- 비대칭 엘이디 조명기구에 있어서,한쪽 측면이 비스듬한 경사를 가진 사각형상의 비대칭형 외장케이스와;상기 외장케이스 내부에 위치하며 빛을 발광하는 다수개의 엘이디 광원 모듈이 정렬되어 형성된 엘이디(LED) 광원 모듈 어레이와;상기 외장케이스 외부 일측에 위치하고 상기 엘이디 광원 모듈에 전원을 공급하는 컨버터; 및상기 엘이디 광원 모듈의 빛을 반사시키는 다굴절 반사갓;으로 구성되되,상기 엘이디 광원 모듈 어레이는,상기 외장케이스 내부의 상면일측에 결합하는 엘이디(LED) 모듈 베이스와, 상기 엘이디 모듈 베이스 하부와 연결 결합되는 다수의 엘이디 모듈 브라켓과, 상기 각각의 엘이디 모듈 브라켓의 하부에 결합되는 다수의 메탈 피씨비(PCB) 기판과, 상기 메탈 피씨비 기판 위에 결합하는 다수의 엘이디 칩과, 상기 엘이디 칩에서 발광하는 빛을 집속시키는 다수의 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 대칭 엘이디 조명기구에 있어서,양쪽측면이 모두 비스듬한 경사를 가진 사각형상의 대칭형 외장케이스와;상기 외장케이스 내부에 위치하며 빛을 발광하는 다수개의 엘이디 광원 모듈이 정렬되어 형성된 엘이디(LED) 광원 모듈 어레이와;상기 외장케이스와 분리 구성되며 엘이디 광원 모듈에 전원을 공급하는 컨버터; 및상기 엘이디 광원 모듈의 빛을 반사시키는 다굴절 반사갓;으로 구성되되,상기 엘이디 광원 모듈 어레이는,상기 외장케이스 내부의 상면일측에 결합하는 엘이디(LED) 모듈 베이스와, 상기 엘이디 모듈 베이스 하부와 연결 결합되는 다수의 엘이디 모듈 브라켓과, 상기 각각의 엘이디 모듈 브라켓의 하부에 결합되는 다수의 메탈 피씨비(PCB) 기판과, 상기 메탈 피씨비 기판 위에 결합하는 다수의 엘이디 칩과, 상기 엘이디 칩에서 발광하는 빛을 집속시키는 다수의 렌즈를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 렌즈는 렌즈 베이스로 결합시키고, 상기 렌즈와 상기 렌즈 베이스를 렌즈 베이스 커버로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 외장케이스는 방열을 위한 방열판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 외장케이스는 하면에 빛이 투과되는 커버를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 엘이디 모듈 브라켓은 움푹 패인 아치 형상의 상부와 평탄한 사각 형상의 하부를 다수개의 지지대로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 엘이디(LED) 모듈 베이스와 상기 엘이디 모듈 브라켓은 엘이디 모듈 클램프로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 엘이디 모듈 클램프의 볼트로 엘이디 모듈 브라켓을 조절하여 엘이디 광원 모듈의 각도를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 각도는 0~45도 범위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 렌즈는 볼록형상으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 엘이디 광원 모듈은 개별적으로 배치되거나 또는 그룹별로 배치되어 엘이디 광원 모듈 어레이를 형성하며, 상기 엘이디 광원 모듈은 각각 개별적으로, 동일하거나 또는 서로 다른 각도로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 복합 렌즈를 포함하는 엘이디 조명기구에 있어서,하부가 개방된 사각형태를 띄는 하우징인 외장케이스와;상기 외장케이스 내부에 위치하며 빛을 발광하는 다수개의 엘이디 광원 모듈이 정렬되어 형성된 엘이디(LED) 광원 모듈 어레이와;상기 외장케이스 외부 일측에 위치하고 엘이디 광원 모듈에 전원을 공급하는 컨버터; 및상기 엘이디 광원 모듈의 빛을 반사시키는 다굴절 반사갓;으로 구성하되,상기 엘이디 광원 모듈 어레이는,상기 외장케이스 내부의 상면일측에 결합하는 엘이디(LED) 모듈 베이스와, 상기 엘이디 모듈 베이스 하부와 연결 결합되는 다수의 엘이디 모듈 브라켓과, 상기 각각의 엘이디 모듈 브라켓의 하부에 결합되는 다수의 메탈 피씨비(PCB) 기판과, 상기 메탈 피씨비 기판 위에 결합하는 다수의 엘이디 칩과, 상기 엘이디 칩에서 발광하는 빛을 집속시키는 다수의 렌즈를 포함하며,상기 렌즈는 다수의 곡면 또는 곡률을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복합 렌즈를 포함하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 외장케이스는 어느 한쪽 측면이 비스듬한 경사를 갖는 비대칭 형상, 또는 양쪽 측면이 모두 비스듬한 경사를 갖는 대칭 형상으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 제12항 또는 제13항에 있어서,상기 엘이디 광원 모듈은 개별적으로 배치되거나 또는 그룹별로 배치되어 엘이디 광원 모듈 어레이를 형성하며, 상기 엘이디 광원 모듈은 각각 개별적으로, 동일하거나 또는 서로 다른 각도로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 제12항에 있어서,상기 렌즈는 하부와, 하부 위에 형성되는 곡면부로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 렌즈의 하부는 원형, 사각형 또는 다각 형상 중 어느 하나의 형상으로 구현하며, 곡면부는 원형 또는 난원형의 볼록렌즈 형상으로 구현하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엘이디 조명기구
