Description
本发明涉及马桶盖板的固定座,特别是一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座。
现有中国实用新型专利(CN201861548)公开的一种座厕盖板的快速安装支座,配合图11所示,包括一用于安装在座厕上的支座底座2'和一用于安装座厕盖板的支座套1',把整个支座底座2'与支座套1'底端的定位槽插合,一套有弹簧6'的拨杆3'可左右移动安装在支座底座2'的顶面,左右移动拨杆3'可实现支座套1'与支座底座2'的锁扣连接和解扣分离;这种座厕与盖板的连接方式存在的问题有:①大面积的支座底座2'连接在座厕上,在支座底座2'与支座套1'分离把盖板拆卸掉后,对座厕进行清洗保洁工作时,由于支座底座2'占据座厕的面积太大,其与座厕间隙中污渍无法清除;②支座底座2'与支座套1'分离后,支座底座2'上安装的拨杆3'、弹簧6'、调节片7'直接暴露出,使这种插板式的快速拆装的连通结构清洗保洁不便。
为解决上述问题,本发明旨在提出一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,以便捷地对马桶与盖板实施快速拆装,方便马桶与盖板连接部的日常保洁工作。
为达上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:
一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,包括一基板和两调节片,基板顶面两侧设有可与盖板铰轴的连接立柱,调节片的侧面上设有环槽,其中:基板的底面两则设有与调节片套合的套孔,基板侧面设一与套孔连通的插槽,一可控制调节片与基板拆装的锁控装置与插槽插合连接;锁控装置中设一两端设有定位孔的插板,定位孔与套孔对位;插板底面的两定位孔上分别设一滑片,各滑片末端设有可径向进出定位孔用于对环槽进行锁定或解锁的两扣脚;两滑片之间设有一可使两滑片相背或相向滑动的按键板;按键板与插板之间设有一复位弹簧。
本发明在滑片的滑动方向上,套孔边沿设有一缺口,缺口上设有限位端面;对应缺口位置的定位孔边沿处的插板上设有限位块;对应缺口和限位块位置的滑片上设有弹性触发卡钩;卡钩上设有可与限位端面钩卡的锁位钩和位于锁位钩上方两侧可与限位块钩卡的解锁钩;锁位钩径向伸入定位孔时解锁钩与限位块钩卡。两滑片相背滑动,滑片上卡钩的解锁钩与插板上的限位块钩卡,滑片末端的扣脚径向移出调节片的环槽及定位孔,解除对调节片的锁定,即可把基板和插板与调节片分离,实现盖板与马桶的快速拆卸分离功能;滑片相向滑动,滑片上卡钩的锁位钩与基板上的限位端面钩卡,滑片末端的扣脚径向进入定位孔与调节片的环槽卡合,把调节片的锁定,即可把基板和插板与调节片的连接,实现盖板与马桶的快速安装连接功能。
本发明锁位钩下方设有供调节片与定位孔分离时可使调节片的环槽与其相压触的导向斜面;即调节片与定位孔分离时,调节片的环槽挤压导向斜面使得卡钩弯曲形变,使解锁钩与限位块错位分离,卡钩复位,按键板在弹簧回复力的作用下后退,按键板带动滑片复位,全滑片末端的扣脚重新径向伸入定位孔中。
本发明在两滑片相对的边沿上各设有一的导向斜槽;对应的按键板两侧边沿各设有与导向斜槽配合的导向斜条;按压按键板行进可使导向斜条在导向斜槽中滑动,按键板挤压其两侧的滑片,使两滑片相背滑动位移;按键板后退复位,通过导向斜槽和导向斜条配合使得两个滑片相向滑动复位。
本发明在按键板中间的按压方向上设有一导向直条,所述的插板中间设有与导向直条滑动配合的直槽;所述的复位弹簧套于直槽中,其两端与导向直条和插板相顶触;按键板挤压复位弹簧压缩,在复位弹簧的回复力作用下,按键板后退,带动其两侧的滑片相向滑动复位。
本发明的有益效果是:由插板上及其上按键板、滑片及弹簧构成的锁控装置插合内置于基座内,通过按键板按压带动滑片末端的扣脚径向进出定位孔中的调节片的环槽,即通过锁控装置对调节片的锁定和解锁,即可实现基板与调节片的快速安装连接和快速拆卸分离之功能;本发明调节片面积小,基板与调节片分离后便于马桶的保洁工作。

1、一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,包括一基板和两调节片,基板顶面两侧设有可与盖板铰轴的连接立柱,调节片的侧面上设有环槽,其特征在于:基板的底面两则设有与调节片套合的套孔,基板侧面设一与套孔连通的插槽,一可控制调节片与基板拆装的锁控装置与插槽插合连接;锁控装置中设一两端设有定位孔的插板,定位孔与套孔对位;插板底面的两定位孔上分别设一滑片,各滑片末端设有可径向进出定位孔用于对环槽进行锁定或解锁的两扣脚;两滑片之间设有一可使两滑片相背或相向滑动的按键板;按键板与插板之间设有一复位弹簧。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,其特征在于:在滑片的滑动方向上,套孔边沿设有一缺口,缺口上设有限位端面;对应缺口位置的定位孔边沿处的插板上设有限位块;对应缺口和限位块位置的滑片上设有弹性触发卡钩;卡钩上设有可与限位端面钩卡的锁位钩和位于锁位钩上方两侧可与限位块钩卡的解锁钩;锁位钩径向伸入定位孔时解锁钩与限位块钩卡。
3、如权利要求1所述的一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,其特征在于:锁位钩下方设有供调节片与定位孔分离时可使调节片的环槽与其相压触的导向斜面。
4、如权利要求1所述的一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,其特征在于:在两滑片相对的边沿上各设有一的导向斜槽;对应的按键板两侧边沿各设有与导向斜槽配合的导向斜条。
5、如权利要求1所述的一种键控马桶盖板快装铰链座,其特征在于:在按键板中间的按压方向上设有一导向直条,所述的插板中间设有与导向直条滑动配合的直槽;所述的复位弹簧套于直槽中,其两端与导向直条和插板相顶触。
