Description
薄型化液晶显示器 技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域, 尤其涉及一种薄型化液晶显示器。 背景技术
液晶显示装置(LCD, Liquid Crystal Display )具有机身薄、 省电、 无 辐射等众多优点, 得到了广泛的应用。
如图 1所示, 现有的液晶显示器主要包括壳体 100、 设于壳体 100 内 的液晶显示模组 200、 及壳体 100内的数个 PCB板 300, 所述壳体 100包 括配合设置的前壳 101及后壳 (未图示) , 所述液晶显示模组 200安装于 所述前壳 101上, 所述数个 PCB板 300包括液晶驱动控制 PCB板 301、 变频控制 PCB板 302及 A/D转换 PCB板 303 , 分别设于该液晶显示模组 200后且位于后壳内, 因此, 在需要对 PCB板 300进行维修时, 需要先将 后壳拆开, 然后才能进行维修, 其拆装过程较为复杂, 不便于操作。 而且 该些 PCB板 300安置在该液晶显示模组 200后, 增加了液晶显示器整体厚 度, 不利于液晶显示器薄型化发展。
针对上述问题, 有的设计者提出使用功能集成的 PCB板, 并将其安装 在显示器的侧边, 以减薄显示器的厚度, 如图 2所示, 该液晶显示器的集 成 PCB板 600倾斜设置于该液晶显示器的侧边, 这样虽然可以在一定程度 上减薄显示器的厚度, 但功能集成的 PCB板成本较高, 不利于成本控制。 发明内容
本发明的目的在于本发明提供一种薄型化液晶显示器, 其通过将数个 PCB板层叠放置于设于液晶显示器本体侧边的安装架内, 有利于薄型化, 方便维修, 且成本低。
为实现上述目的, 本发明提供一种薄型化液晶显示器, 包括: 本体、 设于本体上的安装座、 设于安装座内的安装架、 分别安装于安装架上且电 性连接于该本体的数个 PCB板、 及盖设于该安装座上的盖板。
所述本体包括前壳, 所述安装座连接于该前壳上。
所述安装座与所述前壳一体成型制成。
所述安装座包括一承载板及连接在承载板两端的侧板, 所述承载板与 侧板共同形成一收容空间, 该安装架收容在该收容空间内。
所述安装座与所述本体之间形成一开口, 所述盖板盖设于该开口上。 所述安装架设有数个安装槽, 所述 PCB板分别安装于该些安装槽内。 所述 PCB板包括液晶驱动控制 PCB板、 变频控制 PCB板及 A/D转换 PCB板。
所述设于安装架上的安装槽呈阶梯状设置, 该安装槽包括依次设置的 第一槽、 第二槽及第三槽, 该第一槽、 第二槽及第三槽的尺寸依次由小到 大, 所述液晶驱动控制 PCB板、 变频控制 PCB板及 A/D转换 PCB板的尺 寸依次由小到大, 所述液晶驱动控制 PCB板安装于所述第一槽内, 所述变 频控制 PCB板安装于所述第二槽内, 所述 A/D转换 PCB板安装于所述第 三槽内, 所述液晶驱动控制 PCB板、 变频控制 PCB板及 A/D转换 PCB板 分别通过卡合、 或螺钉锁合的方式固定于该第一、 第二及第三槽内。
所述安装架通过卡合、 粘合、 或螺钉锁合的方式固定安装于所述安装 座内。
所述本体还包括与前壳配合设置的后壳及设于前壳与后壳之间的液晶 显示模组。
本发明的有益效果: 本发明薄型化液晶显示器通过设置一与前壳相连 接的位于液晶显示器本体侧边的安装座, 且在该安装座内设置一安装架, 数个 PCB板层叠安装于该安装架内, 节省 PCB板安装所需空间, 使液晶 显示器整机一体薄型化, 同时, 设置独立于液晶显示器本体后壳的安装座 的盖板, 不用拆卸后壳, 只需取下盖板就可以对各 PCB板进行维修, 操作 方便, 该盖板完全盖住该安装座与本体之间的开口, 防尘的同时保持整个 液晶显示器外观完整。

为更进一步阐述本发明所釆取的技术手段及其效果, 以下结合本发明 的优选实施例及其附图进行详细描述。
请参阅图 3至图 5 , 本发明薄型化液晶显示器包括: 本体 10、 设于本 体 10上的安装座 20、 设于安装座 20 内的安装架 30、 分别安装于安装架 30上且电性连接于该本体 10的数个 PCB板 40、 及盖设于该安装座 20上 的盖板 50。
所述本体 10 包括前壳 12、 与该前壳 12配合设置的后壳 14、 及设于 该前壳 12与后壳 14之间的液晶显示模组 16。
所述安装座 20连接于所述本体 10的前壳 12上, 并与所述本体 10之 间形成一开口 210。 该安装座 20与该前壳 12 —体成型制成, 其包括一承 载板 22及连接在承载板 22两端的侧板 24 , 所述承载板 22与侧板 24共同 形成一收容空间 224, 该安装架 30 收容在该收容空间 224 内。 该安装座 20 可根据产品设计需要设置于该本体 10 的上、 下、 左、 右任意侧边方 向, 优选为本体 10的下侧, 进而解决了现有技术中由于各 PCB板 40分别 安装于本体 10内液晶显示模组 16后而造成的液晶显示器整体厚度无法进 一步减小的问题, 有利于液晶显示器整体的薄型化。
所述安装架 30 通过卡合、 粘合、 或螺钉锁合的方式固定安装于所述 安装座 20内, 该安装架 30上设有数个安装槽 32, 该些 PCB板 40分别安 装于该些安装槽 32内。 所述安装槽 32呈阶梯状设置, 其包括依次设置的 第一槽 322、 第二槽 324及第三槽 326。
