Description
図1及び図2に示すように、薬液投与装置1は、使用者の皮膚に貼り付けることにより保持されて使用される携帯型の装置であり、上側が開口し内部に空間が設けられた下筐体部2と該下筐体部2の開口に嵌合する上筐体部3により扁平な略直方体形状に形成される。
薬液貯蔵部6は、図3に示すように、円筒形状に形成される外筒11に、開口した端側からピストン12が挿入される。薬液貯蔵部6は、外筒11とピストン12とにより形成される薬液貯蔵空間13に薬液を貯蔵する。
送出部8は、図4(A)に示すように、ピストン21、シリンダ部22、蓋部23、24、一方向弁25、26、Xリング27、Xリング固定部28及び固定部材29を含む構成とされる。
駆動部9は、図6に示すように、土台部31、モータ32、モータ支持部34、モータ固定板35、固定板支持部36、軸受部37、カップリング38、軸受支持部39を含む構成とされる。
次に、穿刺機構5の構成について詳しく説明する。穿刺機構5は、図9~図11に示すように、主として、押込部5Aと、下筐体部2の底面2Aの前端側内部に固定される固定板部5Bと、この固定板部5Bに突設されるベース5Cと、押込部5Aに対する押込操作に応じてベース5Cの内側を上下方向にスライド可能な中心部5Dとを有している。
ここで、実際に、穿刺針である外針65と内針68を使用者の体内に穿刺するときの穿刺機構5の動作について詳しく説明する。
薬液投与装置1は、図18に示すように、CPU(Central
Processing Unit)91、ROM(Read Only Memory)92、RAM(Random Access Memory)93、電源部94、インターフェース部(I/F部)95、報知部96及び駆動部9がバス97を介して接続される。
〔8-1.他の実施の形態1〕
上述した実施の形態では、使用者の体内に薬液を投与する薬液投与装置1に本発明を適用する場合について説明した。これに限らず、外針と内針とでなる二重構造の穿刺針を穿刺する穿刺装置であれば、薬液投与装置1以外の装置に適用するようにしてもよい。
上述した実施の形態では、図9~図12に示した穿刺機構5により、穿刺針(外針65と内針68)を使用者の体内に穿刺して、外針65のみを引き戻すようにしたが、図9~図12に示した穿刺機構5以外の穿刺機構により、穿刺針の穿刺と外針の引き戻しを行うようにしてもよい。
また、上述した実施の形態では、金属製の外針65と樹脂製の内針68とでなる穿刺針を使用者の体内に穿刺した後、外針65のみを薬液投与装置1内に引き戻すための弾性部材としてコイルバネ85を用いるようにしたが、これに限らず、コイルバネ85と同様に機能する弾性部材であれば、コイルバネ85以外の弾性部材を用いようにしてもよい。
Claims (6)
- 金属製の外針と当該外針内に挿入される樹脂製の内針との二重構造でなる穿刺針と、
前記穿刺針を収納する筐体部と、
前記筐体部内に設けられ、前記外針内に前記内針が挿入されている状態の前記穿刺針を前記筐体部から突出させて使用者の体内に穿刺した後、当該穿刺針の内針は体内に留置させたまま、当該穿刺針の外針のみを前記筐体部内に引き戻す穿刺機構と
を有し、
さらに前記穿刺機構は、
前記筐体部に対して押込可能な押込部と、
前記筐体部内をスライド可能で、前記外針を有する外針スライド部と、
前記押込部と前記外針スライド部とを固定すると共に、前記外針内に挿入された内針を前記外針スライド部に固定するストッパと、
一端が前記筐体部に固定されると共に他端が前記外針スライド部に固定される弾性部材と、
前記ストッパによる前記押込部と前記外針スライド部との固定、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針との固定を解除する固定解除部と
を有し、
前記ストッパにより前記押込部と前記外針スライド部、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針とを固定した状態で前記押込部が押し込まれると、前記外針スライド部がスライドすることで、前記内針が挿入されている外針が前記筐体部から突出して使用者の体内に穿刺され、
さらに前記外針スライド部が所定位置までスライドすると、前記押込部と前記外針スライド部、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針との固定が解除され、前記弾性部材により前記外針スライド部が他方向にスライドすることで、前記内針を体内に留置させたまま、前記外針のみを前記筐体部内に引き戻す
ことを特徴とする穿刺装置。 - 前記固定解除部が、前記ストッパと当接することで前記ストッパによる前記押込部と前記外針スライド部との固定、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針との固定を解除する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。 - 前記外針スライド部が所定位置までスライドすると、前記ストッパが前記固定解除部に当接して、前記押込部と前記外針スライド部、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針との固定が解除され、前記弾性部材により前記外針スライド部が他方向にスライドすることで、前記内針を体内に留置させたまま、前記外針のみを前記筐体部内に引き戻す
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の穿刺装置。 - 前記押込部が押し込まれると、当該押込部の先端部が前記筐体部の蓋となることにより、前記筐体部を密閉して防水構造となる
請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。 - 前記穿刺針の内針の先端に取り付けられたセンサと、
前記内針を介して前記センサと接続され、当該センサからの生体情報を取得する制御部と
を有し、
前記穿刺機構は、
前記外針内に前記センサが取り付けられた内針が挿入されている状態の前記穿刺針を前記筐体部から突出させて使用者の体内に穿刺した後、当該穿刺針の外針のみを前記筐体部内に引き戻すことで、前記センサを体内に留置する
請求項1に記載の穿刺装置。 - 金属製の外針と当該外針内に挿入される樹脂製の内針との二重構造でなる穿刺針と、
前記穿刺針を収納する筐体部と、

さらに前記穿刺機構は、
前記筐体部に対して押込可能な押込部と、
前記筐体部内をスライド可能で、前記外針を有する外針スライド部と、
前記押込部と前記外針スライド部とを固定すると共に、前記外針内に挿入された内針を前記外針スライド部に固定するストッパと、
一端が前記筐体部に固定されると共に他端が前記外針スライド部に固定される弾性部材と、
前記ストッパによる前記押込部と前記外針スライド部との固定、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針との固定を解除する固定解除部と
を有し、
前記ストッパにより前記押込部と前記外針スライド部、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針とを固定した状態で前記押込部が押し込まれると、前記外針スライド部がスライドすることで、前記内針が挿入されている外針が前記筐体部から突出して使用者の体内に穿刺され、
さらに前記外針スライド部が所定位置までスライドすると、前記押込部と前記外針スライド部、及び前記外針スライド部と前記内針との固定が解除され、前記弾性部材により前記外針スライド部が他方向にスライドすることで、前記内針を体内に留置させたまま、前記外針のみを前記筐体部内に引き戻す
ことを特徴とする薬液投与装置。
