为 95和 100, 其 上皆套有压縮弹簧 99和 101 ; 还有一个杠杆 91, 其一端为纵向转动的滑块 97, 另一端为按 钮, 中间被轴 94穿过, 按钮下面套有压縮弹簧 92; 还有支撑架 98和盖子 90。
支撑架 98和盖子 90的下延壁形成一个带六角洞的支撑壁, 支撑左右插销尾部 102和 96 且限制他们在洞中运动。 插销上套有压縮弹簧但是尾部比弹簧大, 这样弹簧可以推着插销尾 部在六角洞中运动。
插销尾部比插销头部大, 还有斜面, 两个插销尾部中间有个纵向移动的滑块 97, 滑块 两侧有斜面和插销尾部斜面吻合, 滑块两侧随斜面从宽变窄;
弹簧插销室 103还有一个盖子 90, 其中间有个洞, 洞中有个按钮 91, 按此按 91钮可驱 动左右两边插销 95和 100做水平移动;
当纵向移动滑块 97处于稳定状态时, 其最宽处夹在两个插销尾部 102和 96中间, 插销 100和 95上的弹簧 101和 99压縮, 插销 100和 95穿出胸部支架 84上的洞进入所述耳朵的
插销洞 88中, 这样胸部支架 84被固定不能绕轴 89转动; 当按下按钮 91, 按钮下面有一个 弹簧 92被压縮, 按钮驱动纵向移动滑块向上移动, 夹在两个插销尾部 102和 96之间的部分 变窄, 插销上的弹簧扩张, 把插销 95和 100往里推, 退出耳朵的插销洞 88, 这样胸部支架 84可以围绕轴 89转动; 当胸部支架转到合适位置, 松开按钮 91, 其下面的压縮弹簧 92扩 张, 把按钮往上顶, 带动纵向移动滑块 97下降, 强行进入两个插销尾部 102和 96中间, 由 于其进入部分越来越宽就把插销 95和 100往外推出胸部下支架的洞, 进入耳朵 85上的的插 销洞 88, 把胸部支架 84固定。
上述的按钮 91与纵向移动滑块 97像杠杆一样连接, 其连接中间有轴洞, 中间有一根轴 94穿过, 按钮 91和滑块 97分别在轴 94的两侧; ;
当按钮按下时其下面的弹簧压縮, 纵向移动滑块向上转动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变 窄; 当松开按钮时下面的弹簧扩张, 带动纵向滑块向下转动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变 宽。
盖子 90的后部两个下延壁可以限制杠杆按钮不得左右移动; 支撑架 98底部中间的比较 厚限制纵向滑块 97向下进一步移动。
这个机构的好处是无需用手插插销来改变胸部支架 84与地面的角度, 插销是胸部支架 的一部分从而插销不会丢掉, 非常优雅。
4) 框架后面有个脚踏板, 脚踏板的纵向转动通过两个锥形齿轮转化为水平转动, 再通 过水平转动齿轮传动驱动前面的撑脚往前转出 (见图 31-37 ) 。
脚踏板 65上部有一横向伸出的板 652供脚踩, 底部有缺口 651, 被扭簧 67勾住; 脚踏 板 65底部还有一个轴洞, 里有一根轴 72, 轴上还套有一个扭簧 67; 脚踏板旁边底座 68上 有个弹簧插销洞, 里面有一个水平移动插销 69, 其后套有一根弹簧 71, 还有纵向移动插销 70, 还有盖子 66把上述洞中的零件封在洞中。
轴 72穿过行李箱框架或底座上的一个轴洞 681, 一个锁紧螺母 73, 脚踏板 65和扭簧 67, 然后和纵向转动的锥形齿轮 64固定连接, 轴和脚踏板 65也是固定连接, 当脚踏板 65 转动时会驱动齿轮 64转动。 底座 68上有水平转动齿轮 62, 带齿轮 611的撑脚 61, 带水平 转动的传动齿轮 631的锥形齿轮 63, 其中锥形齿轮 632和齿轮 64咬合, 传动齿轮 631和 62 咬合, 62又和 611咬合; 齿轮 631和 632同轴同时转, 齿轮 611和撑脚片 612同轴同时转。
插销 69和插销 70都有一个斜面, 互相吻合; 插销 69的移动会驱动 70移动, 反之亦 然。
