Abstract
According to the present invention there is provided wearable, lockable, waterproof and shock resistant transmitter and receiver units, made of tamperproof hypoallergenic materials, a liner for wear between skin and unit, tension indicator, skin and optical contact sensors, ECG, thermocouple or similar, plurality of links for altering size, touch screen and button control, radio frequency identification means, printed circuit board, microchip, global positioning system transceiver DGPS or similar, unique stowed key, fingerprint or numerical code locking, panic buttons or set distance, slot for emergency key, emergency key system, glow in the dark, torch, speaker, camera, at least one alarm, at least one power source inclusive of solar power, water and room temperature reader, cuff and barcode microchip connecting tag, hospital monitor.
