Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Schutzkappe für einen Hochtemperatursensor mit einem Sensorelement, einer Schutzhülle, die das Sensorelement zumindest teilweise umgibt, und einer Schutzkappe, die an der Schutzhülle befestigt ist, wobei die Schutzkappe durch ein Tiefziehverfahren hergestellt wird und/oder die Schutzkappe durch Wärmeeintrag mit anschließenden Verschmelzen zumindest einer Seite hergestellt wird und/oder die Schutzkappe durch Verschluss der Schutzhülle mittels eines Bodenstopfens, insbesondere durch Verpressen und/oder Verschweißen, hergestellt wird und/oder die Schutzkappe durch Verschluss einer Seite durch ein Umformverfahren, insbesondere Taumeln, und/oder einen Schweißprozess hergestellt wird.