当要睡在这个系统上时, 先把脚踏板 65踩下时, 带动轴 72向下转动, 扭簧 67进一步 被扭曲, 轴 72又带动齿轮 64顺时针转动, 齿轮 64带动齿轮 632和齿轮 631逆时针转动, 齿轮 631有带动齿轮 62顺时针转动, 齿轮 62带动齿轮 611和撑脚片 612逆时针转动即往前 转出底部; 当脚踏板 65被放平时, 水平移动滑块 69被弹簧 71推动往前最终卡在脚踏板 65 的柄部上, 这样上述齿轮, 扭簧, 撑脚和脚踏板固定不能动, 纵向移动滑块 70上升。 撑脚 转出底部后可防止系统往前倒。
当不想睡在这个系统上时, 脚踩纵向移动滑块 70向下移动, 滑块 70带动滑块 69往洞 中回縮, 当滑块 69离开脚踏板颈部时, 扭簧 67复位驱动脚踏 65向上转, 带动轴 72向上转 动, 轴 72又带动齿轮 64逆时针转动, 齿轮 64带动齿轮 632和齿轮 631顺时针转动, 齿轮 631有带动齿轮 62逆时针转动, 齿轮 62带动齿轮 61 1和撑脚片 612顺时针转动即往后转回 底部。 同时脚踏 65某一部分停留在底座的一个卡口 682里, 挡住滑块 69不让伸出弹簧插销 洞。
这个机构的优点是用户无需弯下腰只要脚动动就能把底部前面的撑脚转出和转回底部, 撑脚转出后还可以固定不动。
5 ) 还有一种转出前面撑脚的实施方案: 框架或底座后面有个脚踏板, 脚踏板的纵向转 动通过传动杆传动从而驱动前面的撑脚往前转出。 见图 18, 图 38-40
本部分和上面第四部分共享很多零件如脚踏板, 扭簧和所有弹簧插销洞中零件。
脚踏板 75上部有一横向伸出的板供脚踩, 底部有一卡口 751, 套在传动杆 80上; 传动 杆 80是一个曲杆, 一部分像订书钉, 然后一端弯折垂直于其他部分, 此弯折部分被 75的卡 口 751套住; 传动杆另一端插在前面撑脚 76的洞中; 撑脚 76可绕轴 82转动; 脚踏板 75底 部还有一个轴洞, 里面有根轴和图 34的 72类似, 轴上还套有一个扭簧 79; 脚踏板旁边的 底座 77上有个弹簧插销洞, 里面有一个水平移动插销 81, 其后套有一根弹簧 83, 还有纵向 移动插销 78, 还有一个没有画出的盖子 (类似于图 34和图 35的 66) 把上述洞中的零件封 在洞中。
轴 (参考图 34的轴 72 ) 穿过行李箱框架或底座 77上的一个轴洞 (未画出参考图 34的 681 ) , 一个锁紧螺母 (未画出参考图 34的 73 ) , 脚踏板 75和扭簧 79。 轴和脚踏板 75也 是固定连接, 当脚踏板 75转动时会带动传动杆 80。 传动杆穿过底座上的洞, 这样它不能左 右和上下移动, 只能前后移动; 传动杆插在撑脚 76的大洞中, 他的前后移动就可以转化成 撑脚 76的转动。
插销 78和插销 81都有一个斜面, 互相吻合; 插销 78的移动会驱动 81移动, 反之亦 然。
当要睡在这个系统上时, 先把脚踏板 75踩下时驱使其绕轴向下转动, 扭簧 79进一步被 扭曲, 脚踏板 75的卡口 751把传动杆 80往前推, 传动杆把撑脚 76往前推, 把撑脚 76往前 转出底座。 当脚踏板 75被放平时, 水平移动滑块 78被弹簧 83推动往前最终卡在脚踏板 75 的柄部上, 这样上述传动杆, 扭簧, 撑脚和脚踏板固定不能动或者变化范围很小不影响使 用, 纵向移动滑块 78上升。 撑脚转出底部后可防止系统往前倒。
当不想睡在这个系统上时, 脚踩纵向移动滑块 78向下移动, 滑块 78带动水平移动滑块 81往洞中回縮, 当滑块 81离开脚踏板 75颈部时, 扭簧 79复位驱动脚踏板 75向上转, 脚踏 板 75的卡口 751把传动杆 80往后推, 传动杆 80把撑脚 76往后拉, 把撑脚 76往后转会底 座。 同时脚踏 65某一部分停留在底座的一个卡口 771里, 挡住滑块 69不让伸出弹簧插销 洞。
这个机构的优点是用户无需弯下腰只要脚动动就能把底部前面的撑脚转出和转回底部, 撑脚转出后还可以固定不动。
扭簧也可没有, 因为可以用脚把脚踏板顶上去复位。
