技术领域
本实用新型属于机动车的照明灯具,特别是一种LED型的机动车前照灯。
背景技术
目前普遍使用的同类机动车前照灯,结构一般由灯罩、灯壳、反光碗、灯丝灯泡、灯座、防尘盖、灯光调整螺钉等组成。灯泡内有两条灯丝,一条为远光灯丝,一条为近光灯丝。远光灯丝位于反光碗的焦点上,其反射光线是平行水平光线,在配光屏幕上呈椭圆状光斑;近光灯丝则位于反光碗焦点的上方,其反射光线为向下的平行光线,在配光屏幕上产生明暗截止线。前照灯的灯光高低可以通过灯光调整螺钉来进行调节。这种采用灯丝灯泡的前照灯存在照明耗电耗能较大、熄火情况下照明持续时间短、灯泡寿命短等缺陷。因此目前已经出现了采用LED光源的前车灯,用以克服照明耗电耗能较大、熄火情况下照明持续时间短、灯泡寿命短等问题。
中国专利第201110375197.3号提供了一种LED前车灯,可以用作机动车前照灯。其结构包括近光灯组,远光灯组,PCB板,散热器;所述近光灯组和远光灯组安装于PCB板上,所述PCB板后部装有散热器;其特征在于:所述近光灯组包括一颗LED灯和一个近光杯;所述远光灯组包括一颗LED灯和一个远光杯;所述近光杯和远光杯内面为镜面,并且该镜面沿轴向分割为数个非规则的自由曲面;所述近光杯和远光杯的杯体均沿轴向上分为至少3段,每一段对不同的区域进行照明。这一技术方案的缺陷:一是由于远光杯和近光杯为同轴线布置且按轴线作前后排列,所以造成反光镜和灯体的总长度较长,作机动车前照灯不好布置,与处在外段光杯相配合的LED灯也不便于固定安装、且对内段光杯发射的光线和与其配合的LED灯发射的光线造成一定的遮挡;二是由于LED灯最亮的中心发光点朝前方直照,会对来车驾驶员和其它道路使用者造成眩目或不舒适感,容易产生交通事故,车辆道路行驶安全效果差,而且光照不均匀性过大,照明效果不佳甚至有害。
中国专利第201120376957.8号提供了一种具有温度保护功能的LED车灯。其结构包括反光碗、固定于反光碗上的LED驱动电路单元和LED芯片,其特征在于:所述的LED芯片的芯片基座上设有温度传感器,所述的温度传感器的信号输出端与LED驱动电路单元的反馈信号输入端连接。从图示上,LED灯的最亮中心发光点的朝向与光杯轴线构成90°夹角,即LED灯最亮中心发光点是朝向反光碗,由反光碗折射向前方,可以解决LED灯最亮的中心发光点造成眩眼的问题。但这一技术方案由于存在这样的缺陷而不合适用作为机动车前照灯:一是不能实现一个车灯同时具有近光和远光变换;二是反光碗的反光面下侧形成受光死角,使得向前照射的光束亮度不均匀,照明效果不佳。
发明内容
为了克服现有可以作为机动车前照灯的车灯存在一个车灯内近光灯和远光灯之间的光线相互遮挡、LED灯最亮的中心发光点朝前方直照造成眩眼和向前照射的光束亮度不均匀、反光镜存在受光死角等缺陷,本实用新型的目的是提供一种改进的LED型的机动车前照灯,可以克服现有技术的缺陷。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种LED型的机动车前照灯,包括灯杯体、反光镜、透光镜、LED灯、LED驱动电路板和散热器,其中反光镜设于灯杯体内壁面上,透光镜设于灯杯体前端口上,散热器设于灯杯体上,LED驱动电路板安装于散热器上,LED灯连接固定于LED驱动电路板上且处于灯杯体内,LED驱动电路板的电源端通过导线可接往灯外电源,其特征是:所述灯杯体内腔由呈水平状态的隔板分割为上侧部分和下侧部分,上侧部分的内壁面设置着一近光灯反光镜,下侧部分由隔板分隔为左侧部分和右侧部分,左侧部分和右侧部分的内壁面分别设置着一远光灯反光镜,所述上侧部分、左侧部分和右侧部分内在呈水平状态的隔板上分别布置有一所述LED灯,LED灯中心发光点的朝向与呈水平状态的隔板垂直而分别直照着所述近光灯反光镜或远光灯反光镜。
