本发明实施例通过分析在播放节目的终端未与互联网相连， 而利用其他 数字终端获取播放的节目信息， 以达到方便用户获取节目信息的目的。
参见图 1 , 本实施例节目信息传输方法流程如下：
步骤 101 : 数字终端根据得到的用户指令， 釆集该数字终端以外的播放设 备播放中的节目数据信息。 其中数字终端是能够与互联网交换信息的任何具 有照相、 录像和录音功能中的至少一种功能的电子终端； 釆集的节目数据可 以是音频数据、 视频数据和图像数据等。
具体的， 可以利用数字终端的录音功能对节目进行录音， 从而釆集节目 的音频数据； 或者可以对节目进行录像， 从而釆集视频数据； 或者对节目进 行拍照从而获取图像数据信息。
步骤 102: 数字终端将节目数据信息上传到服务器。
步骤 103 : 数字终端从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信 息， 并输出。
服务器收到数字终端发送过来的节目数据信息， 对数据信息进行分析， 获取该段数据信息对应的节目信息， 然后将获取的节目信息返回到数字终端。

还可以， 若数字终端釆集该数字终端以外的播放设备播放中的节目数据 信息为视频或者音频， 则将釆集的视频或音频数据信息进行视频或音频到文 字的处理。
针对步骤 103 ,数字终端从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目 信息后， 将节目信息按照预设的规则进行排列。

步骤 203: 数字终端将计算得到的音频指紋上传到服务器。
步骤 204: 服务器利用音频指紋对比技术从数据库中找到对应的节目信 息。
具体的， 服务器接收到数字终端传来的音频指紋后， 服务器用数字终端 传来的指紋与数据库中保存的音频指紋进行对比查找， 直至找到同服务器接 收到的音频指紋特征相同的音频指紋， 此时提取该指紋在数据库中对应的节 目信息。
步骤 205: 服务器将找到的节目信息返回给数字终端。
具体的， 节目信息包括： 节目名称、 演职员表、 当前播放进度和剧情介 绍等信息中的一项或者多项。
步骤 206: 数字终端将节目信息按照预设的规则进行排列显示。
具体的， 节目信息排列规则可以是： 网络关注度、 节目信息的更新时间、 与节目的关联程度等。
本实施例是数字终端釆集节目的音频数据信息， 并在计算获得音频指紋 后上传到服务器， 从服务器获得节目的相关信息。 本实施例还可以通过数字 终端釆集节目音频数据信息后， 直接将音频数据信息上传到服务器， 由服务
器计算获得音频指紋， 并用音频指紋对比技术获得节目的相关信息的方式实 现。
参见图 3 , 本实施例中节目信息传输方法包括：
步骤 301 : 数字终端通过录像方式釆集节目的视频数据信息。
步骤 302: 数字终端对节目的视频数据信息进行视频到文字的转换处理， 获取节目的文字数据信息。
步骤 303: 数字终端对转换得到的节目文字数据信息进行语义分析。 具体的， 从节目视频数据中识别出节目的字幕信息， 根据词性分析该字 幕的语义特征， 获取能反映该节目的关键词。
步骤 304: 数字终端将语义处理后的节目文字数据信息上传到服务器。 步骤 305: 服务器在数据库中搜索与节目文字数据信息相匹配的节目信 息。
步骤 306: 服务器将搜索到的节目信息返回给数字终端。
步骤 307: 数字终端将节目信息按照预设的规则进行排列显示。
具体的， 节目信息排列规则可以是： 网络关注度、 节目信息的更新时间 或与节目的关联程度等。