为了进一步防止系统使用时往前倒, 在底座侧面加上一个自动折叠的踏板 (见图 41), 使 用是用脚踩住踏板可达到此目的。
自动折叠踏板由一个可转动的踏板 108, 弹簧 106, 杆 105和杆 107构成。 弹簧 106勾 住杆 105和杆 107。 使用是踩下 108, 弹簧拉长, 不用时起脚, 弹簧把 108拉回。 当然自动 折叠也可以用扭簧实现。
6) 还有一种转出前面撑脚的实施方案: 底座侧面有个可转动收纳的踏板, 脚踩踏板通 过齿轮传动驱动前面的撑脚往前转出。
参见图 42-46, 框架 112侧面 1121勾有一个弹簧 116, 弹簧 116另一端勾住踏板 109, 109另外一端套在一根轴 1 17上, 轴 117穿过框架 1 12的一个壁, 被壁的另一面的一个纵向 转动的锥形齿轮 1 10套住并连接; 109转动时转动轴 1 17, 也转动锥形齿轮 1 10。 锥形齿轮
110和一个水平转动的锥形齿轮 11 1咬合, 锥形齿轮 1 11和传动齿轮 1 111共轴 (11 12) 转 动; 传动齿轮 111 1和传动齿轮 113中一个咬合, 1 13含有两个咬合的传动齿轮, 另一个和传 动齿轮 1142咬合, 齿轮 1142和撑脚 1141共轴转动。
当踏板 109被踩下, 弹簧 116拉伸, 轴 117转动, 通过一系列齿轮 110, 111, 1 111, 113, 1 142把 1141往前转出; 当把脚松开时, 弹簧 116回縮把踏板 109拉回, 轴 1 17转动, 通过一系列齿轮 1 10, 11 1, 1 111, 1 13, 1142把撑脚 1141往后转回。 我们也可以把拉伸弹 簧 116改成扭簧, 也可以达到同样的效果。
用一个大的盖子盖住底部所有的零件并留出运转空间, 我们就可以在盖子上放东西了。 这个机构有个优点即脚踩在踏板上时既可以把撑脚转出, 也可以防止系统使用时 (即有 人趴着往前睡时) 往前倒。
如果我们想让踏板 109被踩到底后也不向上转动 (即脚离开踏板 109, 踏板也不转 动) , 可以像上面第四第五部分中一样加一个弹簧插销洞卡住踏板 109, 还可以利用磁铁吸 力。
具体如下, 见图 55侧面脚踏板 109被替换成带磁铁的侧面踏板 143, 其没有磁铁的一 端 1431向上翘, 磁铁 1433嵌于带轴侧面板 1432, 框架 1 12侧面 1 121下部也嵌有一块磁 铁, 当踏板踩下时刚好和 1433对应, 两块磁铁互吸使得踏板 143不往上转; 当想把踏板 143收起来时, 用脚顶踏板的向上翘的末端 1431, 克服磁铁的吸力把 143推到收纳位置, 同 时轴 1 17转动, 通过一系列齿轮 1 10, 111, 1 111, 1 13, 1142把撑脚 1141往后转回。
踏板 143还可以有一个侧向突出 1434, 有了它脚可以更好的踩着踏板。
7) 还有一种转出前面撑脚的实施方案: 底座侧面或后面有个上下移动的脚踏, 脚踩脚 踏通过脚踏上的齿条和其他齿轮传动驱动前面的撑脚往前转出。
参见图 56-59, 所述脚踏 144带有很多纵向排列的齿, 还有一个带斜面的侧向突出 1441; 脚踏的齿和锥形齿轮 64或它附带的齿轮咬合; 脚踏 144下面有压縮弹簧 147;
脚踏 144旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有一个横向移动带两个斜面的滑块 145, 一个纵向移动带斜面的滑块 70, 纵向移动滑块后有压縮弹簧 71, 还有一个带洞的盖子 66把两滑块及弹簧 71封在弹簧插销洞里;
两个滑块 145和 70的对应斜面互相吻合; 脚踏 144的斜面和横向移动滑块 145的另一 个斜面吻合;
底座 146上有个环 1461, 脚踏 144的柄在环 1461洞中上下移动;
