Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif de retrait de la partie centrale et de la chair d'un fruit (A), en particulier d'un ananas, le dispositif comprenant : • - une unité d'amenée (I) destinée à amener un fruit (A) ; • - une unité de serrage destinée à serrer fixement le fruit amené (A) ; • - une unité de découpe destinée à sectionner une extrémité extérieure du fruit serré (A) ; • - une unité de retrait (50) destinée à être placée dans le fruit (A) par le biais de l'extrémité extérieure sectionnée afin de retirer du fruit (A) la partie centrale et au moins une partie de la chair du fruit (A) ; • - une unité d'évacuation (III) destinée à évacuer la chair retirée.
