Abstract
Dans la présente invention, une étape (1) pour obtenir un liquide perméable par membrane par passage d'un liquide de fermentation d'acide organique à travers une membrane d'ultrafiltration ayant un seuil de coupure de masse moléculaire de 3500 ou moins, le liquide de fermentation d'acide organique ayant, comme matière première, du glucose issu de biomasse contenant de la cellulose ; et une étape (2) pour cristalliser un acide organique ou un sel de celui-ci à partir du liquide perméable par membrane sont réalisées pour rendre possible d'effectuer une cristallisation à pureté élevée d'un acide organique ou d'un sel de celui-ci à partir d'un liquide de fermentation d'acide organique, qui était difficile à l'aide de procédés classiques.