当脚踏 144被踩下时, 其下的弹簧 147压縮, 弹簧插销洞里的横向移动滑块 145受挤压 往洞里縮, 其后的弹簧 71压縮, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块 70上升, 不过踩下一定程度, 与 横向移动滑块 145接触的脚踏头部突变縮小至颈部, 横向移动滑块受其后弹簧 71向外推, 卡住脚踏 144; 另外脚踏 144上的齿轮驱动锥形齿轮 64转动, 向下转动通过锥形齿轮和其 他齿轮把撑脚 611转出底部。 通过锥形齿轮传动到带齿轮撑脚参见第四部分, 它们的原理相 同。
用脚踩纵向移动滑块 70使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块 145往弹簧插销洞里挤压 并离开脚踏 144柄, 横向移动滑块后的弹簧 71压縮; 脚踏 144柄上面没有障碍物了, 下面 的弹簧 147扩张, 驱动脚踏 144上移, 脚踏上的齿轮驱动锥形齿轮 64转动, 通过锥形齿轮 632和其他齿轮把前面的撑脚 611转入回底部。 通过锥形齿轮传动到带齿轮撑脚参见第四部 分, 它们的原理相同。
脚踏 144下也可以没有弹簧 147, 因为它的横向突出也可以被脚顶着把脚踏 144顶上 来, 起着和弹簧同样的复位作用。
这个机构的优点是脚踏不用往后转, 这样占地小, 用户也看不到脚踏, 那么外观更美
I 观。

Claims
1、 一种便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 它包括:
一个可以放东西的容器;
容器下部有若干个轮子;
有长度可调的拉杆;
头部垫板, 上有软垫, 用于支撑头部; 头部垫板的高度可调。
2、 如权利要求要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 它还包括 座位垫板, 该座位垫板一端垫在座位下, 另一端与容器或其附件相连接, 而且其高度可调 节。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 所述容器后部 或后面有一根座位垫板杆, 用于连接座位垫板; 该座位垫板杆的表面花纹为螺纹, 座位垫板 上与座位垫板杆的连接处有匹配的螺纹。
4、 如权利要求 3所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 所述座位垫板 分为左右两个把手; 所述每个把手有一个半圆壁, 半圆壁上的螺纹和座位垫板杆表面螺纹匹 配;
所述左右两个把手合起来形成一个环或者有缺口的环, 包住座位垫板杆;
两个把手在靠近被包的座位垫板杆一端铰接;
在远离座位垫板杆的另一端, 一个把手侧面有一根半箭形尖头的柱子, 另一个把手的对 应侧面有一个洞, 洞后有一个 "L"形槽, 槽的一边里有个滑块;
所述滑块一头为半箭形尖头, 一根弹簧套在另一头的柱子上, 还有一个带洞的盖子盖住 "L"形槽, 该盖子固定在把手上; 滑块向上伸出一突起, 此突起穿过盖子上的洞;
把手侧面的半箭形尖头可以穿过上述另一个把手侧面的洞, 挤开上述滑块完全进入 "L"形槽, 然后滑块受弹簧压迫往前移并顶住把手侧面的半箭形尖头的柄部从而锁住此把 手;
按住滑块的突起往后推, 再把带半箭形尖头的把手往外拉, 可以解锁。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于,
上述每个把手分成基座和后端把手; 基座不动, 后端把手通过一根轴与基座连接, 并可 以绕着轴向上转动; 后端把手平放时, 有部分压着基座。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
还包括胸部垫板, 为一板体, 支撑胸部;
还包括胸部支架连接胸部垫板和容器或容器附件;