釆集模块 401用于釆集节目的数据信息。 釆集模块 401可具体为摄像器 件或录音器件等。
具体的， 釆集的节目数据信息包括节目的音频数据信息、 节目的视频数 据信息和节目的图像数据信息。 釆集模块 401 通过录音的方式釆集节目的音 频数据信息； 或者， 通过录像的方式釆集节目的视频数据信息； 或者通过照 相的方式釆集节目的图像数据信息。
传输模块 402用于将釆集模块 401釆集到的节目数据传送到服务器。 具体的， 传输模块 402可以利用移动互联网或者宽带互联网将得到的节 目数据信息上传到服务器。
接收模块 403用于从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信息， 并输出。
具体的， 接收模块 403还可以将从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有 关的节目信息按照预设的规则进行排列显示。
具体的， 节目信息排列规则可以是： 网络关注度、 节目信息的更新时间 或与节目的关联程度等。
参见图 5 ,本实施例提供一种装置包括：釆集模块 401、分析处理模块 501、 传输模块 402、 接收模块 403。
釆集模块 401用于釆集节目的数据信息。 釆集模块 401可具体为摄像器 件或录音器件或照相器件等。
具体的， 釆集模块 401通过录音的方式釆集节目的音频数据信息； 或者， 通过录像的方式釆集节目的视频数据信息； 或者通过拍照的方式釆集节目的 图像数据信息。
分析处理模块 501用于分析处理釆集模块 401釆集到的节目数据信息。 具体的， 分析处理模块 501 对釆集到的节目数据信息至少进行以下处理 之一：
对釆集的节目数据信息进行压缩。
对釆集的节目数据信息进行加密。
对釆集的节目数据信息进行指紋处理。
对釆集的节目数据信息进行语义分析。
通过分析处理模块 501 对节目数据信息的分析处理， 减少节目数据的大 小， 从而减少了节目数据上传到服务器所花费的时间和所占用的网络资源。
传输模块 402用于将分析处理模块 501分析处理完的节目数据信息传送 到服务器。
具体的， 传输模块 402可以利用移动互联网或者宽带互联网将得到的节 目数据信息上传到服务器。
接收模块 403用于从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信息，
并在数字终端显示。
具体的， 接收模块 404从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目 信息后， 将节目信息按照网络关注度的高低进行排列。
本发明实施例是在播放节目的终端未与互联网相连， 釆用其他数字终端 釆集节目数据信息， 由数字终端将节目数据信息上传到网络， 由服务器将节 目数据信息返回到数字终端， 用户获得节目信息的。 本发明实施例还可以在 播放节目终端同互联网相连时， 直接用播放节目的终端获取节目数据信息， 进而上传到服务器获取节目信息的方式实现。
本领域内的技术人员应明白， 本发明的实施例可提供为方法、 系统、 或 计算机程序产品。 因此， 本发明可釆用完全硬件实施例、 完全软件实施例、 或结合软件和硬件方面的实施例的形式。 而且， 本发明可釆用在一个或多个 其中包含有计算机可用程序代码的计算机可用存储介质 (包括但不限于磁盘 存储器、 CD-ROM、 光学存储器等）上实施的计算机程序产品的形式。
本发明是参照根据本发明实施例的方法、 设备（系统）、 和计算机程序产 品的流程图和 /或方框图来描述的。 应理解可由计算机程序指令实现流程图 和 /或方框图中的每一流程和 /或方框、 以及流程图和 /或方框图中的流程 和 /或方框的结合。 可提供这些计算机程序指令到通用计算机、 专用计算机、 嵌入式处理机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器以产生一个机器， 使得通 过计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备的处理器执行的指令产生用于实现在流 程图一个流程或多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能的 装置。
这些计算机程序指令也可存储在能引导计算机或其他可编程数据处理设 备以特定方式工作的计算机可读存储器中， 使得存储在该计算机可读存储器 中的指令产生包括指令装置的制造品， 该指令装置实现在流程图一个流程或 多个流程和 /或方框图一个方框或多个方框中指定的功能。
这些计算机程序指令也可装载到计算机或其他可编程数据处理设备上， 使得在计算机或其他可编程设备上执行一系列操作步骤以产生计算机实现的

Claims
1、 一种节目信息传输方法， 其特征在于， 包括以下步骤：
数字终端根据得到的用户指令， 釆集该数字终端以外的播放设备播放中 的节目数据信息；
数字终端将节目数据信息上传到服务器；
数字终端从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信息， 并输出。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 数字终端釆集该数字终端以 外的播放设备播放中的节目数据信息之后， 还包括步骤： 对釆集的节目数据 信息至少进行以下处理之一：
对釆集的节目数据信息进行压缩；
对釆集的节目数据信息进行加密；
对釆集的节目数据信息进行指紋处理；
对釆集的节目数据信息进行语义分析；
将节目数据信息上传到服务器的步骤包括： 将处理后的节目数据信息上 传到服务器。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 节目数据信息包括节目的音 频数据信息和 /或节目的视频数据信息。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 数字终端根据得到的用户指 令， 釆集该数字终端以外的播放设备播放中的节目数据信息的步骤包括： 数字终端根据得到的用户指令， 通过录音的方式釆集该数字终端以外的 播放设备播放中的节目数据信息； 或者数字终端根据得到的用户指令， 通过 录像的方式釆集该数字终端以外的播放设备播放中的节目数据信息。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法， 其特征在于， 节目数据信息包括节目的视 频数据信息；
数字终端釆集该数字终端以外的播放设备播放中的节目数据信息之后， 还包括步骤： 对釆集的视频数据信息进行视频到音频的转换处理；
将节目数据信息上传到服务器的步骤包括： 将处理后的节目数据信息上 传到服务器。
6、 如权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的方法， 其特征在于， 数字终端从服 务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信息后， 将节目信息按预设的规 则进行排列。
7、 一种节目信息传输装置， 其特征在于， 包括：
釆集模块， 用于根据得到的用户指令， 釆集该釆集模块所在数字终端以 外的播放设备播放中的节目数据信息；
传输模块， 用于将节目数据信息传输到服务器；
接收模块， 用于从服务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信息， 并输出。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置， 其特征在于， 还包括： 分析处理模块， 用 于对釆集模块釆集到的节目数据信息至少进行以下处理之一：
对釆集的节目数据信息进行压缩；
对釆集的节目数据信息进行加密；
对釆集的节目数据信息进行指紋处理；
对釆集的节目数据信息进行语义分析；
传输模块用于将处理后的节目数据信息上传到服务器。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置， 其特征在于， 釆集模块根据得到的用户指 令釆集的节目数据信息包括节目的音频数据信息和 /或视频数据信息。
10、 如权利要求 7 所述的装置， 其特征在于， 釆集模块根据得到的用户 指令， 通过录音的方式釆集播放设备播放中的节目数据信息； 或者釆集模块 根据得到的用户指令， 通过录像的方式釆集播放设备播放中的节目数据信息。
11、 如权利要求 7 所述的装置， 其特征在于， 釆集模块釆集的节目数据 信息包括节目的视频数据信息；
釆集模块釆集到节目视频数据信息之后， 由分析处理模块将视频数据信 息进行视频到音频的转换处理；
由传输模块将处理后的节目数据信息上传到服务器。
12、 如权利要求 6至 10任一项所述的装置， 其特征在于， 接收模块从服 务器获取与上传的节目数据信息有关的节目信息， 将节目信息按预设的规则 进行排列。