上述技术方案的所述散热器可以安装在灯杯体外侧背面上,散热器的吸热端从所述呈水平状态的隔板的外侧背面伸入呈水平状态的隔板内,所述LED驱动电路板安装在散热器的吸热端上、LED驱动电路板上的LED灯分别由所述呈水平状态的隔板上的孔口暴露于所述上侧部分、左侧部分或右侧部分内。

本实用新型的有益效果:由于灯杯体内腔由呈水平状态的隔板分割为上侧部分和下侧部分,上侧部分的内壁面设置着一近光灯反光镜,下侧部分由隔板分隔为左侧部分和右侧部分,左侧部分和右侧部分的内壁面分别设置着一远光灯反光镜,所述上侧部分、左侧部分和右侧部分内在呈水平状态的隔板上分别布置有一所述LED灯,所以前照灯能够实现远、近灯光变换,且前照灯内的近光灯和远光灯之间的光线不会出现相互遮挡的问题;由于LED灯中心发光点的朝向与呈水平状态的隔板相垂直而分别直照着所述近光灯反光镜或远光灯反光镜,不会朝前方直照,这样光线均通过反光镜的反射而朝前平行射出,光线比较柔和,光束亮度比较均匀,特别是对来车驾驶员和其它道路使用者不存在眩目或不舒适感,可以减少发生交通事故,提高车辆道路行驶安全性;由于灯杯体内腔由呈水平状态的隔板分割为上侧部分和下侧部分,LED灯是布置在呈水平状态的隔板上,上侧部分、左侧部分或右侧部分内壁面都不会产生受光死角,所以向前照射的光束亮度均匀,照明效果好;由于采用LED灯作为光源,所以整车电路承载的电流小,电缆短路的几率小,不容易发热,有利于道路行驶安全;由于所述左侧部分和右侧部分之间的隔板上还可以设置前位置灯,所以前位置灯可以组合在机动车的前照灯内,提高了前照灯的使用功能,节省了机动车要另外安装前位置灯的费用。

参照图1~图3,本LED型的机动车前照灯,包括灯杯体1、反光镜2等、透光镜3、LED灯4等、LED驱动电路板5等和散热器6,其中反光镜2设于灯杯体1内壁面上,透光镜3设于灯杯体1前端口上,散热器6设于灯杯体1上,LED驱动电路板5安装于散热器6上,LED灯4连接固定于LED驱动电路板5上且处于灯杯体1内,LED驱动电路板5的电源端通过导线可接往灯外电源,其特征是:所述灯杯体1内腔由呈水平状态的隔板7分割为上侧部分8和下侧部分,上侧部分8的内壁面设置着一近光灯反光镜9,下侧部分由隔板10分隔为左侧部分11和右侧部分12,左侧部分11和右侧部分12的内壁面分别设置着一远光灯反光镜13、14,所述上侧部分8、左侧部分11或右侧部分12内在呈水平状态的隔板7上分别布置有一所述LED灯4等,LED灯4等的中心发光点的朝向与呈水平状态的隔板7垂直而分别直照着所述近光灯反光镜9或远光灯反光镜13、14。