胸部支架通过轴与容器或其附件相连接。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 上述胸部支架 分为上下两部分, 它们的连接的长度可调; 调节方式可以通过用插销插接上下两部分上的不 同洞; 或者像螺丝螺母一样通过旋转来调节。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 所述的插销连 着一个杠杆的一端, 杠杆另一端压着一个弹簧; 弹簧顶着杠杆, 把插销插入洞中; 手压着杠 杆的弹簧端, 插销抬起离开洞, 连接中的一部分可以滑动。
9、 如权利要求 6所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
容器壁或其附件设有至少带两个洞的突起;
胸部支架以轴连接的方式与突起相连;
所述两个洞一个为转轴洞, 另一个为插销洞, 插销洞使得胸部支架不能绕轴转动; 胸部 支架的对应部分也有两个洞, 一个对应转轴洞, 另一个对应插销洞。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于,
所述突起为设有一个转轴洞和若干个插销洞的耳朵, 用插销插入耳朵的不同的插销洞可 以改变胸部垫板的连接部分与地面的角度, 或者使胸部支架处于使用或者收纳状态;
胸部支架前端有一个弹簧插销室, 左右两边各有一个插销, 可以插入左右两边的所述耳 朵的插销洞; 插销尾部变大, 还有斜面, 插销轴上套有压縮弹簧; 插销室中间还设有支撑 壁, 支撑壁中间有洞, 插销尾部在此洞中移动;
两个插销尾部中间有个纵向移动的滑块, 滑块两侧有斜面和插销尾部斜面吻合, 滑块两 侧随斜面由上到下从宽变窄;
弹簧插销室还有一个盖子, 其中间有个洞, 洞中有个按钮, 按此按钮可驱动左右两边插 销做水平移动;
当纵向移动滑块处于稳定状态时, 其最宽处夹在两个插销尾部中间, 插销上的弹簧压 縮, 插销穿出胸部支架进入所述耳朵的插销洞中, 这样胸部支架被固定不能绕轴转动; 当按 下按钮, 驱动纵向移动滑块移动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变窄, 插销上的弹簧扩张, 把插 销往里縮, 退出耳朵的插销洞, 这样胸部支架可以围绕轴转动。
11、 如权利要求 10所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于,
上述的按钮与纵向移动滑块像杠杆一样连接, 其连接中间有洞, 中间有一根轴穿过, 按 钮和滑块分别在轴的两侧; 按钮下面有一个弹簧顶着;
当按钮按下时其下面的弹簧压縮, 纵向移动滑块向上转动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变 窄; 当松开按钮时下面的弹簧扩张, 带动纵向滑块向下转动, 夹在两个插销之间的部分变
12、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 拉杆及拉杆把 手, 附着在容器或其附件上; 拉杆把手上有若干个洞;
头部垫板下面有若干个柱子;
头部垫板的柱子插入拉杆把手不同的洞使得头部垫板与地面形成不同的角度。
13、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 当容器竖放 时, 轮子的最低点等于或高于容器的最低点; 但是当容器倾斜时, 轮子的最低点低于容器的 最低点。
14、 如权利要求 13所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 容器的两轮 子间的最靠近用户的长边倒角或倒圆角;
容器后面突出一槽, 其底部离地面有一定距离, 里面有座位垫板杆; 胸部垫板及其连接 部分折叠后可收纳于此; 座位垫板把手也可收纳与此;
槽上有一个柔软的挡板可以盖住槽, 其一端固定于槽的一边, 另一端通过磁吸或者粘扣 的方式固定于槽的另一边。
15、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 所述的容器向 外伸出若干只带洞的耳朵;
还有另外一个设有带洞耳朵的容器, 有轴通过这两个容器耳朵中的洞把它们连接起来; 转动一个容器能把它翻到另外一个容器上面。
