- the present invention relates to a ceiling finishing device, and more particularly, to a ceiling finishing device that is easy to install the finishing panel, so that a gap does not occur between the finishing panels.
- finishing panels are constructed of gypsum board or plywood, etc., and in general, a separate fixing device is installed at the bottom of a ceiling-based concrete layer of a building.
- Various techniques have been proposed and used.
- the Republic of Korea Utility Model No. 20-0343681 discloses a fixing device for installing the ceiling finish panel.
- the fixing device for installing the ceiling finishing panel includes a fixing bolt fastened to a nut fixed to the ceiling slab, a long hole to be fastened to the fixing bolt, and a fixing member having a fastening bolt mounted on one bottom surface thereof, and a fastening bolt of the fixing member.
- a channel bar having a plurality of fasteners formed on the upper surface and being coupled to the upper and lower fastening nuts on the upper surface, and a plurality of fastening pieces formed at the lower ends of both side flanges bent downward, and fitted to the fastening pieces of the channel bar, and a closing panel is attached to the bottom surface. It consists of a panel fixing bar.
- the channel bar is a long hole formed in the upper surface is fitted to the fastening bolt formed on the bottom surface of the fixing member is fixed to the upper and lower fastening nuts, and the panel fixing bar is the lower end of both side flanges in the channel bar, both ends are bent in the upper side It consists of a structure that is fitted to both sides of the support jaw of the fastening piece formed in the installation.
- the ceiling finishing panel mounting fixture as described above has a problem that it is difficult to install the panel fixing bar to which the finishing panel is attached in a horizontal state. That is, in order to adjust the height of the panel fixing bar to which the finishing panel is attached, the channel bar to which the panel fixing bar is mounted must be installed on the fixing member so that the height can be adjusted. In combination with a pair of fastening nuts, the channel bar is fixed to the fastening bolt, and the height of the channel bar must be adjusted by loosening or tightening the fastening nuts located above and below the channel bar.
- the fixing device for installing the ceiling finishing panel as described above does not have a separate fixing means for fixing the finishing panel with respect to the panel fixing bar, and because the finishing panel is unstablely supported on the panel fixing bar, the finishing panel is separated from the panel fixing bar. There is a risk, and also, because the panel must be attached directly to the bottom of the panel fixing bar, there is a problem that installation is cumbersome.
- the present invention is to solve the conventional problems as described above, it is easy to install in a narrow space, while providing a ceiling finishing device that can stably support the finishing panel while reducing the work time, There is a purpose.
- an object of the present invention is to provide a ceiling finishing device that can closely close the finishing panels to the panel fixing bar supporting the finishing panel to prevent the occurrence of a gap between the finishing panel and the panel fixing bar.

- a pair of first extension parts having a first bending rib that is bent in an approaching direction to support the second clip bar, and the second clip bar is configured to be supported by the first bending ribs so that both ends thereof are engaged with each other.
- a second coupling portion inserted into the space between the ribs, and a pair of second extension portions provided with second bending ribs extending downward from the second coupling portion to each other and bent in a direction away from each other; do.
- the finishing panel has a flat base portion and a side wall portion extending from the edge of the base portion in a direction orthogonal to the base portion and provided with a protrusion which interferes with the second clip bar, and the second extension portion has a height of the finishing panel.
- a plurality of bent portions which interfere with the locking projections may be spaced apart in the vertical direction so as to be selectively adjusted.
- a hanger member for fixing the system bar to a ceiling surface
- the hanger member has a hanger bolt having an upper end fixed to the ceiling surface, and is fixed to a lower end of the hanger bolt along the longitudinal direction of the system bar. It is selectively coupled to a plurality of coupling grooves formed continuously, and has a width longer than the width of the coupling groove and a width smaller than the length of the coupling groove, the lower portion has a coupling piece formed in a dovetail shape.
- the upper surface of the first clip bar is formed with a plurality of inlet grooves spaced apart by a predetermined distance along the longitudinal direction of the first clip bar, the system bar is inclined downward from one side of the system bar extending in the inlet groove A stopper is inserted and further prevents the first clip bar from sliding with respect to the system bar.
- the ceiling finishing device according to the present invention can be easily installed even in a narrow space, and can shorten the working time, not only stably support the finishing panel, but also closely close the finishing panels to the panel fixing bar. And a gap between the panel fixing bar and the panel fixing bar.
