Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Wärmetauscherleitungssystem für den Transport von viskosen Fluiden mit einer Vielzahl von einzelnen Wärmetauschern als Leitungselemente und mit vorbestimmter kontrollierter Temperatur-und/oder Druckverteilung entlang des Leitungssystems sowie im Querschnitt der Leitungen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in regelmäßigen Abständen des Leitungssystems Wärmetauscher als Leitungselemente vorgesehen werden, wobei die regelmäßigen Abstände derart gewählt werden um einevorbestimmte Temperatur-und/oder Druckverteilung entlang des Leitungssystems einzuhalten, wobei in den Wärmetauschern Temperiermittel eines in der Wärmetauscherleitung transportierten viskosen Fluids vorgesehen sind, sowie optional Mischelemente um je nach Leitungsquerschnitt eine vorgegebene Temperatur-und/oder Druckverteilung im Querschnitt der Leitungen einzuhalten, und wobei mindestens 30% der Länge des Wärmetauscherleitungssystems mit Wärmetauschern bestückt ist, sowie Verfahren zum Transport viskoser Fluide durch Wärmetauscherleitungen.