另外,所述左侧部分11和右侧部分12之间的隔板10上设置有一前位置灯15;散热器6安装在灯杯体1外侧背面上,散热器6的吸热端14从所述呈水平状态的隔板7的外侧背面伸入呈水平状态的隔板7内,所述LED驱动电路板5等分别安装在散热器6的吸热端16上下两侧面、LED驱动电路板5等上的LED灯4等分别由所述呈水平状态的隔板7上的孔口17等分别暴露于所述上侧部分8、左侧部分11或右侧部分12内;将下侧部分分隔成左侧部分11和右侧部分12的隔板10为一具有双弧线的隔板,该双弧线与呈水平状态的隔板7一起构成所述两个远光灯反光镜13、14的边缘;前位置灯是一LED灯;如图1所示,灯杯体的内腔部,从正面看是呈圆形状;布置在上侧部分8的LED灯4是处于近光灯反光镜9的焦点上方位置,以使近光灯反光镜9所反射的光线为向下的平行光线;布置在左侧部分11和右侧部分12的LED灯18、19是分别处于远光灯反光镜13、14的焦点位置,以使远光灯反光镜13、14所反射的光线为平行水平光线。
参照图4,LED驱动电路板5上电路部分的线路原理图,由型号AL8806的驱动器集成电路IC及其外围的稳压二极管D1和D2、电容C1~C4、电阻R1~R3、电感器L作对应连接构成,灯外电源由稳压二极管D1输入后,经过IC的处理后,从IC的1脚输出驱动信号,驱动LED灯发光。
Claims (1)
- 1.一种LED型的机动车前照灯,包括灯杯体、反光镜、透光镜、LED灯、LED驱动电路板和散热器,其中反光镜设于灯杯体内壁面上,透光镜设于灯杯体前端口上,散热器设于灯杯体上,LED驱动电路板安装于散热器上,LED灯连接固定于LED驱动电路板上且处于灯杯体内,LED驱动电路板的电源端通过导线可接往灯外电源,其特征是:所述灯杯体内腔由呈水平状态的隔板分割为上侧部分和下侧部分,上侧部分的内壁面设置着一近光灯反光镜,下侧部分由隔板分隔为左侧部分和右侧部分,左侧部分和右侧部分的内壁面分别设置着一远光灯反光镜,所述上侧部分、左侧部分和右侧部分内在呈水平状态的隔板上分别布置有一所述LED灯,LED灯中心发光点的朝向与呈水平状态的隔板垂直而分别直照着所述近光灯反光镜或远光灯反光镜。2.按权利要求1所述的LED型的机动车前照灯,其特征是所述散热器安装在灯杯体外侧背面上,散热器的吸热端从所述呈水平状态的隔板的外侧背面伸入呈水平状态的隔板内,所述LED驱动电路板安装在散热器的吸热端上、LED驱动电路板上的LED灯分别由所述呈水平状态的隔板上的孔口暴露于所述上侧部分、左侧部分或右侧部分内。3.按权利要求1或2所述的LED型的机动车前照灯,其特征是所述将下侧部分分隔成左侧部分和右侧部分的隔板为一带有双弧线的隔板,该双弧线与呈水平状态的隔板一起构成所述两个远光灯反光镜的边缘。4.按权利要求1或2所述的LED型的机动车前照灯,其特征是所述左侧部分和右侧部分之间的隔板上设置有一前位置灯。5.按权利要求1或2所述的LED型的机动车前照灯,其特征是所述灯杯体的内腔部,从正面看呈圆形状。6.按权利要求1或2所述的LED型的机动车前照灯,其特征是所述布置在上侧部分的LED灯是处于远光灯反光镜的焦点上方位置,所述布置在左侧部分或右侧部分的LED灯是处于各自的远光灯反光镜的焦点位置。7.按权利要求1或2所述的LED型的机动车前照灯,其特征是所述LED驱动电路板上电路部分,是由型号AL8806的驱动器集成电路及其外围的稳压二极管、电容、电阻、电感器作对应连接构成,灯外电源由稳压二极管输入后,从驱动器集成电路的1脚输出驱动信号,驱动LED灯发光。
