Abstract

One embodiment of the present invention relates to a shoe sole, and the object of the present invention is to provide a shoe sole with improved shock absorption, dispersibility, and flexibility. To this end, the present invention provides a shoe sole with improved shock absorption, dispersibility, and flexibility, and the shoe sole comprises: a first area which is formed in an area corresponding to the rear part of a foot, and has an upper side and a lower side; a second area which is formed in an area corresponding to the front part of the foot, and has an upper side and a lower side; and a third area which is formed in an area corresponding to the middle part of the foot, and mutually connects said first and second areas, wherein a plurality of recessed portions are arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the first area, the second area, and/or the third area, and the width of each of said recessed portions gradually narrows as the recessed portions become deeper.
