Abstract

一种自带整理功能的线缆,包括线缆本体,线缆本体周壁沿长度方向设有多个扣接结构,其中该扣接结构为榫接结构,该榫接结构包括榫头结构(1)和榫眼结构(2)。通过线缆四周的锁扣结构相互锁扣,方便线缆的整理。不同直径的线缆如果使用相同结构的锁扣结构,也能够实现不同直径的线缆相互锁扣。

技术领域
本发明属于电线电缆制造技术领域, 尤其是一种自带整理功能 的线缆。
背景技术
计算机以及各种电子设备广泛的应用于现代生活的各个方面, 随之而来的是各种各样的电线电缆, 在生活中, 杂乱的电线往往占 据了桌面的的大部分面积, 在电子设备集中的机房, 实验室等地, 线缆的杂乱更是一个难于整理的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的缺点, 提供一种自带整 理功能的线缆, 该种线缆能够通过线缆四周的锁扣结构相互锁扣, 方便线缆的整理。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来解决的:
这种自带整理功能的线缆, 包括线缆本体, 所述线缆本体周壁 沿长度方向设有多个扣接结构。
本发明进一步优化为: 以上扣接结构为樺接结构。
上述樺接结构包括樺头结构和樺眼结构, 所述樺头结构和樺眼 结构绕线缆本体周壁分布, 且樺接结构与线缆本体成一体式结构。
上述樺接结构的樺头结构和樺眼结构相互间隔布置在线缆本体 周壁上。 上述线缆本体周壁上至少设有一个樺头结构和一个樺眼结构。 上述线缆本体周壁上共设有四个相互均匀间隔的樺头结构和樺 目艮结构。
上述线缆本体周壁上共分别设有两个间隔设置的樺头结构和樺 眼结构。
上述樺头结构和樺眼结构的棱角均为圆弧过度。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明能够通过线缆四周的锁扣结构相互锁扣, 方便线缆的整 理。 不同直径的线缆如果使用相同结构的锁扣结构, 也能够实现不 同直径的线缆相互锁扣。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步详细描述:
本发明的自带整理功能的线缆, 包括线缆本体, 在该线缆本体 周壁沿长度方向设有多个可重复使用的扣接结构。
参见图 1-4, 本发明的较佳实施例中, 所述扣接结构为樺接结 构。该樺接结构包括樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2,其中樺头结构 1和樺 眼结构 2绕线缆本体周壁分布, 且该樺接结构与线缆本体成一体式 结构。 在线缆本体周壁上至少设有一个樺头结构 1和一个樺眼结构 2。其分布方式可以是多种样式。如图种所示的樺接结构的樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2相互间隔布置在线缆本体周壁上:如图 1所示,使线 缆本体周壁上共设四个相互均匀间隔的樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2;亦 或者如图 2所示的, 樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2成对设置, 即线缆本 体周壁上共分别设有两个间隔设置的樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2。
本发明的樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2也可以是可以相互扣接的任 意样式, 如图 1-2所示的具有棱角的樺接结构。或者是如图 3-4所示 的樺头结构 1和樺眼结构 2的棱角均为圆弧过度结构的樺接结构。
参见图 5所示, 本发明只需将需要整理的线缆并在一起, 使锁 扣部分对齐, 轻压即可实现锁扣的扣紧, 通过此方法可以将线缆合 并在一起。 想要分离已经合并的线缆, 只需向相反方向拉线缆, 即 可分开。
综上所述可以看出, 通过使用本发明的线缆, 可以轻松的实现 线缆的整理, 并且本发明不限于线缆的粗细, 只要各线缆上的扣接 结构尺寸可以相互适应, 同样可以轻松的将两个不同直径的线缆整 理在一起。

1.一种自带整理功能的线缆, 包括线缆本体, 其特征在于, 所述线缆本体 周壁沿长度方向设有多个扣接结构。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述扣接结 构为樺接结构。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述樺接结 构包括樺头结构 (1 ) 和樺眼结构 (2), 所述樺头结构 (1 ) 和樺眼结构 (2) 绕线缆本体周壁分布, 且所述樺接结构与线缆本体成一体式结构。
4.根据权利要求 2或 3所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述樺 接结构的樺头结构 (1 ) 和樺眼结构 (2) 相互间隔布置在线缆本体周壁上。
5.根据权利要求 2所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述线缆本 体周壁上至少设有一个樺头结构 (1 ) 和一个樺眼结构 (2)。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述线缆本 体周壁上共设有四个相互均匀间隔的樺头结构 (1 ) 和樺眼结构 (2)。
7.根据权利要求 5所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述线缆本 体周壁上共分别设有两个间隔设置的樺头结构 (1 ) 和樺眼结构 (2)。
8.根据权利要求 5所述的自带整理功能的线缆, 其特征在于, 所述樺头结 构 (1 ) 和樺眼结构 (2) 的棱角均为圆弧过度。