所述数个 PCB板 40包括液晶驱动控制 PCB板 42、 变频控制 PCB板 44及 A/D转换 PCB板 46。
所述盖板 50 盖设于所述安装座 20 与所述本体 10之间的开口 210 上, 防止灰尘落入 PCB板, 避免由于灰尘而造成的短路现象的发生。
所述盖板 50通过扣合、 或螺钉锁合方式安装于所述本体 10的后壳 14 与安装座 20上, 其将开口 210 完全盖住, 以保证整个液晶显示器的整体 美观度, 由于该盖板 50与后壳 14分体式设计, 打开该盖板 50即可对设 于安装架 30内的液晶驱动控制 PCB板 42、 变频控制 PCB板 44及 A/D转 换 PCB板 46进行检查、 维修, 使得对 PCB板 40的维修方便。
作为一优选实施例, 所述液晶驱动控制 PCB板 42、 变频控制 PCB板 44及 A/D转换 PCB板 46的尺寸依次由小到大, 所述第一槽 322、 第二槽
324及第三槽 326的尺寸对应该液晶驱动控制 PCB板 42、 变频控制 PCB 板 44及 A/D转换 PCB板 46的尺寸依次由小到大, 进而, 将所述液晶驱 动控制 PCB板 42安装于所述第一槽 322内, 将所述变频控制 PCB板 44 安装于所述第二槽 324内, 将所述 A/D转换 PCB板 46安装于所述第三槽 326内, 并且相互之间保持所需的安全间距, 该液晶驱动控制 PCB板 42、 变频控制 PCB板 44及 A/D转换 PCB板 46分别通过卡合、 螺钉锁合或其 他可拆卸连接方式固定于该第一、 第二及第三槽 322、 324、 326 内, 该些 PCB板 40层叠放置于所述安装架 30 内, 节省 PCB板安装所需空间, 促 进液晶显示器整机一体薄型化, 进而解决了现有技术中由于各 PCB板 40 分别安装于本体 10内的液晶显示模组 16后面而造成的液晶显示器整体厚 度无法进一步减小的问题, 有利于液晶显示器整体的薄型化, 同时又解决 了使用功能集成的 PCB板的高成本问题。
综上所述, 本发明薄型化液晶显示器通过设置一与前壳相连接的位于 液晶显示器本体侧边的安装座, 且在该安装座内设置一用于安装数个 PCB 板的安装架, 节省 PCB板安装所需空间, 使液晶显示器整机一体薄型化, 同时, 设置独立于液晶显示器本体后壳的安装座的盖板, 不用拆卸后壳, 只需取下盖板就可以对各 PCB板进行维修, 操作方便, 该盖板完全盖住该 安装座与本体之间的开口, 防尘的同时保持整个液晶显示器外观完整。
以上所述, 对于本领域的普通技术人员来说, 可以根据本发明的技术 方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形, 而所有这些改变和变形 都应属于本发明权利要求的保护范围。
Claims
1、 一种薄型化液晶显示器, 包括: 本体、 设于本体上的安装座、 设 于安装座内的安装架、 分别安装于安装架上且电性连接于该本体的数个 PCB板、 及盖设于该安装座上的盖板。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述本体包括前 壳, 所述安装座连接于该前壳上。
3、 如权利要求 2 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述安装座与所 述前壳一体成型制成。
4、 如权利要求 2 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述安装座包括 一承载板及连接在承载板两端的侧板, 所述承载板与侧板共同形成一收容 空间, 该安装架收容在该收容空间内。
5、 如权利要求 4 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述安装座与所 述本体之间形成一开口, 所述盖板盖设于该开口上。
6、 如权利要求 1 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述安装架设有 数个安装槽, 所述 PCB板分别安装于该些安装槽内。
7、 如权利要求 6所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述 PCB板包括 液晶驱动控制 PCB板、 变频控制 PCB板及 A/D转换 PCB板。
8、 如权利要求 7 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述设于安装架 上的安装槽呈阶梯状设置, 该安装槽包括依次设置的第一槽、 第二槽及第 三槽, 该第一槽、 第二槽及第三槽的尺寸依次由小到大, 所述液晶驱动控 制 PCB板、 变频控制 PCB板及 A/D转换 PCB板的尺寸依次由小到大, 所 述液晶驱动控制 PCB板安装于所述第一槽内, 所述变频控制 PCB板安装 于所述第二槽内, 所述 A/D转换 PCB板安装于所述第三槽内, 所述液晶 驱动控制 PCB板、 变频控制 PCB板及 A/D转换 PCB板分别通过卡合、 或 螺钉锁合的方式固定于该第一、 第二及第三槽内。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述安装架通过 卡合、 粘合、 或螺钉锁合的方式固定安装于所述安装座内。
10、 如权利要求 2所述的薄型化液晶显示器, 其中, 所述本体还包括 与前壳配合设置的后壳及设于前壳与后壳之间的液晶显示模组。