16、 如权利要求 15所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 当一个容器 翻在另外一个上面时, 它们通过磁吸或者撞锁的方式固定; 当上面的容器放下后, 它们的接 触面有一块缓冲物例如海绵。
17、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 容器的底部设 有撑脚, 不用时隐藏在容器的底部, 用时伸出底部;
若干根撑脚用时都往前伸出; 或者若干根撑脚用时都往后伸出; 或者往前往后伸出的撑 脚都有。
18、 如权利要求 17所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
容器的撑脚一端以轴连接可转动的方式固定在容器的底部, 另一端可以从容器的底部转 到容器的外面;
容器的侧面或者后面有脚踏, 把脚踏踩下去, 通过传动机构把撑脚从容器底部转出来往 前伸出容器。
19、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 容器的下半部 有凹进去的洞, 脚可以放进去一部分。
20、 如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于, 容器附着在一 个框架上, 可以从框架上拿下来。
21、 如权利要求 20所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
容器通过撞锁的方式固定于框架上;
容器底部有若干个引导柱和若干个钩子;
框架上有一个弹簧插销洞, 弹簧插销洞中有一个带斜面的横向移动滑块, 若干根弹簧和 一个带斜面的纵向移动滑块, 还有一个盖子把上述零件封在洞中; 还有若干个小洞, 供容器 底部的钩子穿过; 还有一个洞供上述纵向移动滑块穿过;
框架上还有若干个引导洞供容器的引导柱穿入;
上述纵向移动滑块和横向移动滑块的斜面吻合;
当容器放于框架上时其引导柱进入引导洞, 同时其钩子把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞后 部挤入, 弹簧被压縮; 当钩子进入到一定深度后, 其宽度突然变窄, 横向移动滑块被后面弹 簧挤压前移, 从而锁住钩子, 这样容器被锁在框架上;
当要提出容器时, 用脚踩住纵向滑块, 纵向滑块下移把横向滑块往弹簧插销洞后部挤, 横向滑块离开容器的钩子, 就可以把容器提出框架。
22、 如权利要求 18所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于: 脚踏的纵向移动 (包括转动) 通过两个相互垂直相互咬合的锥形齿轮变成了横向转动, 再通过其他横向转动的齿轮或者皮带驱动撑脚往前转出底部; 上述锥形齿轮, 一个纵向转 动, 另一个横向转动; 脚踏上或者还连有复位弹簧。
23、 如权利要求 22所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
框架后部有个脚踏, 和一个锥形齿轮共轴转动, 或者还有一个扭簧套在脚踏的轴上, 一 端卡在脚踏上, 另一端卡在框架上;
脚踏旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有压縮弹簧, 一个横向移动带斜面的滑 块, 一个纵向移动带斜面的滑块, 还有一个带洞的盖子把滑块及弹簧封在弹簧插销洞里; 两个滑块的斜面互相吻合;
当脚踏被踩下时, 扭簧的扭转角变小, 弹簧插销洞里的弹簧把横向移动滑块挤出位于脚 踏柄的上方, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块上升, 另外脚踏向下转动通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把 撑脚转出底部.
