Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de détection de rupture de rail ainsi qu'un dispositif correspondant. Selon l'invention, pour atteindre une fiabilité et une disponibilité élevées en l'absence d'équipements côté voie, on analyse l'allure dans le temps d'au moins un signal de roulement détecté au moyen de capteurs, notamment un bruit de roulement ou une vibration de roulement, au niveau d'au moins un essieu du véhicule ferroviaire afin d'identifier d'éventuelles modifications par rapport à l'allure dans le temps lorsque le rail est intact.
