Abstract

A USB network card access method, a USB network card and a PC. The method comprises: after accessing a PC to conduct a power-on operation, a USB network card reporting a device descriptor and a configuration descriptor according to a request of the PC; and the PC receiving same, selecting configuration information which supports the current operating system according to the device descriptor and the configuration descriptor, and loading a device drive corresponding to the configuration information. The embodiments of the present invention can solve the problem of accessing a wireless network but needing to conduct file installation and mode switching in the abovementioned drive-free solution, thereby improving the user experience.