用脚踩纵向移动滑块使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞里挤压并离开脚 踏柄, 压縮弹簧压縮; 脚踏柄上面没有障碍物了, 扭簧扭转臂复位扩张, 无扭簧可用脚顶, 驱动脚踏向上转, 通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把前面的撑脚转入底部。
24、 如权利要求 18所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
框架后部有个脚踏, 绕轴转动, 有一卡口, 卡口内有传动杆, 或者还有一个扭簧套在脚 踏的轴上, 一端卡在脚踏上, 另一端卡在框架上;
传动杆的另一端在撑脚的洞中, 撑脚可以绕轴转动;
脚踏旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有压縮弹簧, 一个横向移动带斜面的滑 块, 一个纵向移动带斜面的滑块, 还有一个带洞的盖子把滑块弹簧封在弹簧插销洞里; 两个滑块的斜面互相吻合;
当脚踏被踩下时, 扭簧的扭转角变小, 弹簧插销洞里的弹簧把横向移动滑块挤出位于脚 踏柄的上方, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块上升, 另外脚踏向下转动推动传动杆往前移动, 传动 杆再推动撑脚往前转动转出底部;
用脚踩纵向移动滑块使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞里挤压并离开脚 踏柄, 压縮弹簧压縮; 脚踏柄上面没有障碍物了, 扭簧扭转臂复位扩张, 无扭簧可用脚顶, 驱动脚踏向上转, 从而往后拉传动杆, 带动撑脚往后转转入底部。
25如权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
所述头部垫板上设有软垫, 所述软垫与所述头部垫板上表面形成能够容纳人脸的凹陷; 所述凹陷包括洞, 坑及带若干个开口的凹陷。
26如权利要求 25所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
上述头部垫板设有两端开口的凹陷, 形成凹陷的两软垫的间距可调。
27如权利要求 26所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
一个软垫固定于上述头部垫板基座不动;
另一个软垫放于槽上, 可以移动; 槽下部设有一个带轴洞的方柱;
上述头部垫板的基座上有洞; 洞一边还设有带牙的突起;
方柱在洞里滑动;
柱子穿过洞后依次套有弹簧, 带牙滑块和把手;
弹簧压着基座; 轴穿过把手和方柱的轴洞;
把手能绕着轴洞转动, 转动时把手和带牙滑块接触的各个边和轴洞的距离不一致; 带牙滑块的牙和突起的牙互补。
28根据权利要求 2所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
所述的座位垫板的后端设有挡柱弹簧腔, 挡柱弹簧腔内沿竖直方向设有挡柱压簧, 挡柱 压簧内穿插有挡柱, 挡柱的外侧壁上设有凸环, 左半垫板上通过挡柱盖板螺钉固定有挡柱盖 板, 挡柱盖板盖在凸环上, 挡柱向上伸出挡柱盖板。
29根据权利要求 1所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
所述容器或其附件的侧面有一个可折叠的脚踏, 脚踏上设有一弹簧, 和容器或其附件的 侧面相连。
30根据权利要求 22所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
所述容器或其附件的侧面或后面设有一个可转动的脚踏, 脚踏上远离转轴的一端往上 翘, 脚踏被踩平时靠近容器或其附件的面嵌有磁铁, 在容器或其附件的对应面也嵌有磁铁, 这两个磁铁在脚踏被踩平时互吸; 脚踏和纵向移动的锥形齿轮共轴转动。
31根据权利要求 22所述的便于用户休息的便携行李箱系统, 其特征在于:
所述脚踏带有很多纵向排列的齿, 还有一个带斜面的突出; 脚踏的齿和锥形齿轮或它附 带的齿轮咬合; 脚踏下面或有压縮弹簧;
脚踏旁边还有一个弹簧插销洞; 弹簧插销洞里有一个横向移动带两个斜面的滑块, 一个 纵向移动带斜面的滑块, 纵向移动滑块后有压縮弹簧, 还有一个带洞的盖子把滑块及弹簧封 在弹簧插销洞里;
两个滑块的对应斜面互相吻合; 脚踏的斜面和横向移动滑块的另一个斜面吻合; 脚踏的柄在底座上或其附件的一个洞中上下移动;
当脚踏被踩下时, 其下的弹簧压縮, 弹簧插销洞里的横向移动滑块受挤压往洞里縮, 其 后的弹簧压縮, 通过斜面使纵向移动滑块上升, 不过踩下一定程度, 与横向移动滑块接触的 脚踏头部突变縮小至颈部, 横向移动滑块受其后弹簧向外推, 卡住脚踏; 另外脚踏上的齿轮 驱动锥形齿轮转动, 向下转动通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把撑脚转出底部;
用脚踩纵向移动滑块使之下降, 通过斜面把横向移动滑块往弹簧插销洞里挤压并离开脚 踏柄, 横向移动滑块后的弹簧压縮; 脚踏柄上面没有障碍物了, 下面的弹簧扩张, 无弹簧可 用脚顶, 驱动脚踏上移, 脚踏上的齿轮驱动锥形齿轮转动, 通过锥形齿轮和其他齿轮把前面 的撑脚转入回底部。
