Abstract

The invention relates to a fastening device for fastening a component to a carrier. Said device comprises a carrier rail for supporting the component on the carrier, a retaining strap which surrounds the carrier and tensioning means for securing the retaining strap. The carrier rail can be fixed on the carrier by securing the retaining strap on the carrier and has a through-opening through which the retaining strap is guided. Such a fastening device enables reliable and particularly flexible fastening of a component to a carrier.
